Forgotten Paradise
Description: Long forgotten in the skies above Hyrule Crater lies a land worn over by time. Barely spilling above the cloud barrier lies a chain of floating islands detached from the realm of hyrule hovering high above the doomed land's petrified forests. Rumor has it that this place was once the original home of the Hylian People's descendants, however this is merely speculation. Many gatherings of floating earth are scattered in this small area nearly entirely sealed off from the world below and due to this nearly untouched by the Starvia. The largest of the islands can be identified by what seems to be an ancient village and town, the remains of some sort of giant humanoid statue resting near its center and numerous buildings overgrown with prospering, yet dangerous wildlife. Legends say however though that in the recent millennia a race of creatures had indeed taken up residence in this previously forgotten land, evidenced by new technological materials and structures visible on every other large mass resembling that of houses and canons!
Death Mountain
Description: A mountainous terrain with a perpetually active volcano, it presents a moderate challenge for first-time climbers. It is not wise to let your guard down here as infected monsters are much more abundant due to the Dodongos Cavern and mother nature causing the volcano to rain flaming rocks down on you from the sky the closer you get to the volcano. Rumors abound that apart from the hoard of fire spewing dodongos, a subterranean Lava Dragon makes its nest here.
Hyrule Catacombs
Description: These decrepit and mazelike tunnels underneath Hyrule traverse the entire region. Many dungeons from across the Zelda series have found their homes here under the earth, just waiting to be re-discovered. It's rumored that ancient treasures might lay within these puzzle-filled dungeons that might be of great benefit to errant heroes. Beware, however, as the tunnels are extremely decrepit and sometimes even flooded. There is little to no natural light and the undead that call this place their home and generally don't take kindly to visitors.
Valley of Death
Description: Colloquially called Death Mountain, this volcanically active area of Hyrule is constantly pouring toxic smoke and deadly lava into the surrounding area, making it a very dangerous location to explore without protection of some sort. As a result, the creatures that call this place their home tend to be extremely hardy such as dodongos and infected gorons. Beware, the spray of toxic smoke, lava and debris grows more deadly as you approach the summit. It's rumored that there is actually an expansive dungeon within the volcano's rocky walls if you can withstand the heat.
Petrified Woods
Description: These long since abandoned forests were once home to numerous and diverse squalls of life from the small kokiri to the large Hylians of Ordon over the eons. After the progression of the Starvia drove off most of the living creatures, it was almost as if the guardian spirits of the forests died as well. Soon after the land of Hyrule was lost, every tree from the largest oak to the smallest sapling ceased to breath; wood turned to solid stone and the greenery of the woods became nothing more than a graveyard to nature. This area of the Hyrule Kingdom is especially fervid with the Starvia, fierce infected beasts seemingly thriving here and serving as a warning for any ambitious explorers. In addition, it is whispered merely through passing myth that somewhere inside the deepest realms of the Greenery, there lies a passageway to another nation parallel yet opposite of Hyrule...
Clock Town
Description: The central-most city of Termina remains in the same shape that it was before its collision with Li. The most eerie part of that is the residents still live there. The town has been observed to be conquered and demolished by the Starvia countless times, but it continues to survive regardless of that. Every three days, the city disappears from its last location and reappears at random spots around the Hyrule Crater and each time it does it is fully restored, its citizens included. The people within seem to be only interested in the Carnival of Time, it is always said to be a couple days away and due to this they refuse to leave. Otherwise, they are generally friendly people. There are shops and milk taverns in town, so it is a notable hub for adventurers, but all are warned that this location is not a safe haven from the Starvia.
