The porygon 2 manages to slip behind the shield with no trouble at all, striking the shield moblin from behind! However, between all of your attacks, ...it had 1 HP left thanks to its shield. However, it becomes so weak that it can no longer hold its shield up, and Samus' Long Beam finished it off.

The infected archer soared off through the sky, screaming like a pig and probably attracting quite a bit of attention from whomever else was lurking around here.

Shiya! Samus. You are free to explore. As you do so, you might just encounter the tear in space that Arle left behind. Y'know, maybe by following the deep, rumbling voice talking evil-like in the distance. However, Nightmare is now between you and the people you're trying to find. He does not appear to be aware of you yet.

"Reckless?!" parrotted Shiya as he landed after the exchange with the shield Moblin. By the time the youth slid to a stop along the dirt floor, he was met with the comforting sight of Samus blasting the remaining enemies into oblivion with her arm canon's beam. Normally such a sight would earn a whistle of approval, but all Shiya could manage now was an indignant eyeroll. "Jeez, what's your deal? You're not my mom!"

He waved a dismissive hand over his shoulder before turning to continue up the mountain. "We're winning anyway, so what's the problem?" So what if his fighting strategies were a bit more spontaneous and haphazard and unplanned than Samus was used to. It still got the job done right? That's all that should matter. "Anyways, I think I have a good idea." Shiya threw back his cloak before pointing further up the mountainside where he'd initially the dinosaur raging earlier. There was no trace of it... but the distortions in space wafting from that section of the landmass served as just a good indicator.

The teen would lean back against a rock, patiently waiting for Samus to get herself re-situated and ready after battle before setting off towards that area. "You know, you really should learn to loosen up and be more fluid." Well, while they were walking, why not try to impart some valuable Shiyadvice (Shiya + Advice) to his Leader comrade. "Stressing about plans and specific strategies just leaves you vulnerable when things go wrong. Try going with the flow more!" He advised with an earnest grin.

"Has anyone ever told you you're not as intimidating in person?" He added on the side. Absentmindedly, a stick flipped up into the air before being snatched with his other hand and the motion repeated in reverse. "Must be the scary robo-suit. You're a lot nicer than I thought you'd be."

“Phew. Excellent job, Arle.” Zelda praised her daughter in relief, sheathing her sword and scooting away from the frozen slain Towtow. “Oh dear, your hand!” Her mother eagle eyes spotted the freezer burn at a glance. She lifted Arle’s hands in her own to inspect them. How she wished she had the time to treat it properly, but they had to keep moving or that time would never come.
By contrast, it seemed Arle however was much more distracted by the familiar sword in Zelda’s hand.

“Does it? Well let me explain-Hiya!” Zelda quickly unsheathed it, pointing it at the sky, a gesture which charged it with divine energy, that she used to whip at a straggling Spaak getting too close for comfort.

The original was cast with the destiny of being wielded by the Hero chosen by the Goddess. But with ours that we wield, we carve our Own destinies.” In all of her rush, Zelda had somehow still found the time to be so deep and profound. “ Though in honesty, I begin to doubt it worth the trip to do for my sword what we came here to do for yours.”

Samus stopped as soon as she had heard Shiya's comment's toward her, as Samus put her arm cannon to her side as the Infected moblins fell apart. Neutralized. But, Samus couldnt focus on that, as she was being...Scolded? Oh, that was gonna be amusing. Samus silently listened to Shiya's Comments. 'So were Winning, whats the problem?', 'Whats your deal, your not my mom!', 'Loosen up'!

...Shiya reminded her alot of the kids who had just joined up on the GF, And said 'Screw plans, im here for glory!', And ran off head first into the bloody claws of a space pirate, to be ripped into shreds...Even Samus at least formed her own plans at this kids age, He wasn't even doing that! Samus finally nodded as she looked down at the final peice of Shiya's oh so prized 'Shiyadvice'.

"Your right. Im not your mother. Im your Leader, Mister Kirigaiya." Samus would say directly. "And my Goal, as a Leader, is to keep you, and everyone else with the Life Sphere, Alive. Were out in the open. The Starvia is surrounding us, As are any and all infected, You, Me, Arle and Zelda are in Danger. Our lives could be taken by any creature who happens to be stronger than us. Strategies might help keep you alive, and Plans help to keep battles quick, and easy. Making plans to actually survive in this world are crucial to a Leader." Samus would say.

"I want you to stay alive and return home as much as I want myself to, If not more. My Flow, Is to go into battles with a few Plans in mind, so that you dont lose a Hand, Leg, or your Head. If the Plan fails, Then, Use your instinct." Samus would say, as she jumped up onto a tall rock via her Rocket boost on her suit. "But if you dont want my advice, Fine. Just follow a command from your leader, and Dont get yourself killed." Samus would top it off, as she began to toggle her Visor settings. 

"...Ive heard mixed things. Ive heard im alot scarier in the suit than i am out of it, Ive been told that im more of a Monster outside of it than i am inside of it." Samus would say, Before her Heat-signiture visor scanned...


....a Man in Armor, Expunging Starvia and power like crazy, as Samus could only tell one thing...This was trouble. This creature was going to be a major problem. And even more so, It was...Close to a Rip in Space time? Samus didnt particularly know what that was about, But, Out of anyone she knew of that was out here...Arle would be the only one able to make such a thing. As Samus turned to look at Shiya....Aaaand he's going to go find the T-rex. Super. Samus refrained from Helmet-palming in reflection of what Shiya was doing, and instead kept her gaze focused on Nightmare! ... Samus loaded her Arm cannon.

"Shiya, I dont mean to alarm you, But...Im about to do a 'Plan'. Sorry if i ruin your 'flow'." Samus would say, Before suddenly firing off a Plasma Beam Shot at Nightmare!

The Intended effect was to Stall the Armored Menace so that he couldn't get to that Tear in space he was apparently so hot-headed running for, as Samus locked her cannon back into place. "I know you dont care about my plans, but...Might be a good idea to run."

Arle watched Zelda in mild awe, sort of studying the way she moved for a good long moment as she spoke. The spaak was destroyed by the attack, re-trophified. It felt kind of weird having her mother here to protect her and not having to fight for herself for once, but she appreciated it. After Zelda was done explaining, Arle nodded in understanding. "...Last weird prophecy I heard never came true. But I guess it can't hurt to be ready for if it does." Arle replied rather thoughtfully. "--Hold it!" she blurted out, stopping rather abruptly.

"...I wonder how they expected anyone to travel through this hallway?" Arle mused aloud, her gaze trailing over a series of platforms suspended over lava. She stepped back and performed a running leap with her frog bots to cross the chasm without too much difficulty, bouncing back and forth from platform to platform. It seemed like she'd cross effortlessly! ...Until a pillar of lava shot up in Arle's path, striking Arle from below and knocking her back!

"--Wah!!" Arle cried out. She landed back on the platform with a thud, quickly squirming away from the pillar and slapping at her skirt to put out a small fire that had started on it. Standing back up, she softly whined, a fresh set of scorch marks adorning her body. "Mom, I think this entire room is a trap. I can see a weird door up ahead though." Arle lamented, gesturing to a door with a comically large lock on it. A boss door?!

((Zelda! make a series of 5 dexterity rolls to cross the platforms. Gain a +3 if you have any method of elongating your jumps. The DC to pass is 10. Additionally, make one wisdom save of 12+ to not get hit by a pillar of fire. Any such failures will result in 20% damage and a burn.))

...Meanwhile, the rip in space closes up. Nightmare turns, slowy prying himself free of the ice by shattering it with his strength, and faces Samus, the only remaining living target in range. He then begins charging her, wildly swinging Soul Edge in an effort to take her down!!

“Agreed.” Zelda sighed in relief upon the Spaak’s defeat. It felt refreshing to successfully save someone else rather than needing saving herself and she admired her proud face in her sword’s reflection as she sheathed it.
“Rooms like this were typically designed to be accessible exclusively by those who can prove themselves worthy of entry both physically, mentally and spiritually.” Zelda tried, rather in vein to justify the deadly layout of such a room.

“As such, we must tread lightly-Be careful, Arle!” Was all Zelda could blurt out before Arle tried to make her way across the platforms. “Arle!” She could only cry out again upon her daughter nearly being toasted by lava. “But of Course it’s a trap!” Zelda’s composure slipped, letting some sour sarcasm escape her. “Sorry. Stay where you are, I’m coming to get you!” Zelda instructed, as she took her Sail Cloth out and held it between her hands. She knew she wasn’t much of a princess-saving jumper, but she had a contingency plan to get across.

Beginning with a running start, Zelda focused on jumping height, rather than distance to get from platform to platform, spreading her Sailcloth above her to take advantage of the rising hot air from the lava below to glide and extend her bounds.

Obviously a decent horizontal glide was not going to be enough to dodge a rising pillar of lava, but that’s where love magic came in!

Spinning in midair akin to someone imbued with the Power of the Stars, Zelda conjured a protective ember shield to bear the brunt of the lava, allowing her to pass and reach to Arle safely.
“Phew.” Zelda sighed upon arrival, all the more roasted than her daughter, with burning skirt she needed to pat out too.
“Arle dear? Are you okay? Does it hurt?” Zelda wasted no time kneeling down to inspect the scorch marks on Arle’s person. First the arrows, now this.

“I fear whatever lies beyond that door is expecting us to be in better shape.” Zelda cautioned heading so recklessly through the door.
“Think we can spare a moment for a Song of Healing?” She proposed casting a healing spell with her Goddess Harp. “Or Din’s Power? Or Farore’s Courage?”

Seeing Nightmare Angrily staring her down, Gave Samus a slight smirk in knowing she probably prevented this Armored Monster from killing Arle or Zelda...It felt fine. Whatever happened next, However, Was entirely something else, as the Monster pursues samus, Aiming to swing it's ridiculous sword against her! Samus Locked her Arm cannon on Target, took a deep breath...And readied herself.

"I hope whatever your doing arle....Is Worth it."

And so, With that, Samus takes as best aim she can, Her Explosive Blasts readied in her Cannon as she charges against the Madly swinging Azure Nightmare!
