So, um, hi guys, my name is Gadget. I'm, um... another Puyo Puyo lover-- *BRACES FOR TOMATOES* Yeah yeah I know "Puyo's taking over the site" and all that but I'd like to tell you a bit about myself. I was introduced to this place mainly because of some exposure to inside jokes, and they caught my attention. The result of that, eventually, was me getting into the site and deciding to app sometime. Thing was I'd intended to be here a while now. First it was "when I got a laptop" but after I had mine back I'd be a bit lazy still about finally getting around to the first character app. ...Simply put, when I heard that ARLE DIED, MARIN, I had to hop into action and save her. ...So um thank her for whipping me into the game. >o>;
I'm not sure how well I'll do with reviving a character that's been abandoned, but I'll try my best. ...I will say it's not quite off to the best start because I'd gotten my first app to about 80% completion and then got knocked right back down to zero as if I was Tipper F-Smashed off the stage (Thank you, Google Chrome Fullscreen, for making the X button appear when I WANTED IT LEAST). But, that's okay, because I've gotten back to the same point at the time of posting and it's coming along better both technically and aesthetically.
As far as more personal things, I really like roleplay, which is p. much my main reason for being here -- kinda already juggling a few Discord roleplays on and off, haha. I'm a decent writer which is evident in my style; I crave stories that are knit 100% tight without plot holes. Apparently I'm a decent artist too -- if I'm feeling so inspired, I draw up custom reactions for roleplays when I've planned something or I anticipate it'll be used.
Hope I don't disappoint you guys, I'm really prepped to get going to a good start! Especially since I'm... gonna be tossed into action almost immediately. --But I'm ready! I think! I'll have my first app up real soon.Hoping I'll flawless it but it's probably gonna need balancing, I have a strong feeling.
Even if I'm reduced to a phone in not very long, I'll try to persist through that, and... yeah, guess that's it. Good to meet you guys!
