Captain Falcon was ready to waltz into the portal with utmost confidence, however, it seemed that their prize came straight to them, not looking the best though. That was only putting it lightly. The creature got pummeled to bits as he exited the portal, Little Arle rushing to his side to try and put him back together again. The scene itself was enough to break his Falcon heart. Worse yet, it didn’t seem like Moundo Jr. was reducing to trophy form anytime soon, the implications being quite dire, whatever it was that the monster did to him. Captain Falcon’s triangular eyes honed on Marx. Yes, he recognized the bat, but they never met face to face. He didn’t know what his role was, but he knew that he was close allies with Black Shadow when he was still the big Starvia chief. His fists clasped in fiery fury and he raced forward to take the creature head on!
In the meantime, the arachnus knew better than to confront a foe that was way out of his league, so he swiftly scurried to the pile of loot that the Luminoth recently took back from him and snatched a tiny treasure. Without a moment’s hesitation, the creature burrowed itself underground, escaping combat while the big bad was distracted by the other three in the room.
The police chief hadn’t the ability to fly, but due to the number of squats he did per day, he was an esteemed jumper. That said, a jumping attacker has significantly less advantage over a flying target, not to mention that Captain Falcon was still a bit on edge from what just took place.

Despite failing perfectly, Captain Falcon always manages to land on his feet, minus the times that he didn’t. Regardless, without losing any momentum, Captain Falcon launched himself back into the air powered up by a Falcon Kick that made him act like a torpedo, one that was going to hit Marx right where the sun doesn’t shine!

While he was up there though, he thought he might try to jab the bat in the back with a couple knee smashes.

The flying fiend’s eyes continued to joggle about wildly, even as a flurry of accusations were flung at him. The entire environment seemed to shift as well, but the monstrous maniac looked no worse for wear, nor did he seem at all fazed. He continued to giggle slightly, eying Little Arle as she approached the crumbled corpse of the child they were looking for. “Oh ho ho! You wouldn’t want to touch that! Trust the crazy one, little darling, even I don’t know how dirty that thing is! By all means though, get infected by whatever that is! Should spice things up around here!”

Marx’s other eye focused on Tomoko, casually flapping out of the way as he scratched his chin with his claw. “Oh, those ghosties!? It always slips my mind. Usually when I do that though, they end up somewhere painful! Give me a minute and maybe I can show you!” he answered like someone asked him where a good place to eat was. Due to his distracted nature though, Tomoko managed to get the bat creature wet with her Aqua attack.

The bells on Marx’s jester hat jingled furiously as he tried to shake them dry. “Ooo! And you people wonder why we don’t visit the Life Sphere! You aren’t very good neighbours, every time we try to have a talk it always ends with you guys attacking us and suddenly we’re the monsters. Sure, we infect people to make them obey us, but your leaders do the same, infecting you with lies and false trust. At least we’re upfront about it! Oh hoo hoo, listen to me babble though! Don’t you be listening to crazy ol’ Marx!”

Finally choosing to shut his mouth, as he naturally should to focus more on dipping and dodging. Marx took notice of the ice storm that was heading his way and while he could continue to play dumb, it was clear to him that the attack could do some serious damage, so he had to duck out of the way. Captain Falcon next attack was so inaccurate that the bat didn’t even notice that he was trying to attack him. Suspecting that someone should follow up, Marx turned around, curiously looking for the other attacker, but soon found his fiery foot lodged somewhere he would prefer not to share. The knee jabs continued from there, but Marx batted the police chief away before he could land another hit.
“Bah! Three on one isn’t much of a fair fight!” he loudly lamented. What must have been disturbing for Tomoko though was that both of Marx’s eyes focusing on her. “I don’t like you” he stated simply as a black hole emerged behind her, sucking her in and spitting out a new challenger. The triangular eyes and the striking smile screamed Captain Falcon, but the outfit was red, blood red. “Black Shadow and I were the best of friends! He told me a lot about your world! More specifically him! I like him!”
The two F-Zero racers stared each other down momentarily, but in the next instance, Blood Falcon bolted toward his blood brother with the same agility as the real deal. As he rushed forward, the blood-stained falcon revved up his fist, allowing it to trail behind him until he was within punching distance of Captain Falcon. In that moment, his fiery fist was released and he shouted out “Blood PAUNCH!”

As the punch allowed him to get closer, Blood Falcon then smacked his hand forward, backhanding the true Falcon. With him no doubt dazed and confused, Blood Falcon continued to press forward with his electrically laced bodice. The fiend dove onto his enemy, releasing sparks that quickly exploded, shrouding their end of the battlefield in smoke.

With Captain Falcon being otherwise preoccupied, Marx narrowed an eye onto the little one that tried to ice him down. “I guess that means we get our own little play date!” he announced gleefully. He circled over the child, coughing until a set of gigantic ice balls flopped out of his lips and bounced onto the ground. The boulders of frozen water rolled towards each other, Little Arle unfortunately being at the point of impact.
