Her hair frizzled, Her clothes ripped and torn, Her neck bloodied out its Right Juggular, with a very specific wound coming out from her neck, and her finger torn up in the same way, as Marisa looked...Lifeless. Completely devoid of any hope or joy. Yukari helped Marisa sit down at the Table, Gapping a Set of fresh set of Fluffy Pajama's, Setting them down next to her. 

Yukari Looked into the Kithcen. "Gilgamesh, Prepare something easy on a Stomach, Please." Yukari asked, as Gilgamesh looked in from the Kitchen, Taking off a Genji Cloak and putting it over Marisa, who begun to shiver and shake, her fidgiting pupil's staring at the wooden table as she started tapping it, As if Deranged, Mentally torn apart in some way. "..." Helplessly marisa stayed silent, mouth slightly ajar...

"..." Yukari solemnly looked at Marisa, sitting next to her, looking at her as if trying to figure out just what to do to help her.

"... This thing is making no sense to me. So I put this on and I turn into some robed thing? Where did Yukari even get this? And why did she want me to store it somewhere? She makes no sense sometimes..." Reimu puzzled to herself in her room while turning a Shy Guy Mask around in her hands... She'll figure this out later. The Shrine Maiden put the inside her border bag for now.

Out she took another peculiar item she picked up from the Bank. A strange orb that seemed to probe at her memories somehow. It was a peculiar artifact but when she first experienced it by picking it up, it displayed Yukari and Marisa by some magical force. They weren't the real ones but they had some connection to her memories it felt like. Yukari did not know about it and she did not have a chance to ask about it yet. "... Where is she anyway? She's been out all day. I should probably do something... I'll check the rest of the items later..." Reimu noted to herself, putting the Cerebral Sphere back in the bag.

Just then Yukari's voice spoke out from the main room saying Marisa was here. Oh good, they finally found her. What has she been doing this whole... Wait, something was not right. Yukari said that in a very sad tone instead of cheerfully. If Yukari was sad then something was definitely up. "Coming!" Reimu called out as she stowed her bag away on her person and ran out of her room and into the main room of the Shrine.

"....." Reimu just stared at Marisa's body in astonishment and speechless shock. Marisa was in the shrine and... she was completely broken. Her body was torn up and she looked completely out of, not reacting in the slightest. They have been through so much together and though they had fights, she hasn't seen Marisa in this bad a state and it was increadibly chilling. Here is one of the closest girls and fellow incident solver in a completely broken state. She watched with wide eyes and struggled to come up with what to say. What could she say?

"... Marisa..." Reimu uttered after a long moment. They had to do something! They couldn't just sit here with Marisa so destroyed in front of them. "What happened?! Who did this?! Was it the culprit?!" Reimu made questions up with a bit of a voice crack as she needed to know why she was like this. Whoever did this is going to pay! They can't just have someone brutalizing people this bad. And there was clearly more than just Marisa' injuries. Marisa may not speak up but Yukari had to know something! She's been out for a while and just brought back Marisa in such a state. She must know something!

Yukari looked at reimu with a nod when she said who it was, watching as Reimu furiously asked Just what could of happened to cause...This bad a shift in Marisa. Marisa shuddered visibly, starting to slink deeper into the cloak gilgamesh gave her, as reimu mentioned 'The Cluprit' Right in front of her. "I...Recall when i taught you to Envoke a god, I told you, Sometimes later i would tell you the truth of who sent us all here...And, This time has come sooner than i thought." Yukari said, looking at Marisa.

"Marisa caused the 'Portal event', I suppose you could call it...And She tried to help the life sphere find a place free of Starvia, Which, turned out to be owned by Yuuka Kazami." Yukari explained, Before using her Gap Ability to temporarily remove Marisa's hearing, So she wouldn't have to relive the moments. "Yuuka...Yuuka Killed Alice, and threw her trophy of to..God knows where. For as far as we know, alice is dead and gone.' Yukari said, sighing as she looked at Reimu.

"She's...She's had a bad enough time now...I wouldn't demand marisa of answers, or the like." Yukari said, Giving Marisa's hearing back, as she went back to tapping the table. Marisa really was completely ruined in the head.

"Reimu, I understand how you feel, But at the moment, Righting Yu-- Her...Would be a horrible idea. She's only as Strong as she is Cunning, and she's both...She almost completely destroyed them both without a fight." Yukari said, as Marisa started to tear up again, clearly disliking the conversation, as she hugged onto her knee's, curling up into a Fetal position...

"Marisa is the one that caused the incident? Yuuka is here?! Alice is gone?!" Reimu repeated Yukari's words in astonishment before looking back to the torn up magician girl. That was way too much process given to her all in quick succession. First, Marisa was the reason they were all trapped on this planet after all. She couldn't believe that she was the cause of Gensokyo getting merged with this doomed planet and the border going out of whack. It was probably an accident but...

Then there was the situation with Yuuka. She was the one that did this to her? Well, it was one of the most evil people she knew and was very powerful so it made sense. Still, it was funny how she made herself known when Reimu mentioned her back before Cirno's Palace. And it was due to her that Alice was lost and they had no clue where the trophy could of ended up. The situation seemed very grim indeed. She knew Alice and Marisa was close even if they fought a lot... "... I see..."

Still, Marisa deserved something for trapping them on Li. She could not let her away from this without doing anything to teach her a lesson. She may be her long time friend since even before she could fly on her own but that was no excuse... To be broken. Reimu walked towards Marisa with a concerned look before... Moving to wrap Marisa in a comforting hug. She would pat Marisa on the back in an effort to console her. "Yukari, I expected a prideful Youkai like you to not give up so easily. Alice is not lost until we let her be! I don't care how difficult it would be to find her. We are not giving up on a friend before we even began!" Reimu called out to Yukari from over Marisa's shoulder. "And if Yuuka gets in our way, then I don't care how  strong she is. Marisa, I will get her back. You have my word," the Shrine Maiden of Paradise finished, speaking softly the last part into her friend's ear.

"I even have a present to help you out in the meantime if you are interested," Reimu added, hoping to get the magician's attention.

Marisa squeaked a little at the feeling of Reimu touching her, Jolting up as she looked at Reimu with teary eyes. "N-no...I...im just....." Marisa shakily said, clearly just a breath away from breaking down into tears, shaking her head as she was preparing to give some kind of Apology, as Yukari shook her head, Marisa just looking right down to the floor. Yukari admired Reimuy taking the moment to comfort Marisa, as Marisa slowly leaned into Reimu, accepting her hug silently.


"Hm hm hm.....I was expecting you to say that." Yukari would say, Smiling as she gapped herself to the other side of the table, Looking at Marisa and Reimu. "Your determination is Admirable miss Reimu. Very well..." Yukari would nod, Seeming to muse to herself about some form of Plan.


Reimu's mention of a present caused the broken up Marisa to slowly look up, Muttering a squeaky "...P-present...?" As her Hoarding ways seemed to get the better of her. Gilgamesh, seemed to lean in with a plate of what appeared to be his Horrifying Curry, to which Yukari quickly waved him off, telling him there was no reason to give Marisa less hope to live.

"Yes, a special present. It is one very hard to find apparently. Just let me get it out of my bag," Reimu answered, working to entice Marisa more to distract her from her depression with the promise of something super rare. She stepped back and reached into her robes and pulled out a small bag. The Shrine Maiden put a hand into the bag and pulled out a... small orb of some kind. It definitely looked fancy and valuable.

The shrine maiden put the bag away again in her sleeve and hands the orb out to Marisa. "This is called a Cerebral Sphere from what the Egg Guy told me. You just have to hold it and focus on a memory and it will project that memory in a very realistic way. I know it can't replace Alice, but if you focus on your love and memories of her it will at least give you a way to see her. Just to tide you over until we get the real Alice back," Reimu explained her idea to her friend. Hopefully the sentiment at the very least will cheer her up.

Just then she smelled a familiar and very awful smell... Yukari told Gilgamesh to cook again didn't she? She still haven't ate the leftover dinner from last time... And by leftover dinner, she means all of the dinner. Yeah, probably best to just let him handle the cleaning and she does the cooking.

Marisa took the Cerebal sphere, staring into it as she seemed to focus on it for a second, before the sphere revealed a image of Alice before Marisa, smiling gently as she seemed to just stand perfectly still. This alice was made much smaller, just a 5 inch tall projection, almost like a action figure. Marisa looked, shocked in awe at the sight of Alice, So lifelike before her, Despite the size. Marisa immediately broke down into a Sobbing mess, Hugging the projection close to her, curling up even tighter than before with what was essentially a doll of Alice.


Yukari sighed. "She could make a full-sized version, If she wasn't so damaged at the moment.." Yukari said, shaking her head as she looked to Marisa, then to Reimu. "So...Shall we prepare to retrieve Alice?...And should we bring her?" Yukari would ask.

"... This is not working out like I hoped but hey, she is showing some more emotion now so that has to be a step up... right?" Reimu commented as she watched Marisa create... a very tiny Alice and procceed to hug her while crying. Alice was already a bit of a doll anyway, so this was kind of appropriate in an ironic sense when you think about it. Still, at least she was clinging on to something instead of having nothing to hold onto. So, despite her still being in a pretty bad state, she was slightly better now at the very least. Honestly, even sure was pretty unsure about the progression that act of kindness caused. It was pretty clear the real Alice was the only thing that could cure her and give her hope now. If they had any hope of fixing this mess, they needed Marisa better.

The Shrine Maiden turned to Yukari as she spoke up about the state of affairs they had planned. "Yes, I consider this a very urgent case that needs solving as soon as possible. We need Marisa in functionable condition and we can not waste time in finding Alice given the dangers out there. I don't want to push Marisa but I need to know what she knows and Alice is the best bet to that. Not to mention, it's depressing me just watching this. I am going to prepare quickly in case the rescue ends up being dangerous," she explained before looking to Marisa curling up with the tiny Alice projection. "... I don't think she will be much help if we bring her. In fact, taking her with us while she is like this could cause a lot of trouble for us. At the same time though...." Reimu turned her head towards the kitchen before continuing. "I don't feel entirely well with the idea of leaving her with Gilgamesh. There is Rin and Utusho we could leave her with but that dumb bird and her annoying cat friend are probably worst. I heard the Scarlet Devil Mansion is here but I would worry that Sakuya would turn Marisa into the vampires' next meal in her state with how emotionally challenged she is..." the shrine maiden continued in a pondering sense.

"I am not sure what to do with her I admit. Any suggestions, Yukari?" Reimu asked, apparently giving up on leaving her with some old aquantice.

Marisa seemed to understand what Reimu and Yukari were saying, shaking her head and looking up, Gulpingas she reached up, still cradling the small Alice projected by the Cerbal Sphere. "...I-i want to go." She said, looking seriously at Reimu and Yukari staring at them. "Its...I-its my fault...e-everyone is here...I-i promised Alice i would do everything i can to help. R-reimu, you HAVE to let me!" Marisa slowly turned into yelling, certainly determined in her statement. She wanted to go, she HAD to go. She had to help.

Yukari sighed. "Well, i'd imagine leaving her with anyone will just result in her trying to escape and follow us....Better she be under supervision than her getting lost and killed." Yukari said, seeming to take Marisa's side in this. Marisa whined, slowly moving closer to Reimu, Nodding. "P-please, L-let...let me go..."

"Marisa?" Reimu watched the girl as she pleaded to go too and not get left behind.  She was ready to flat out refuse, thinking more about Marisa's safety than her wants or desires. That was, before she explained why she wanted to go and Reimu switched to contemplating as the smart answer was no longer the easy one. She can't just tell a girl that just lost her loved one to ignore the promise she gave her even if she wanted to.

... And Yukari was not making matters any easier. Still, she had some good points now that she brings it up. With how determined Marisa is to come and help, she would probably try to come even if they left her behind  and in her state, the shrine maiden doubted she could make it on her own, especially with Yuuka still at large... "... Fine, you're right. You can come," she finally relented with a sigh. "But you must promise to not get into too much trouble and don't act recklessly. I don't want you causing trouble because I was nice enough to bring you along," the shrine maiden added... rather harshly but given how Marisa has been in the past, probably a good thing to bring up.
