History On Li: During the crisis caused by the Sub-Space Emissary King Boo was mostly laying low. But soon after he was taken Li with all the other heroes and villains. Following him were all of the boos and ghosts. Mostly he scares and harasses the locals. His favorite target to harass is Luigi.
King Boo spends most of his time in rundown abandoned homes and mansions inside the Life Sphere. His main goals include trapping the Mario Bros into paintings and amass an army of boos and ghosts. His secondary goals include harassing all the people of the Life Sphere with his boos.



Primary Attacks (3)
Boo Blitz: King Boo summons two Boos to swoop down from opposite sides towards his enemies dealing light damage [DMG 5%]

Bloo Flame: King Boo hurls a magical blue fireball at his foes dealing heavy DMG [DMG 19%]

BOO!!!!: King Boo summons 3 Boo's that attack his foes all three attacking adds up to one action point [DMG 4%]



Special Attacks (3)
Boo Buddy Swarms: Dozens of Boo Buddies swarm around the King Boos enemies dealing medium damage and giving a -3 DEX dodge roll to the enemy requires a WIS roll to use and has a 2 turn cool down [DMG 17%]

Tele-Bootation: Like all Boos King Boo can teleport. King Boo phases away and teleports to avoid incoming damage. Has a 3 turn cool down and costs a WIS roll

Saliva So Scary: King Boo licks his foes with his tongue healing him for 18% health. Has a 4 turn cool down [DMG 5%]



Final Smash (1)
Poltergeist Smash: Dozens of ”greenies” come to King Boo’s aide pointing at his foes, taunting, them and laughing manically until they posses random furniture and hurl themselves at the foes dealing 40% DMG

Hello BlockZ! Sorry for the wait. Let's see...

King Boo is oddly charismatic for a dude with such an uhm ...charming face. I noticed you have odd stats (as opposed to even). The way that works is that if you have an odd stat, you win tied rolls (Unless of course the person or enemy you're tied with also has a tied stat)

There are a couple of moves that need adjusting before I can accept this app. (Don't worry, Luigi is already busy being scared until you arrive)

Boo Buddy Swarms
Unfortunately, the rule about light attacks is that they're not allowed to have an effect chance higher than 10% for any status, including custom statuses, if they're going to be comboable.

Tele-Bootation
Understandably, we wouldn't want a character to be able to constantly dodge using their WIS stat, as that would make dexterity almost useless and unbalance the system. With a 1 turn cooldown, King Boo can currently use this attack once every turn. The 1 turn of cooldown is the remainder of his turn, preventing him from using it multiple times per turn. To balance this, I'd ask that it has a 3 turn cooldown. That way it's at least possible for people to attempt to play around the move.

Saliva So Scary
Healing is actually considered much more valuable than damage. The reason for this is simple! If you could heal every turn for as much damage as you can do every turn, how would anyone ever manage to outdamage your healing? This becomes especially bad when you factor in dodging and bubble shields, which reduce the damage you take. That being said, this attack is a bit better than I can allow. 15% healing is also an awkward number for balancing, so here's what I would suggest.

If you're okay with a 4 turn cooldown, you can leave the attack as it is or raise the healing to 18%
If you'd prefer a lower, 3 turn cooldown. You will have to lower the healing to 14%
