The Mavericks have begun their uprising, as though through some seemingly powerful force other than the Starvia Disease. Their Leader; Sigma, has begun to wage this deadliest of wars on Planet Li, making it almost impossible for anyone to travel safely throughout the planet, and many others of the Reploid Race are now cowering in fear that this war might even destroy the planet's ecosystem even further thanks on large part to the exceedingly large number of mavericks at Sigma's Disposal.
Other Members of this great uprising even include old retired members of the Repliforce and even RED ALERT, perhaps the most dangerous of all being the clandestine group lead by Epsilon known only as the Rebelion, and even mavericks from future generations were enlisted to wreak as much havok and mayhem while some even greater threat lurks in the shadows, threatening to consume all there is and reset the planet itself.
The Maverick Hunters are unable to cope with this many threats, even without the Legendary X at their disposal to help them cut a swath through the massive armyand prevail. With their HQ decimated upon its evacuation by Starvia infected Reploids and Mechaniloids and their greates hope now resting on the shoulders of the Legendary Maverick Hunter; Zero, All of the Life Sphere is in dire need of new heroes to step up to the task and help conquer this new looming menace.
