Amitie looked at the village from the hill, breathing a bit. She was not used to this much exercise since she went into hiding months ago... Despite that she managed to chase Klug all the way here. Him and Sig were heading to this village and she was right on their tail... Could she finally find the strength to save her friends from their fates... Well, she had to try and not goof it up all over again. ".... Still what if I do mess up... I... Even though Sig and Klug are under that demon's influence I don't want to... Another accident can't happen... Not after she was lost..." Amitite put a hand to her chest, she almost felt like Lidelle was still with her when she did this and closed her eyes. It provided an odd sense of comfort.

The girl dressed in black attire with a yellow accent and glasses, though with her hair and hat it would be hard to identify her as anything less than an Amitie. Regardless she did look slightly older by a year or two, a bit more experienced before the incident went down. ".... Still, I walked by a lot of locations I've never seen on the way here... And I don't recogonize this village either... Where did Klug take us... And... Why was... she here?" the girl pondered aloud. She... did not quite understand the implications. Regardless she never thought she'd see Seriri again, much less on the way after Klug. "... I... can't stay on that. I need to keep an eye on Klug for when he moves from that village. I... Will save you and Sig this time. I promise..." she tried to reassure herself... It was not working very well if she had to be honest.

The girl was too distracted in talking to herself and watching the village to pay attention to anyone that was coming here after her... Let alone more oddities to further confuse and conflict her. She was focusing rather heavily on trying to get herself motivated to follow Klug.

Mission Start

The nice thing about being little was that your footsteps were a lot quieter. It took Rider almost no effort to sneak up on Amithree, aided in part by how distracted the other was. She was too nervous too actually speak up, however. The only reason she was here before the others was because she was too nervous to introduce herself to the original Amitie and Lidelle. They hadn't properly met yet. Sure, Amitwo said she'd told Amite and Lidelle about having saved her, but this was all a bit much for her. Thus, she wound up listening in for a bit. Eventually though, Rider couldn't stomach the silence anymore. It was rude to eavesdrop, after all! "A-Ami?" Rider meekly greeted in confusion. There was a certain fear in her body language, yet... it sounded just like best friend and mother figure. She waited for a moment before summoning the courage to continue. She was carefully studying Amithree's reaction. " . . . Why are you... loo-looking at me like that?" she softly asked, deeply uncomfortable with the shock on Amithree's face. It was the shock and discomfort she expected when she finally met her originals. She wasn't supposed to exist. She slowly recoiled until she was hiding her face from Amithree, her ears drooping. "...Ami, please don't--..." Rider began to request, only for her own sniffling to cut her off. "...I don't want to be a ghost..." she softly whined.

Meanwhile, Amitwo finally catches up alongside Amitie and Lidelle. She pokes her head out from around the corner of a dilapidated house to the tune of a slide whistle, observing the situation at hand. She flinched, looking back to Amitie and Lidelle. " . . . That's Rider! ...I think. It looks like she's in trouble!" Amitwo quietly blurted out, in mild alarm, debating whether to rush out there and confront the doppelganger or continue observing. She was a bit confused. What if that was the Lidelle counterpart to this third Amitie? She hadn't really thought this through before coming here. On one hand, she had the overwhelming desire to go hug that bab. On the other, what if things turned hostile and she wound up running face first into danger like a dork?

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" "A-ami, wait!!"

...Oh, and there goes both Amitie and Lidelle rushing in. Amitie was going in first to...probably scoop up Rider in order for protection and give her third doppelganger some space, but her objective was kind of stopped by a daredevil rock tripping her down the ground, making her fall face first on the floor. "I'm fine!!" she yelled, turning her head to the side as she attempted to recover from the fall, noticing Lidelle dashing past her. She then turned back to  the currently nicknamed 'Amithree', and...whoa, those clothes are pretty cool. Maybe she could try to get herself something similar once they're done here...?

"Rider...!" Lidelle called her own doppelganger...and well, it was clear she wasn't really fond of the other just up and 'greet' the new figure like that. "D-did you not hear Ami and me back there? You could've...!!" she began to scold, but stopped midway. No...maybe she was being too harsh on her other self... "...p-please be careful next time, okay? And...please go back to Amitwo too, OK?" she simply requested, placing a hand on Rider's literally cold shoulder, offering a small, but warm smile to her. Now to check on the person they came here for...

Now, Lidelle was simply no fool. She could notice that Amithree was definitely different from the 0ther two Amities. Going beyond the possible shock in the other's reaction, there was this very...intensely guilty look in her eyes. Lidelle shivered a bit. Whatever happened with Amithree, she - or rather, the 'she' hailing from Amithree's version of her world - was involved. And the results were...not good, to put it very lightly

"(...How do I start this conversation...?)" She thought to herself, folding her arms in deep thought. She couldn't just go ahead and say 'hey, I'm not actually your Lidelle, but I'm real!'. That being said, she had to start somewhere...so...the best alternative had to do. "H-hey, so...I-I know this looks crazy, but...p-please take a deep breath and listen to what we have to say, okay...?"

The Goddess of an Amitie had her focus distracted at the call of her name. The voice was eerily familiar but it could never be who she thou-OH MY GODDESS IT IS! Amitie's face quickly changed from confusion to one of pure shock, effected a bit by even more confusion. This, no, she... had to be seeing things right now... That was actually not as comforting as she thought it'd be. "N-no! I-I didn't mean to-I didn't know-I wouldn't of if-" the 'doppleganger began, beginning to stumble back a bit at Lidelle's words. She really was not prepared to be haunted today... In fact she was actually not sure she preferred this being a haunting or an hallucination. On one hand, one showed Lidelle was not at rest like she'd hope on the other she was a bit concerned of the mental effect of avoiding contact with people-

..... Was that her voice screaming behind her? The girl turned around, even more confused and a bit more worried, stumbling back toward the other Lidelle before tripping backwards onto her bottom. Okay, now she was seeing two Lidelles and another one of her. Well, that thankfully crosses out the fact that Lidelle was haunting her from beyond the grave. On the other hand, seeing her younger self and two Lidelles definitely cleared up she was going crazy. Was that Lidelle scolding the other though? "I-I'm so confused..." she said to herself quietly, not getting a bit of what was going on outside she really hopes being a Goddess means she does not die from shock anymore. She just kind of looked at the other Lidelle for a moment, her guilt clear to the small girl at least as her breathing was rather unsteady. This was a lot to take in and she was only kind of immortal...

She was concerned, scared, confused, worried, and unsure all in the same moment, it was a feeling of stress that was on a level she was kind of surprised was new given what has happened in the last year.... Was... this an illusion by Klug?... No, the demon wasn't that clever... The girl stared at Lidelle for a good moment after her suggestion, still trying hard to process all that has happened in the last few hours... or was it minutes? Seconds? She... had no idea despite controlling time and space but it sure felt like it has been a few hours from all these emotions.

Still, she breathed deeply and back out. "... O-Okay. I might already be going crazy so what's the harm in potential hallucinations explaining what's going on?" she said, making it sound like a joke, even laughing a bit, though in all honesty she was just trying to help herself cope with what is going on right now. She sure had no idea where to even begin in imagining why there might actually be two Lidelles, another Amitie and-.... Wait, was there TWO hers too?... She was not prepared for today at all... Well, what else is new?

Rider sniffled and cowered slightly at Lidelle's scolding. She seemed pretty upset, but at Lidelle's touch... she seemed to stop. Who could say how it felt to her. Amitwo didn't really have any body heat either, but she felt more room temperature than actively cold. Touching Rider was a lot like touching a glass or can of soda that had been sitting in the refrigerator all day. It wasn't immediately uncomfortable or painful like holding ice with your bare hands, especially since Lidelle was probably using her sleeve, but it was definitely sharp and distinctly strange. Rider looked up at Lidelle. A part of her didn't want to go now, but she nodded in understanding anyway and retreated a bit, only to run into the waiting arms of Amitwo, inadvertently knocking her back a bit without really trying. Amitwo promptly pat Rider's head, attempting to comfort her. "It's okay. Just because we're not real doesn't mean we're out to get you~!" Amitwo cheerily greeted from where she was floating, earning a bewildered look from Rider. She wasn't entirely sure she agreed with Amitwo's apparent acceptance of their falsified existence but decided not to comment. Rider quietly watched Amithree from where she stood, unable to will herself to speak. "My name is Amitwo. It's like Ami-tee, but two!" Amitwo explained. "And this is Rider. We were created with magic to be like Amitie and Lidelle!" Amitwo explained. Rider softly nudged her in response. "--Uh... But we th-think and have feelings just like you. And Rider even has a real body now. So be nice to her, o-okay?" Amitwo went on to clarify somewhat nervously, tightening her embrace around Rider's shoulders with both arms and cuddling her for a brief moment. It wasn't in her nature to be assertive, yet there was a very clear protectiveness of Rider.

...Okay, these doppelgangers seem to have a slight issue with the concept of self-worth. Amitie, as she got up from that silly tripping, could see red for a blink of a second before forcefully slamming it down with her psychological hammer. For now, they need to focus on the Amithree matter. She'd have talk about Amitwo's lack of self-worth later. She gingerly approached her third doppelganger and began to talk. "I'm Amitie! Y'know, the prime one~!" She introduced herself, a small hint of pride  accidentally exuding from her tone of voice. "I'm also a princess, but that's...not really important right now!" ...Amitie, last time I checked, being of royalty is a very big deal, even if they're stranded from their home world(s). "Welcome to Li~!" she finally finished, putting up her best smile. She was trying her best to ease up the tension around the atmosphere.

Lidelle exhaled loudly. "Right. I'm...well, prime Lidelle. Princess Lidelle of the Mushroom Kingdom, if you want to be technical, but please...just call me Lidelle." the young dragon introduced herself. "P-Please calm down, we're not enemies nor hallucinations." she began explaining, moving to lightly grasp Amithree's hand, in an attempt to both have her know she wasn't bluffing and give her a small bit of comfort. "...Right now, you're in this place called Li, a planet comprised of many other planets, dimensions, realities, often at odds with each other. We're plagued by this horrible blight named Starvia, which grants absolute power...at the cost of your mind." she drew a shaky breath. "We've received word that you came here. Considering the p-possible circumstances...you got dragged in from your home dimension with a space-time rift, maybe involuntarily."

"...Yeah! What she said!" Amitie nodded frantically. "Anyway, we should get you back to the Life Sphere! ...that's basically the only safe place we have for now." Amitie explained, scratching her head. "We'll help you get settled down! Ooh, ooh, we should get you to the Magical Girl's Society after that! Maybe they can help you with your more...personal troubles!" she...offered? Honestly, with how she was phrasing it, it sounded less like an offer and more like a thing they were going to do later on. "You do look kinda...super sad, but we're not exactly therapy people, so..."

The Space-Time Goddess stared in a bit of confusion at Amitwo for a moment, her initial fear dying down. "So you are some... advanced magic people? That's pretty cool..." she replied, a bit oddly admirably, well, magic was a simple solution! So the other two are fake too!... No, wait, they are real deals apparently. "W-wait, I'm a-er, I mean, you're a princess?!" Amithree seemed to forget she was stalking someone quietly at that sudden reveal.  "... So the Space-Time Rift was to a world with other dimensions mixed in too. That would explain her..." she mumbled to herself before shaking her head at Amitie.

"... Sorry, but I can't come with you. Not yet. I can't lose track of them and what you say gives me less reason to leave right now... Let me introduce myself properly..." the girl stated, stepping back a bit. "I am a Goddess in my world. Amitie the third one could say," She stated."Anyway, I came here on purpose. Kind of. Some... old friends of mine... ours I guess in a sense, were going through a portal here and I came to save them. I can't let Klug and Sig get away when they are so close and I can do something-" she began to explain before noticing two figures leave a building down in the village... Those were... "There they are!" she called out, pointing to a Sig that was covered in some kind of dark aura and color and an oddly Yellow Sig with a demonous shadow protruding from behind him.

"I have to go stop that demon before he does who knows what!" she said before going to rush after them before remembering something and stopping. She looked back to the Prime Amitie and Lidelle. "... I would advise against following me. That demon is a lot more powerful than when you fought him before. I can't promise anyone's safety but I have to do this. I am not failing them again," she said, with a very serious tone, keeping an eye on the 'prime' Amitie. She seemed to be hiding something but the meaning in her stare could be interpreted as one of heavy concern or a judging one, maybe both.

" . . . You're a GODDESS?!" Amitwo blurted out in shock. She wondered whether that was more or less awesome than being a princess. Welp... She gussed she was still the lamest version of herself. ............It was so cool to see herself amount to things she couldn't. It was like a daydream, only it was real and she was observing it! She couldn't help but notice that she was being ignored, however, in favor of Prime Amitie. Not to mention the prime Lidelle. She couldn't be sure how Rider felt about that, but she seemed pretty quiet as usual. Maybe she didn't want to do any of this fighting business! Then again... "Are you kidding me??" Amitwo replied. "...There's no way I'm passing up a chance to meet another Sig and another Klug! I haven't seen them since... Well, I guess technically ever." Amitwo thoughtfully remarked. Her only memories were of the fake Klug and Sig the mirage had given her, and neither of them had really cared to listen to her when she tried to warn them about their imminent expiration dates. Sig had just kinda said okay and gone back to bug searching, and Klug well... Klug thought she was crazy. And also probably stupid. "You're in too, right Rider? I'm made of magic, and you can always use a bit more of that right? And Rider, ... um... I've actually never seen Rider fight! I think she's probably really tough though, right Rider?" Amitwo asked.

" . . . "

Rider decides not to take the praise. What a nice thought though!

Both Amitie and Lidelle listened up to what the third doppelganger had to say. The mention of her being a goddess drew a couple of curious glances, but not much of a reaction until Amithree brought up Klug and Sig and how she couldn’t let them get away for an unspecified reason. It wasn’t until they appeared from the building that Amitie managed to put two and two together. “...You didn’t save Klug from being possessed yet? Why? How long has he...been like this?” She asked. She expected, or rather...hoped that Klug was only possessed for a few hours...or a couple of days.

“...it was because of me, wasn’t it...?” Lidelle whispered to herself.

“--Mm…? You said something, Liddie?” Amitie asked, turning to her sister. “I’ll...talk about it later. Right now, let’s take care of Klug and Sig.” “...Sounds fine to me. C’mon, let’s get going!” Amitie rallied her younger sister, before walking next to Amithree and speaking to her specifically. “...I don’t care. I’m gonna save him! He’s my friend, no matter what dimension or time period!” she rebutted.

With no more words to say, Amitie suddenly made a shortsword appear on her right hand, her outfit changing to something more...medieval-looking. “ Let's make it easier for ourselves to tell us apart and avoid confusion. I’ve took upon this form for this occasion! Been wanting to try this out for a while!” she said to herself. “--Hey, Lids, sword time!”

“O-oh, right!” Lidelle quickly nodded, summoning a...pretty small green dagger as her outfit also changed. “Now Rider and Lidelle don’t dress exactly the same! All right, everyone! Let’s kick that demon outta Klug’s body!”

"Well, I did once, it has been about three years since then though and it happened again..." Amithree said in a down look before looking up at both Amities before both Lidelles... To be honest she probably should of expected this. They were the same person afterall. "Yeah, I should of guessed you guys would not take no for an answer... Just... be careful, okay?" she relented with a sigh before watching Lidelle and Amitie change into sword getup. "Wow! You gotta show me how to do that trick!" she began before hearing Klug shout for Sig to follow. "Oh right, later. Let's hurry!" she said as she jumped into a run for the duo.

"Stop... Whatever you are doing Klug!" the Goddess called out. He turned around, the yellow demon first and Sig doing so as well. "... Why if it isn't the Goddess. I thought I saw the last of you after you-" he began until noticing the other two Amities... And Lidelles. "... Hm, and there is more of you now. This is a pain and none of you are worth my time. Sig, take care of the failure and the other four. I have to check this house for that book," he instructed before walking off to another house.

"Klug, wait!" she began, moving to chase after before she had to step back as she was intercepted by a pitch black lady bug shaped blast that narrowly missed her. She looked back to the house. "We need to take care of Sig first. We need to weaken him and then I should be able to absorb the magic that is controlling him with my Magic Drain. Just try not to hurt Sig too bad!" Amithree called over her shoulder as she got ready as Sig, with an even blanker expression than normal stepped forward.

Alternate Sig is blocking off the path to Klug, weaken him so Amithree can try to purify him!

Amitwo just kind of stared at Sig and Klug. "...Huh. I almost don't recognize either of them." Amitwo mused aloud. "But it seems like this isn't the first time for either of you two." she added, addressing Amitie and Amithree. "Do you remember either Sig or Klug looking anything like that, Riddy Diddy Dell?" Amitwo asked. You could just ... see Rider's momentary confusion at what Amitwo had called her for a brief moment written all over her face. "...No!" she softly replied. "Those outfits are so wicked~!! You girls look like legendary adventuring heroes or something~!" Amitwo gushed, fangirling over their originals a bit. Rider softly giggled, but seemed to quietly appreciate them as well. "Um--...Ami... Are you sure it's okay to--uhm... fight them?" Rider went on to add, anxious about hurting a friend. "--Oh. Yeah!" Amitwo replied before turning and shouting at Sig. "Don't worry Siggy! We're going to save you!!" Amitwo boldly announced. 

Taking a deep breath, Rider gathered her energy, held out her trembling arms--still hidden underneath her sleeves... and then proceeded to Emperor Palpatine Sig, bolts of lightning wildly arcing all over the place as she awkwardly corrected her arm, attempting to focus them on Sig.

"--Woah! That's some serious magic you're packing, Riddy! Hold on--" Amitwo blurted out, wriggling about in the air and performing a bit of a flip such that she wound up upside down, working herself up for battle. "I cast magic missile~!" Amitwo announced in the most nasally voice she could manage, doing her best impression of a stereotypical nerd and then giggling at her own gag. Meanwhile, bolts of mana shot across the improvised battlefield, chasing Sig down!

Amitwo them did a spin while remaining upside down! ...Good thing her skirt defies gravity, because she seemed to have no spatial awareness there. "Arcane Storm~!" Amitwo went on to incant, her arms sorta disintegrating as a whirlwind of pure mana shot out of them, rushing out toward Sig! The stumps of her arms just kinda looked like condensed blue'ish white mana, and her arms would reform shortly after the attacks finished.

“Hehe, thanks~” Amitie paused to take the compliment, hoisting her sword and doing a knightly pose. Lidelle, on the other hand, would look aside and blush. Then afterwards, Amitie pointed her sword towards the darkened Sig and the demon-possessed Klug...there’s a bit of hesitation, but she still pointed it.

“Forget it, demon guy! We’ll save Sig and kick you out of Klug’s body! I already did it once!” she boasted, despite the demon...probably not listening, since she said that by the time he was going to search for a book. “...Right! I’ll try to make this quick.” The swordfighter blonde nodded, as she began charging her blade with some magic. "S-same here..." Lidelle said, nodding in acknowledgement of the plan.

After Amitwo and Rider attacked, Amitie leapt into action! “Ark Zero!” she said as she performed a horizontal slash, whose range and power were amplified by the magic she charged beforehand.

Afterwards, her sword glimmered red as she jumped backwards… “Blazing Petal!” she chanted, as fiery red petals shot from her sword and rained down upon the possessed boy.

After Amitie’s burning petal storm, Lidelle moved in front of Sig and began to attack...real fast. A lengthy combination of repeated slices, dices, slashes and thrusts were delivered with surprising speed, before the smol ended the continuous strike with a spinning slash.
