Izuru let out a grunt as he landed on the ground, at some place located roughly around the Destroyed Treehouse, surveying the area carefully. After a moment of inspecting the Tree and mulling over an idea in his head, he would unfurl his wings and take into the sky, getting an aerial view. Anyone nearby would probably be able to pinpoint that he was looking for something, but what he was trying to detect would be hard to pinpoint. After a moment of staring, he would suddenly let out a smirk, having caught sight of his target. He would swoop down at high speeds, furling his wings inward as he would land on the ground, skidding and leaving a rather deep impression on the ground as he landed and stopped himself. He had stopped on a rather specific branch towards the bottom of the tree.
He walked forward, placing his right hand on some symbol on the side of the tree, making sure to get a good feel of it. "Hah. I've found it at last. The first seal..." He was obviously quite content with himself, giving off a devilish smirk, before his grin would snap with a look of irritation on his face. Unfortunately, he knew quite well he couldn't unlock these seals by himself. He'd need to give someone else the ability to, an ability he couldn't utilize by himself, which irritated him to no end. That said, however, it would be of no real consequence. He'd just need to find someone else rather powerful and give them the power needed, whether they wanted to do it or not.
As such, Izuru unfurled his wings once more and took the sky. His minions, the Lords of Chaos, as he would dub them, would wage war against the world and finally bring this planet to its knees, ending in nothing but Chaos.
*Ahem* I apologize for the cliche-esque little opening there, but I figured I'd write down a small little introduction to the thing. Now, then, the Lords of Chaos. Right now, there's a rather unspecified number of them, leaning towards seven, myself, but their purpose is to unlock seals all around the Planet of Li, each seal containing a fragment of the world's 'Chaos'. Upon being released, the unleashed Chaos would gradually corrupt the place around the seal, typically making weird things pop out from all over the place. Maybe a random tree would have an eye, or perhaps tentacles would be growing from the ground. The Chaos, mind you, is sentient, so be careful what you say about it while it's around.
Corrupted places also would form a tendency to form 'troops' out of the ground. These troops would be a variety of things, ranging from a humanoid assassin to a crab-giraffe hybrid beast. These creatures, being Chaos themselves, typically cannot be controlled by any except the Champion of Chaos and his Chaos Lords. Each seal also tends to loose earthquakes across the world. That, in addition to the gradually corrupting areas, would make it unlikely that the Lord of Chaos's plots could remain hidden for very long.
As for the actual Lords of Chaos, they would typically receive a bit of a power boost for their duration as a Chaos Lord, maybe a +3 to all stats, and the power to open up the seal they were created to open. They may or may not also be brainwashed by the Champion, depending on who they are. The Champion himself starts off as an immensely powerful Demigod, but actually becomes weaker over time as the Chaos Lords are created. Challenging him at the beginning of the Chaos Regime would be a horribly foolish decision, but after all of the Chaos Lords have been created, he'll be at his weakest and you may just have a chance.
The eventual goal of the plot is for the entire world to be covered in Chaos, which the Champion himself can control at will. As such, he's basically looking to become the God of Li.
Sorry for that little whirlwind of an opening, but I'll jot down any Chaos Lords that are to come in the future, and ones that have already come to pass, here as well:
