Backstory: Rom and Ram
History On Li: Rom and Ram chose to watch the tournament between the CPUs go on as they could not join together and Ram was not going to join without Rom. Still, they cheered for their big sister, Blanc to take down the opposition for Lowee. Still, they were not prepared when some new bad guy appeared and started catching the CPUs. This worried Rom but Ram told her they had to help their sister and the others. Going in, they tried to blast the new foe but to no avail.
Rom were caught offguard and thrown into a portal to which she cried out for Ram. Ram, thinking quick, jumped in after Rom and hugged her to make sure they were not seperated. She had to make sure her sister was okay. They ended up thrown into a cold region on some unrecogonized world. None of the others seemed to be around either, but fortunately they were still together. Rom and Ram just had to find this way off this snowy mountain before some monster finds them...

[PTab=Primary Attacks]-Ice Mastery Blue:Like her sister, Rom is a master of ice magic. However, she prefers to channel wintery tornados and perform icy shards from a distance to control a crowd than get up close and personal. (Light to Medium Wisdom Attack, 8-18%) -Fire Magic: While she does not put as much oomph into her fire magic as Ram, her magic can leave the foe with quite a nasty burn to weaken them over time. Has a 30% chance to burn. (Medium Wisdom Attack, 12%) -Thunder Magic: While she may not know how to use Love Magic like Ram, Rom can still use Electrical based magic to strike down a group of foes from a distance. These attacks are powerful and call down a storm of lightning upon an entire group of enemies, the lightning magic chaining from nearby foe to nearby foe with terrifying accuracy. The surge of lightning is also instantaneous with the casting so it targets one's perception (Wisdom) since dodging lightning is not a normal feat. 2 turn cooldown. (Heavy Wisdom Attack, 26%) [/PTab={min-height:200px;max-height:456px;overflow:auto;}] [PTab=Special Attacks]-Ice Coffin: A basic and signature technique of the twins. They put all of their ice magic into capturing the foe in an icey prison to freeze them. This technique freezes foes 100% of the time and has decent power, but it has a 2 turn cooldown since it takes energy to cast. [Medium Wisdom Attack, 6%] -HDD White Sister: Rom triggers her HDD form, tapping into Share Energy for a quick burst of magical power by turning into her White Sister form. This buffs her Wisdom Mod by 2 and increases damage of her attacks by adding her Wisdom Mod. This buff can be extended at the cost of expending too much Share Energy, inflicting Severe Exhaustion until she ends the buff. 3 turn cooldown. -Please be alright!: A potentially stronger version of Ram's healing magic but a bit hampered by Rom's shy personality, taking longer to recharge. Heals 1d20+Rom's Charisma. 4 turn cooldown. The spell has the same effect no matter which uses it mechanically, but depending on which twin utilizes the FS, the element and visual is different. If Rom gives Ram her power, she gains the power to launch a large magical orb that blows up the foe for massive damage. If Ram gives Rom her power, she casts Northern Light which calls down four magical orbs that surround the foe and spin around while blasting them with magic. She will finish this by summoning the Souther Light to call down 4 orbs to explode on the foe. These target all foes for 80% damage! However, it is draining for them both, the twin that gives their power to the other takes 30% recoil and both have all the cooldowns on their spells extended by 2 for 3 turns. [PTab=Primary Attacks]-Ice Mastery Pink: Ram is a master of ice like her sister but she prefers being up close, using it to craft close range ice blasts and techniques along with forming weapons like swords out of ice to quickly slash and bash a foe. (Light to Medium Wisdom Attack, 8-18%) -Red Hot Explosion: Ram puts a lot more power into her Fire Magic, causing a massive explosion on a group of enemies, dealing massive damage. Not likely to burn but able to deal away with a group effeciently. Deals massive damage and has a +2 to accuracy, however, it lowers her dodges by 2 next turn and deals 7% recoil. (Heavy Wisdom Attack, 32%) -Love Magic: Ram thought love magic being used as offense was so cool she tried it for herself and was surprisingly able to craft it much better than Rom. Using her love for her family and friends Ram can craft hearts of various colors and explode them on the foe. This attack deals fairly good damage and infatuates the target but suffers a 2 turn cooldown and lowers Ram's dodges by 1 next turn. Other Info: Despite being magical casters, they do not need word incantations to cast their spells, usually just using giant pens as focus. So them not speaking does not keep them from using their magic.

(Light to Medium Strength Attack, 8-18%) -Morning Glory: A quick and precise attack consisting of 2 slashes made to act as one forceful blow. Deals heavy damage but has a 5% recoil. (Heavy Strength Attack, 28%) -Baby's Breath: A powerful attack consisting heavily of updwards mometum as it is a rising upward slice. However she has a -2 to her next dodge like this. [Heavy Strength Attack, 32%] -Daffodil: A technique that sharpens the Spirt, raining power and defense for a short time. During Daffodil Rom takes 5 less damage and deals 5 more damage for 3 turns however she can not shield during this time. 4 turn cooldown. -Magnoila: A slash faster than the eye can see, a move of true power and focus. Has a +1 to Accuracy. 2 turn cooldown. Rom jumps up into the air with Ram appearing opposite to her with a blade of magic petals before bringing themselves down on the foe at the same time, creating an explosion of cherry blossoms. [PTab=Primary Attacks]-Shuriken Style: Ninja Ram's man weapon is an extra large shuriken and a bunch of smaller ones. Ram can toss the smaller ones for a Light combo or use the bigger one for medium attacks. (Light to Medium Dex Attack, 8-18%) -Ninjitsu - Fire Dragon: Ram uses ninjitsu to fire a giant fireball at the foe. The heat of the blast singes her too but it can do more than that to the foe. 4% recoil. (Heavy Wisdom Attack, 26%) -Ninjitsu - Ice Tortoise: Ram uses Ice Ninjitsu to form an almighty ice shockwave that comes from her, freezing a large area and all those in the way in a dome shaped ice blast. 50% chance to Freeze, 4% recoil, 2 turn cooldown. (Medium AoE Wisdom Attack, 18%)[/PTab={min-height:200px;max-height:456px;overflow:auto;}] [PTab=Special Attacks]-Ninjitsu - Hundred Flowers: Ram throws a very large amount of shurikens onto the field at once, so many in fact she lost count and just says there around 100. Attacks a wide area for large damage, +2 accuracy but she takes -2 to her next dodge. 3 turn cooldown. (Heavy DEX Attack, 30%) - From the Shadows~!" A ninja works best in assassinations afterall. When the foe is unaware or can't see Ram her first attack of a turn is considered a Sneak Attack and deals 1.5x damage. If she is unable to hide or evade the foe's senses this move has no effect. Ninjitsu - Hidden Mist: Ram veils herself or an ally in a magic mist that makes them Invisible for 3 turns. This makes it so the target's attacks need to be dodged with Perception (Wisdom) as opposed to DEX and considers them hidden from view as long as a Perception roll does not beat a DEX roll from them, allowing Sneak Attacks.
