Vanish T. was making his daily walk through the black market with his sword at his side. He regulated this place to trick newcomers to the market and may be teach its danger. As he walked though, he heard a strange noise, "Ugh, my head..." It was muffled and was coming from a talking dumpster?! All hail the mighty dumpster god! "Could someone get me out? I'm stuck." Oh, nevermind, someone is trapped in the dumpster.
"I'll let you out, gentleman," Vanish said as he lifted the lid and was immediately confused. Hippo?! But he died to his own ally back at the stadium. How is he alive? The dumpster question he was willing to pin on Waluigi.
"Thank you. Now I can go get my revenge on that purple guy, that skater princess and that guy that watches too much anime!"
"... Hmmmm, revenge... Say, why are you in this dumpster anyway?"
"Uhhhh... I do not know. I remember everything going dark and then light came to me for a second before I was too tired to stay awake. so I took a nap."
Huh. So, apparently, Sword did not really kill Hippo. He merely made it looked like Hippo died so they wouldn't just bring the trophy back by untrophirizing him. How he managed to instantly revert Hippo back to his active form is a mystery but he had everybody fooled... There was still one question. "I heard you went bezerk by some special virus. Why are you normal now?"
"Huh? The effects must of went away when I fainted."
... So the effects of Sword's 'Starvia formula' apparently don't last after the afflicted has turned into a trophy... That's why the star mark disappeared. Well, only one thing left. "So, Hippo, what if I told you I have a way to grant you the means to your revenge."
"Really?! What is it?!" Shade merely replied by waving his hand as large shackles cuffed Hippo's arms. "Hey! What are these for?!"
"'King' Hippo, you are under arrest for assualt and threats against the Life Sphere's citizens. As punishment, you will be taken for a new idea I have for the Stadium."
"Uh... Okay, I'm coming, but Sword will come for me!"
"... Sorry, but I have my doubts." And with that, secrets were revealed and Hippo was finally taken into custody by Vanish T. This is the real story of the Vanish T's day after the Stadium Showdown.
