Phosphora curled up in pain as the aftermaths of  Arle's attack dissipated. Electricity may be her element, but she was far from immune to it. She was still curled up when she felt a ribbon wrap itself around her waist and slowly pull her toward where Arle was waiting for her. Phosphroa winced as the ribbon pressed against the electrical burns on her body, but in an instant, the pain just melted away.

As Phosphora lay there in Arle's arms, she felt everything speed up again. Like none of the status effects even happened. Phosphora looked up at Arle, who was cradling her in her arms. "Your right Arle, we don't have to keep fighting. I said that this fight was a test for you against one of your commanders, and a test it was. And you passed with flying colours." Phosphora smiled at Arle. "I understand if you don't want to face Mistress Viridi right away, but once your ready, I'm sure she'll be glad to have you back." 

Although Arle had healed up Phosphora's most serious wounds, the electric goddess was still completely exhausted from the toll the fight had taken on her. With a small sigh, she rested her head against the back of Arle's flying squirrel. It's fur was so soft, she could almost fall asleep here.

Arle took a deep breath as her chest tightened with anxiety. Gosh--Why was she such a dork?? ...Was this what Satan felt like all the time?! ...Actually, banish that thought. Never again would she compare herself to Satan. She didn't care if he was being weirdly considerate these days, he wasn't her choice of comparisons. That poor squirrel wasn't used to carrying two people, but it was also giant so it wasn't like it couldn't support their weight. It might just not move as fast as it could. Really though, 'giant' was relative. It was giant, for a squirrel, but was actually more around the size of a horse, only shorter. This meant that when Phosphora leaned back, the softness that greeted her was not the squirrel's back but rather Arle's lap. Of course, the rest of her was free to enjoy the fluffy animal's fur. Arle arguably made for a good pillow anyway. " . . . Thanks, Phosphora." Arle sighed in relief. Hurting the other appeared to have weighed on her a bit. And really, patience was all she could ask for. The more time went on, the more she began to suspect she'd made a mistake. Turning her gaze back up to Sonic, she cheerily struck a pose.

"It's okay! Phosphora has had enough. Sometimes fighting isn't the fastest way to solve a problem. That's why we finished in record time~!"

Well--A bunch of magical girls probably squealed with delight anyway. Arle was standing up for love in the arena! How sweet! By the looks of it, she'd be riding off with Phosphora, a thought that made her heart race a little. She'd probably wind up taking care of the oher for a while and treating her to some lunch. Huh. Beat people up to earn a date with them! Was this why Sa--nope. Already promised not to go there. That thought was actually stupid anyway.

"Well... that's one way to end a fight I guess..."

Sanic visibly shuddered into a series of blurred pixels for a few moments before suddenly whizzing down to where the combatants where in a blur of blocky quills and reality distortions. "It defeats the purpose of going fast if it takes you until the end of the match to forfeit, so I'm gonna count it as finishing anyway!"

He's a good referee.

    

Sanic pointed a disapproving arm at Phosphora. "You had so much potential for this fight but reaaaally screwed it up. But all that electrifying speed really set my quills on end; so that's worth a badge in my book!" "Arle's clearly the winner of this (Even though she fumbled in the end too with all that healing shenanigans.) and was clearly the fan favorite. I gotta give credit where credit is due; plus not many opponents would heal their opponents when they had the chance to get off a finishing blow. That took guts... which deserves an badge for yourself too!"

Starting to fade away as the stadium around them began glitching out once more in a mess of multicolored pixels as it returned to the way it had been before the madness prior; Sanic gave one last grin before whirling around in a tornado of red, white and blue. Exploding in a distorted ring.wav sound, the memehog disappeared right as the stadium and it's occupants returned to normal!
