Down from the sky, a giant bird as black as night spread it’s wings as it circled the arena above the crowds head. Upon it’s back, a cheesy hunk of man who must have been wedged by the goddess Hylia herself rode, his crimson red hair flowing gracefully in the wind.
Making its way center stage, the Loftwing’s rider left from its saddle, performing a flip mid-air before sticking the landing on one knee.

The man stood up, with his arms open to await the crowd’s thunderous applaus. Upon his handsome face, a proud grin that clearly was not trying to surpress the urge to wince at the way he landed on his knee. The comely specimen posed, stroking his magnificent pompadour to show it off, not because he was afraid it had become undone by being wind-blown.

“Sunshine Stadium!” He addressed the crowd with a mighty smooth bellow. “Make some noise!” He commanded like the lord of the arena. His Loftwing flying away as if scared by the noise.
“Are you ready?” He then shouted his question as he flexed, ignoring the weird looking metal mushroom stick the other people use.
“Now I don’t know who this Boy Scout I’m supposed to fight is. But I do know that the Scout’s Motto is ‘Be Prepared’ or something like that, right?” He began casually. “Well tell you what Scouty, there’s no preparing for what I’ve got to share!” He taunted with another flex of his muscles.
“It’s no use when the Groose is Loose!” He battlecried, taking a moment to let the hordes of cheering women settle down and catch their breaths. “And here’s some news: I’ll give you some clues: I don’t need no excuse because You All get to choose!” He pointed toward the biggest portion of the stands that he could.
“That’s right, it’s request night! Ladies choice~!” He gave a smoldering wink to where the highest voiced cheers came from. “So many sides to kicking his hide, that I'll let You decide!”

He kicked up quite a bit of Dust, Before he Double-jumped himself right infront of Groose, Putting his scatter gun away and producing his Aluminum bat, Putting both hands to his lips, and sending a great big "Mwah!" To the Audience, Waving his hands as he backed up right into Groose!

Ah yeah, The Cheering from the Crowd, The Crying of Scout, Thats what Jeremy was all here for! It was aaaalll him, baby! Jeremy chuckled, Suddenly blowing a raspberry out of his lips at Groose, Pointing a thumb in Groose's direction. "What, you serious? Dis guy? *Dis* Guy? Ive scraped gunk outta gutters stronger than dis guy!" Scout would say to Groose, Chuckling as he sauntered away, before pointing at Groose. "Do you even know who i am? Do you got ANY Idea who i am? Motha-Lova' killin' no less but HUNDREDS of BLU Merc's! The Myth and the Legend with the Baseball career?? Faster than a freakin' Bullet? Man, im a freakin' legend!" Scout would say, Advertising himself quite haughtily in front of the crowd, Flexing his own...Muscles? Well, one could call them more bread sticks than anything.

"Anyway pal, Imma give ya' a few minutes to think this over while i keep the crowd entertained, You can run on home and grease that gravity-defyin' cow tounge you call a hairdo." Scout would say to Groose, before coughing and returning to his showboat. "Let me remind you folks somethin'! Grass Grows, Birds Fly, Sun Shines, And me? I hurt people! Imma Force of Nature!" Scout would say, Swinging his bat around, and standing at full attention.

"And This 'Groose'...Is cooked!" Scout would say, smirking under the brim of his hat, now his bat fully swung around side like Groose was about to throw him a pitch to be a home run...


...Until Scout peeked at a camera, and waved at it. "Hey Ma'! Im on TV, Look!" Scout would happily say, Before returning to his battle stance.

Groose had only seen someone run that fast away from him in fear. Fanning away the dust cloud he kicked up, Groose did a double take upon seeing Scout for the first time.
This was him? He was as skinny as Stritch even scrawnier than Fledge! And what poor excuse for a weapon did he whip out? His sword? That practice stick couldn’t cut a cloud let alone any knight’s armor! It was much too thick and blunt.

“…Oh wait a minute. I think I get it! This is one of those charity exhibitions matches right?” Groose finally opened up after letting Scout run his mouth.
“Yeah, some poor chump makes a wish and the Magical Girl Society pulls together and does whatever it takes to make it come true, right?” He nodded in understanding, pacing around Scout.
“And this little girl wanted to make her mommy proud by standing up and talking tough to big old Groose, huh? Well geez if they told me ahead of time I would’ve been more prepared to play along!” He chuckled condescendingly.
“I mean look at her! That stance, that uniform, That poor excuse for a sword! It looks like a baseball bat!” Groose couldn’t let go of his sides from laughter.
“Now This! This is a Sword!” He unsheathed his standard issue Skyloft Knight double-edged long sword, holding it aloft for it to shine in the stadium lights, and even swished it around much to the oohs and aahs of the crowd.
“Y’know what kid, it’s your lucky day. You’ve got my pity now too. So, tell you what, in addition to posing for pictographs with you, I’ll do you one better: I’ll give you a crash course lesson in front of everyone how to fight like a true knight. Sound fun? Doesn’t that sound like fun everybody?” He looked to the audience to check for their approval. They were going wild with support but not in the way Groose thought they were.
“So when you go home to mama later, you can tell her all about the time you had and everything you learned from the Great Groose. While I'll show Blue here just why the ladies call the Great Groose a Legend~.”
He suavely turned to Blue, leaning on his sword like a cane.

Scout would flush under his cap hearing Blue seemingly hyping him up all the more, Putting the brim of his cap down a bit. "A-ah, Well, i mean, I-it aint nothin..." Scout would say, rubbing the back of his head by smiling wholeheartedly. He wasn't about to say he didn't love his ma', But it was still a bit-- Huh? Hey, This guy was really going off on Scout! Jeremy huffed a little, Adjusting his cap a little as it seemed the fight was turning into more an Insult off. Scout would roll his head, Cracking his neck a little as he smirked.

Scout would say a single insult, Starting a mad dash to Groose, Throwing up a Specially Signed Baseball, and Reeling out the Sandman to thwack it at Groose's head!

It was just two heavily armed men aggressively flirting with her by asking loaded questions. Loaded like that... gun... what could possibly go wrong?

The biggest smile the crowd had ever seen graced Groose’s face when Blue said yes. At a loss of words, he could only snort like an approving bull, ready to trample this goon in her honour.
The change of Groose’s face changed when Scout insulted both his mother and his pompadour was all the audiences needed to know that it was on. It was as if his flaming red pompadour was going to catch fire, the way steam fumed from his nostrils. He sheathed his sword and got into stance, as if ready to take Scout apart with his bare hands.

Groose didn’t even blink when hit with the baseball. In fact, it looked like it didn’t leave an impact on him at all…until he slowly started to blink.
Before Groose could finish his blink, let alone give a witty comeback to Scout’s minor league baseball practice, a much greater threat was posed to him.

Groose visibly froze. Milk running down his forehead. Wiping his brow with his finger and checking it as if looking for blood, Groose felt higher. No…No! The horror on his face spelled it out. His…Beautiful pompadour! The crown of his kingly face. There was no point in crying over spilled milk, but Groose was going to make him cry now!

Not even the shot from Scout’s Scatter gun slowed Groose down in his single-minded charge. It wasn’t going to be enough to save him.

Scout would say, Pouting before reeling his bat back. "I get it, Ya' love ya mom and all, But listen! ....No one loves there ma' more than me." Scout would say, Winking to a camera to land that special Appeal Touch, Before Scout would start running full speed, Aiming his Wooden Sandman to hit Groose with an almighty "BONK!"

Letting Scout scamper away like a frightened Remlit, the fuming Groose panted down to his senses. Those who knew him had cause to be frightened, for they had never seen him so single-mindedly furious. But in the span of a few deep breaths, he started to look like himself again.
“Y’know… The difference between me and you is...” He stood back up to his feet, not bothering to face Scout as he ran away, clearly meaning for the crowd to hear it.
“I can fix my pompadour! _{Here that, Chief? You’re gonna be okay.}” He whispered up to his hair between shouts. “But when I’m done with your face, your momma’s gonna be the only one left who’ll be able to love you!” He battlecried, pumping up for another assault. “In fact, considering what you looked like before, she’d probably like it considering what your dad must’ve looked like-”

Before he could finish is new taunt a wooden bat came crashing down on his head, splashing milk out of his hair like a sponge.

Being bonked with it a second time, Groose reached out through the head ache and grabbed onto the bat, not letting it go or giving it back.

Before he could hit him back with it, however, he was blasted across the field with the Force of Nature.
Getting up in yet another daze, Groose felt he still had the bat in his hand. Opening his eyes, his blurred vision was enough to tell him his opponent was all the way on the other side of the field.
Focussing his eyesight on the bat in his hands, he scoffed in disappointment. Such a pitiful weapon. He almost threw it away, but despite the concussion, or because of it, he had an idea.
Kneeling back up to his feet, Groose plucked a Bomb Flower out of his Bomb Bag and lined up a shot, instead of throwing it across the field, he batted it at the Scout. It turns out the bat was better for this because using his sword would have sliced the bomb in half and triggered the explosion prematurely

Groose then immediately unsheathed his sword and charged across the battlefield, using the bomb’s smoke as cover. Emerging on the other side, he took a slice out of the Scout’s shirt, with his sword hand.

Using Scout’s own bat, Groose then hooked into the shirt through the hole he created, pulling him in by the chest to deliver a fresh boot to the gut.

Despite Scout's good talkin',  A Bomb would whallop him dead in the face, exploding and sending scout flying a good deal back, skipping across the ground like a stone across water, and making that brand new tooth fly out of his face , As he stood up, only to see a Groose charging from the smoke with a charge!

"AH, WHAT KINDA SCOTTISH CYCLOPES BULLCRAP IS THI--" Scout would yelp in pain, As his shirt was torn off by a sudden pull, Threatening to get Scout in for a deep kick!

But, Thinking cleverly, scout would quickly jump out of his torn shirt, Avoding the Kick for a moment as he hopped back, Looking to the Audience as he thought for a moment...



"Is it just me, or is there a draft in here?" Scout would ask, until looking down to see- OH NO! HE WAS WEARING NEUTRAL COLORS! Scout would gulp, seeing as the torn apart remains of his shirt were now hung on the Nail on the Sandman, as Scout would then grin..." Oh, Of course not! I'll warm up the whole stadium~" Scout would say, Flexing to the Audience! Sure, wasnt an Appeal, But damn did he love playin' to the crowd. "Ohhh, C'mon, Lemme Hear it! Lemme Hear ya', Hahaha~!" Scout would laugh, Flexing all the while.

"Dont worry bud, Ill do this, You dont gotta show yer' ugly Bod if ya' dont wanna~" Scout would Taunt groose, Grinning. "Ill just make sure to hit yer' head instead!" Scout would say, Before reeling his Aluminum bat back, and Swinging Thrice, trying to clonk Groose's big meaty head!

Truly, You wrote ya' own end." Scout would ask, grinning and taking out his Tom Jones Signed Baseball, and with a great thwack, Sent it flying to Groose's head! "Heads up!"

“Huh?” Groose grunted as his Liftwing Kick gave way to a dusty stamp on the ground for lack of Scout. Looking around in the cloud of smoke he kicked up, the first thing he found was Scout’s shirt hanging tattered on the nail of his Sandman.
“How’s about that? Slain him like one of those Bokoblin dummies. Just as red, just as Ugly!” Groose laughed, waving the shirt like a victory flag. It was red just like his pompadour so it might as well be.

“Don't you know I'm still standing better than I ever did ♪
Looking like a true survivor, feeling like a little kid ♪
I'm still standing after all this time ♪
Picking up the pieces of my life without you on my mind”♪ Groose began to him outlout in a surprisingly suave and manly singing voice.

“-And even they wielded better swords than-” He began before being cut off by Scout’s voice on the other side of the settling dust.
He was alive! Well of course he was. More importantly, he was shirtless! “…and they were shirtless too.”

Huh. Scout wasn’t as scrawny as he looked with his shirt on. What a show off, though.
If this were a body building competition, Groose could beat him in one flex!
“Please.” Groose scoffed folding his arms, pretending his not already flexing them. “If I were to show any more of this, they’d have to double the price of admission!” He teased by rolling up his sleeves to shoulder height, flexing his bulging, rippling triceps. “Think of the break ups I’d cause.” He pleaded to Scout to consider the audience’s welfare.

Better get your head out of your armpits and back into the game, Groose, Scout’s swinging atcha. A good bat to the head later, Groose was disoriented enough not to notice Scout pulling a gun on him until it was too late.

Next thing Groose knew, he was groaning on the ground, arms unfolded and covering his abs, feeling them for injury. Good thing his shirt was still on. He still had his sword in one hand, but where was that fat stick the twerp was swinging? He must’ve stolen it back! Scrambling to regain his senses, the first thing Groose heard was a ‘Heads Up!’ And like clockwork, he rose to his knees and swung at the ball, deflecting it with his blade.

“Y’know, I think I have a theory on why you’re so scrawny.”Impressed with his own feat of agility and precision, Groose got back up to his feet with a new air of baseless confidence.
“You rely on small easy to use weapons. You use one finger and Blam a hole in my chest.” He gestured with a flex of his pinkie. “Whereas I have been classically trained with weapons that require strength to lift, and skill to wield with precision!” He sheathed his sword and traded by unsheathing his scattershot.
“Sit still and observe.” He instructed, as he pulled back on the rubber slingshot and launched three little pellets at Scout as if they were bullets.

“And I don’t think I’ve properly introduced you to the bottom of my boot yet!” Groose battle cried, charging in after the last shot intending to jump kick Scout and stamp him in the chest.
Using the sword again so soon just didn’t feel sportsman-like.

Scout would tank a great deal of pellets to his bare chest, making him chuckle. "Oof, Hey, You usin' Paint Ball Pellets or somethin'? Pfft, Back in the Bronx, Thats what rain feels like, thats noth-- Woah boy!" Scout would stop, suddenly starting to mad sprint across the ground, Dodging the rest of the Pellets with a great deal of finnesse, Even performing a sudden dive out of the way of groose's first kick!

"Hah, More like yer' classicly trained in my ass!" Scout would shout, clearly not very smart, as the only thing that got him was taking a sudden blat to the face with groose's second boot kick, Making him let out a rather miserable "Blech--", as he would quickly hop up, Wiping the boot mark off of his face, Shaking his head. "Well, Ill tell ya', Its alot prettier than your face." Scout would say, shaking his head, Before looking at the newest Audience requests...

"...Welp, i know what im doin'." Scout would say, The First request to touch the butt immediately catching his attention. However, Scout did have to make some work to Groose as to make life easier and the butt all the more touchable. Scout had a great idea! And so, Scout would reach into his backpack, Pulling out...A Cardboard tube with a little bit of wrapping paper stuck, along with a red bauble. "Well, Hey buddy, I dunno if that Date's gonna go to well for ya', Seeing how your face is all bloodied up and all." Scout would say, Before suddenly bopping the bauble at Groose!

"Hey Sugar, I know ya' actin' nice to the big lug down there cause ya' tryin to make him feel all special, Its real nice of ya', I getcha', But ya' know im still out there battin' a hundred. So, Y'know~" Scout would say, Writing down his number onto one of his Arm Bandadges, Ripping it off, handing it to Blue and giving finger guns. "ChicChic~" He would say with flirty intention, before quickly giving a Pat to Blue's Backside!
