Looking upon Schezo's transformation, Solari seemed to turn its attention solely to the God-defiler in question, Its red eyes gleaming angrily as the Candy Mage appeared before him. Lemres's Sucre Fire hit Solaris enough to cause yet another shattering, however unluckily for him, two bright white lights acted as a shield, moving around to block the massive meteors.

However, Three punches upon its form hit dead on, Massive shattering occurring from Rulue's attacks, which caused a loud screech from the Sun God, Before the Ball of Flight struck next, Causing Solaris to suddenly blink from existence, suddenly warping before the sun on the horizon, Its Shimmering body acting as a sort of Magnifying Glass, as suddenly, A Purified blast of Sunlight as tall as a Temple for a God would come like a bullet, Aiming for Lemres and Schezo!

Ray of Judgement! Lemres, Schezo! Roll a Dex check of 15 Each, or else suffer a massive burning blast of the Sun, Get a nasty Sunburn, A Wicked Tan, And Taking 20% + (Schezo's entire CON) Damage for his God Defiling Arrogance! Seems like Sun is playing Tsundere.

After this, Solaris would Blink back, Its red orb shimmering, before suddenly warping once again, this time appearing over the entirety of the battlefield, Suddenly generating a massive spray of Red-colored Light rays, Each scorching the earth in a random pattern!

Red Eye Scatter! Arle, Amy, Peach, Rulue, Mrs. Accord! A Random barrage of red beams are coming down at you! Roll for DEX, 15. If you fail to dodge, you will get burned with a nasty sunburn, And take 8 + (Respective Characters CON) Damage!)

Samus would demand, firing off a Beam shot from her arm cannon, as Solaris seemed to glare at Samus angrily, as its Red Orb would suddenly shatter, Flying around the map, before suddenly collapsing in around Samus, Entraping her in the Red Orb, Draining her suits power and immediately reverting her to zero suit form!

"G-gah! I|-its...Burning up in here...!" Samus would gasp, before suddenly, Samus in her prison would return to Solaris, being kept as a Hostage inside of Solaris's Red eye! Samus would bang angrily upon the glass, but it seemed no use, as her power was being steadily drained...

Arle deftly dodged the falling beams, though she failed to stay afloat and got grounded in the process, drifting down as she flung herself aside and skidding to a stop. Flying was still a bit difficult for her sometimes. As she landed, she caught sight of Schezo. ...What was--Was that new? She'd never seen him like that before. She had to be silently thankful he had chosen to protect Amy, though. Her hands were kind of full, and Amy clearly needed the help. What she wasn't grateful for was the way Samus got pulled into Solaris' eye. Arle winced slightly. ...Should she be thankful it wasn't her this time? Probably not. ...No, definitely not. She needed to get Samus out of there! Arle channeled her holy energy, releasing a large laser blast that reacted by exploding on contact!

While Arle was recovering from the force of her attack, she sent her dragon back at Solaris for another roundabout ram! This time, the dragon would shatter into a million pieces as it passed through Solaris, having used up all of the mana used to summon it and dissipating into the air.

Peach

Meanwhile, Peach was subjected to the beams of energy! Thankfully, with so little bare skin exposed she wasn't going to be getting much of a sunburn anytime soon. However, that didn't mean the heat didn't hurt her. She recoiled rather hard, but refused to back down or cower longer than it took for the beams to stop. Taking advantage of her momentary lack of momentum, she said a prayer to the star spirits, calling down a storm of stars to impact Solaris!

And finally, Amy. The comparitively tiny hedgehog, even among her peers, managed to run straight into one of the beams of energy. Amy cringed in anticipation of pain, but... it never came? She slowed to a stop, looking around. She'd been pretty sure that beam hit her! It had obscured her vision entirely for a brief moment, but now something else caught her attention. A barrier? The tired and very much hurting hedgehog put two and two together. She looked up to Schezo. "--...Thanks~" Amy sheepishly remarked. Hopefully that would enough to keep her going until Solaris was down. ...Hopefully. Being something of a groundlocked fighter, she was forced to keep whipping hammers up at Solaris!

Rulue took the brunt of Solaris' blow, however, Arle's Sacred Shield absorbed most of its power. Whew, that really came in handy, huh! Accord, on the other hand, wasn't nearly as lucky to have some sort of protective method, and got hit by the laser as well. As Accord got up, both the Fighting Queen and the Primp Town teacher were treated to the lovely sight of Samus being absorbed into Solaris.

Rulue snarled as she began to dash toward the monster again, but-- "Please wait, Ms. Rulue." Accord pleaded, and she skidded to a stop. "What??" she asked, mildly irritated about being stopped. "...Please, would you give me cover for a moment? I...need to 'step up my game', as Amitie likes to say, though I'm afraid I am slightly rusty." Rulue looked at the teacher in mild curiosity, but ended up nodding. "All right. I'll try to distract them."

With these words said, Rulue began running toward Solaris again, however, instead of opting to just punch the thing, she jumped into the air, and charged her famed ki projectile before firing it towards the angelic-looking monstrosity!

Meanwhile, Accord stood behind, breathing deeply as a golden rune circled below her. Popoi blinked twice as he looked over the teacher. "You sure you wanna do this?" He asked, a tone of concern apparent in his voice. Accord, however, didn't answer. The cat made himself comfortable in her shoulder while the rune began to glow... and a whirlwind of light and dark soon consumed the teacher. The whirlwind stayed there for a few seconds before it subsided, revealing a...weird, humanoid figure latched onto Accord's back. Its yellow body clashed with it's dark purple aura. Popoi snickered.

"Looks like the training wheels are off."

"...Come, Inverse Guardian!"

((Accord has summoned the Inverse Guardian! It will grant Accord a +1 bonus to her rolls for 3 turns and two different attacks while it is active.))

As the humanoid figure stood behind Accord, she stored her wand into hammerspace. "I can feel my old strength returning, bit by bit..." she commented to herself, as she carefully raised her right hand. She couldn't lie, it was...kind of exhilarating, fighting like this again! Dark flames began gathering around Accord's right hand, and she slowly pulled her right arm back...before thrusting it forward, launching a dark fireball at Solaris' way!

Talk shit, get hit. The eternal jinx that never seems to go away, thus leading to Schezo getting beamed from above. In spite of it, however, he looks none the worse for wear thanks to his form. Light magic isn't as much of a threat to him now! Though that doesn't protect him from looking roasted by the sun. Is this the sunny island incident all over again? One sun tan is enough! As he come to realize, however, the Peach Blossoms had healed off some of his injuries prior to taking the brunt of the ray. After shaking off the pain, he felt the need to turn the tides somehow. The beams can easily get out of hand if evasion becomes an issue...

First, he took aim, and the shadows beneath him formed a new moon. With selenomancy in tow, he sicced the moonshadows upon Solaris!

Then with the shadows still prepared, he sent them skyward, filling the sky with a perpetual night with a shining moon. The ultimate form of lunar magic imbues his allies with a celestial bulwark, fortifying everyone's defenses.

Lemres, on the other hand, fared much better than Schezo. Being aloft by broom flight made evading things a breeze. The comet warlock did not relent on his magic barrage from above, slinging a few spells from his wand at Solaris.

Solaris's bright light would glimmer, Absorbing more Health from Samus's physical condition, scorching her skin under her zero suit as it replenished itself with each bit of burning heat it subjected Samus Aran to was beyond harming her, As Samus gasped in pain! A Rain of Star's would Beat down on Solaris, as bright pink hearts would stop it from floating off, A Piko hammer would float off into the cosmic void, as the second and third hammers thankfully made there mark,Combined with Peach's Love Magic, the Red Eye would shatter,Samus falling out, Activating Rocket Heels to float to the stage, crashing onto the ground besides Arle."G-gah...!" Samus would let out a agonized groan, her body smelling a bit of singed synthetic kevlar from her body suit.



Solaris would begin to reform its body again, Pieces returning to its body. However, A Sudden Solar Erupting Blade would smash through Solaris's body after a sudden Power Wave, Making Solaris Direct its attention to Rulue, Raising its wings for a direct attack...Only for Accord's Inverse Guardian to appear, Engulfing Solaris in blackened flames,Making the Solar God screech once more, its right wing shattering completely with the combined power.



And before restoration could begin, Moon Shadows would break through Solaris's Left Wing,Only Increased in damage as Magical Bullets would smash through the holes,Increasing it untuil Schezo and Lemres would immediately break both wings of Solaris.



Samus would stand slowly, Raising her arm, as her power armor fizzled around her, Vaguely able to make enough power to form her Arm Cannon around her arm,as she gripped tight, and Aimed at the remaining body of Solaris.



"Good night!" Samus would say as her final Good Bye to Mephiles, as she would let loose amassive ball of Plasmic Energy, The Omega Cannon, As it flew through the space,and hit dead through Solaris's body,causing it,as well as the entirety of the spacial pocket dimension the group were trapped in to crack...



Screeching loudly, Solaris's form would shimmer, shake and scream, Shattering and falling apart like glass, as the Sun would burst, increasing more and more in size and scale, growing more and more wild in a massive, engulfing flame, as the World they were trapped in would Burn away, a massive screaming wall of White Fire would fly through the void at the group!

SOLARIS - SUN GOD...

A Candle. The Last spark of Solaris's white flame, Sitting atop a large piece of crystal that emerged from the earth. The last spark of Solaris's existence stood before the group, flickering a little with each passing wind. Samus would stir slowly, Gritting her teeth as she looked down past the massive crystal covering the hole that Arle made from her earlier ice storm. Smashed Machinery and destroyed parts and pieces would make Samus wince a little in shock...

(Due to the Massive attack, Some Resources were destroyed...) 

..However,Looking beyond that, Through a room that was cut Open, Samus would gasp, looking upon Five machines, Each looked familiar. Each were stamped with an unfamiliar symbol, But it seemed to be the same make and model as one of E.Gadd's Finer creations to preserve life on the Life Sphere, A Food Replicator!

(But All in All...Five Food Replicators were found! Along with the massive bit of material that Absolution was made with, The Life Sphere has gained 1/2 a Resource Level!) 

"W-we have to get that food replicators-- GAH!" Samus would Bite her teeth, The Massive scorching wounds across her body would stop her from getting up, as she looked around. Through Iblis's Hole in the wall outside, The sight of Many previous Sonic Supporters would be seen running away in terror of the lava monster they just seen earlier, Making Samus sigh a little.

(Due to half the population losing there Political Figure, Life Sphere Morale has gone down a full block.) 

Samus would stir up a little, Biting through the pain, as she looked at the Flame of Solaris, Slowly limping closer to it..."...What should we do with this?" Samus would ask,looking to the group, Waiting to see there move...

Peach was just on her way to go fuss over Samus when she caught sight of a giant explosion. "--Oh!!" the princess blurted out, awkwardly attempting to raise Perry in her defense before the wall of flame hit her. Her high heels dug into the earth as she was forced backward slightly by the blast. Meanwhile, Arle braced herself for the blast. However, her wings got caught in the wind! "--WaaAAAAH!" Arle squealed as she was yanked off her feet, thrown wildly through the air before hitting ... a wall?  A soft squeak escaped Arle as the air got knocked out of her lungs and she fell down, but quickly began getting up only for some heavy debris to hit her! ...Only that wasn't debris. It was Amy, whose extremely light weight had resulted in her getting launched through the air just like Arle! Arle reflexively held up her hands to try and protect herself but wound up catching Amy instead, the air knocked out of her a second time as Amy pretty much headbutted her in the chest. Thank goodness her armor helped protect her from those quills.

Arle caught her breath for a moment, just kind of trying not to pass out from the heat exposure by letting her body idle for a bit, before dropping her Valkyrie transformation to further cool herself down. To her surprise, Amy didn't really move much in her arms. A bit of squirming, yeah, but nothing substantial. She bent over a bit to set Amy down on the ground, only to jolt in shock as a hand clung to her in response! Arle nearly jumped out of her boots as Amy grabbed her, but a moment's further inspection made her reconsider her reaction. Frankly, Amy wasn't looking so hot! Her legs were dangling limply underneath her and only one of her eyes was cracked open. The hand that was clinging to her arm was shaking with weakness. Frankly, it looked like she could barely hold onto consciousness, let alone stand. Amy softly whined something incoherent at Arle, but... even though Arle couldn't understand her, she had a feeling she knew what Amy was trying to say. "...Don't worry, I've got you." Arle softly replied, pulling Amy back up and lifting her so that she could rest her head against the shoulder guards of Arle's breastplate, wrapping one arm around Amy's back and using the other to support her bottom. She was... noticeably heavier than Carbuncle, but nothing Arle couldn't handle if she needed to--and right now she felt like she did.

Arle then calmly meandered over to Rulue, offering to help her up and giving her her free shoulder and free hand to hold if she needed the support. Thankfully it looked like she was faring better than Amy, at least. "...We need to get you back home and get you taken care of~" Arle softly remarked. Peach meanwhile rushed over to Samus as quickly as her high heels would take her, moving to scoop her up and hold her tightly in her embrace. It was very hard to carry Samus, but she ignored the strain in her arms in lieu of carefully cuddling Samus into her. "--Oh Sammy, I was so worried." Peach remarked, breathing a sigh of relief. Looked like someone was getting a royal ride back home! There was no way she was just going to let Samus limp around. She'd be easy pickings if any starvia forces responded to the gigantic mess they'd caused. "...Schezo, Ms. Accord. Are you alright?" Arle called out in concern. 

Not long later, she was looking over the flame of Solaris. She just kinda stared at it for a moment. "...I don't know. That seems kind of dangerous." Arle hesitantly replied, unsure how she felt about the eldritch flame. Were they supposed to transport it? How were they supposed to do that? What was it supposed to do? She had no idea.

"...Hold on. I brought ... a phone." Arle explained somewhat awkwardly, fishing out what appeared to be a modern cell phone with her free hand. It was a somewhat awkward process, and the phone was bejeweled, which suggested to anyone who knew Arle well that it wasn't hers. However, she eventually got a good hold on it and turned it on with an amount of hesitance that suggested she wasn't very familiar with it. Immediately, a list of names popped up. A lot of them were unfamiliar if Rulue took a peek from her vantage point. Arle scrolled down to one in particular. Rocco. She awkwardly pressed this name with her thumb, and the phone automatically dialed the corresponding number. Good thing the phone was designed in such a way that even the technologically illiterate could use it. "Rocco made me promise to take it with me in case I needed help." Arle sheepishly explained.

" . . . Rocco? Hey--!" "--Arle! Oh, are you okay??" "Oh--Yeah... Can you gather some of the other students? We need help transporting um--...Five heavy looking machines back to the Life Sphere." "Can do~! Are you at the Absolution? People have been freaking out over here!" "--Yeah! We are. And I think you can tell everyone that everything's going to be alright." "I'm on it! And is there anything else I can get you on the way there, Miss Arle?" "...Oh, yeah. We could use a few healers. Some of us are in pretty rough shape." "Oh! I'll be right there." "Bring two, if you can." "Check! It'll take me a bit to find some strongmen to help carry machines, but I'll ask Flore to come and help out! See you in a few, Miss Arle!"

...All that was left was the aftermath. Arle was silently nervous, knowing she'd went against Samus' command. Was she going to get in trouble now that it was all over? She'd known silently this entire time that she might be doing something that put her against the life sphere, but now was the moment of truth. ...Or maybe they'd wait until she got back to the sphere. Who knew? Not her, that was for sure.

As the barrage of attacks plowed through the Sun God, Mephiles - or rather, Solaris - was utterly defeated...however, it decided to go out with a literal bang, as the Sun God blew up into a sea of white flames! ...Which didn't affect both Rulue and Accord in the slightest, as they managed to shield themselves. Sure, they were pushed back a fair bit, but no damage was taken. As Solaris' desperation attack reached an end, both lowered their guard, and caught their breath as the illusionary battlefield made way for Absolution...or rather, what remained of it.

And then Rulue started laughing. It wasn't a taunting laughter, ready to mock whatever remained of the Sun God with some scathing words, but rather, a laughter of relief. Of triumph. And yet, tears streamed down her face all the while, the remnants of the time where her mind was thrown into a wild emotional frenzy coming back. As Arle meandered towards her, she pulled the other in a tight hug, her laughing fit calming down. If Schezo dared himself to come closer, he'd be pulled into the hug as well. "I-i'm...I'm s-so...!" she tried to articulate, but broken sobs would interrupt whatever she tried to say. Still, she cracked a smile when Arle talked to her. "You...need it a-as much as I do...silly." she retorted weakly, touching foreheads in an affectionate manner. She'd later let her (and possibly Schezo too) go, albeit rather reluctantly.

Accord, meanwhile, giggled. "I'm quite fine, Arle. Thank you for your concern." she replied, though her tone was noticeably more...jovial? It sounded like so. Well, this was it. She went this far, and now, she unlocked a seal on her powers. Was it necessary? Looking back, perhaps it wasn't. Maybe they all really did have the situation under control. But still, what's done...is done. She turned over to her Inverse Guardian, looming behind her...

...and she offered him a fist bump. "It's good to have you back." The Guardian made an odd gurgling noise, and connected his fist with hers. Afterwards, she turned to Samus and Peach, the leader's words catching her attention. What exactly did she mean by...? Approaching the leader, she'd see...a flame. But there was no mistaking that aura. She could feel Solaris in there. To think such a destructive being would spawn from such a harmless looking flame... "We should extinguish it." Accord spoke, her tone firm. "That flame should not be kept lit, if we do not want this incident to repeat."

Darkness tore through the wings, magic rendered Solaris down to size, and with one final beam from Samus, a hole was practically ripped open to escape. Schezo and Lemres were quick to get in to escape, claiming victory for the Sphere...or so one would be quick to assume. Solaris performed one last stand to try and fell the heroes with him, to which the two braced themselves through the white flare. Schezo did not look any worse than he was before the jump. Lemres, however, spiraled on the way down like a literal comet.

Where did they end up...? Back at the ruins of the Absolution. Complete with Arle's collateral damage. Schezo was a couple of shades darker, but he was okay. Lemres...his clothes barely survived. He shook off the leftover ember on his hat, and was otherwise in one piece. Schezo, while okay, is still burning up in the oven that is his moonshadowed armor. Taking the pendant that was tucked under the plate armor, he tapped into its power and reverted back to his usual self, feeling lighter and freed from the heat.

"You okay, comet warlock?"
"I'll live... But I could use a little help."

With a nod, Schezo shouldered Lemres towards the group of Confrontation, with the dark wizard getting roped into the group hug. As relieving as it is...burns still hurt.

"Hahahaha...The day is ours."

Lemres eventually dragged himself to Accord's side, surprised to see her present. He was in a sorry state, but he passed it off like nothing happened, turning his attention to the Flame of Solaris.

"Well, there's a familiar face. Good to see you doing well, Accord. So this is the flame that's left of Solaris, huh? Leaving it alone would means having it end up in another potentially unsavory pair of hands. It's gotta go."1d20+4·1d20-2

Samus was pretty quickly scooped up into the Hands of Pink (A fairly popular spin off to Hands of Fate) once more, Her crisp skin causing her to oh so gently wince at being touched, but the pure gentleness would make Samus eventually settle down, as she laughed a little. "Guess i wound up taking the most damage here, huh...?" Samus would ask, Pained smile across her face as she turned her head to the rest of the group, Celebrating in there own way over there victory, Making her sigh a little in a somber feeling. Samus knew this wasn't the last battle, But Today was a Victory regardless.

Seeing as Mrs. Accord and Lemres both agree'd, Samus would nod. "I think its best we get rid of it while its in a vulnerable state, before Solaris returns. H-here..." Samus would reply, Soon her off0hand producing a Glow, Before her North-Pole would appear, The Icy spear tightly gripped, Before samus gently poked it in the direction of the flame, An arctic wind blowing through...

And with the wind, the Flame was snuffed.


...And nothing occured. It seemed for just a moment, the sun above Flickered, as if it lost just a little bit of power, But in the instant it lost it, it came back once more. With as many deities were on Li, Losing one Sun God wasnt going to put it out. Not yet. Samus would sigh, her north pole vanishing, as she soon leaned over, resting her head into Peach's shoulder. "Good work...Everyone.." Samus would say, Before eventually, she would fall out of conciousness, the pain clearly a bit much. After all, in the arms of Peach, where better to sleep?

And she certainly could sleep well. 

Absolution had been won.
