Just polling for interest~! Who should I app next? For reference, the chances of me polling all three of these characters is pretty low. I might app 2 of them, but all 3 is unlikely.
Tetra/Toon Zelda (Wind Waker) - Balanced Pirate Archetype / High Int Magical Girl Transformation. I would probably play her as a dual personality to explain the radical change in fighting styles between the transformations.
Ciel (Megaman Zero) - Super Scientist Science-Magical Girl Archetype. She would probably use cyber elves a lot and function as a support character more than anything. Bad fighter, great support character. Creator of the biometals.
Jester Guy (Puyo Puyo) - Clown character. Apparently a villain, but as he's mute and borderline illiterate it's not quite clear what exactly he's scheming. He is already an NPC in several of my missions, a magical clown who uses powerful spells when he fights. He seems to be collecting some odd magical artifacts, such as an enchanted mirror that displays a depiction of one's "true self" when they look into it.
