History On Li: Another day in Shibuya Tokyo, it was loud and crowded around the streets like always and a certain orange haired individual would've told the people of the streets to shut up or get out of his way by now. But he didn't. After the Reaper's Game he had become more open to others and was beginning to not mind them since as Mr.Hanekoma(Also known as CAT) told him: 'The world ends with you. If you want to enjoy life, expand your world. You gotta push your horizons out as far as they'll go.' and Neku did just that. During the games he had made 5 new friends who he worked together with in order to survive and stay sane who were all dear to him now and they all met in front of Hachiko ever since the games had ended, they'd meet up, talk, laugh, head off somewhere together and then leave from the same spot.
But one day when the Headphone wearing boy was making his way to the meet-up point there was a disturbance in the peace, something unsettling and unknown to him and the others. But not the same as what the innocent people were feeling, he did know something was there but he didn't know what exactly whereas the people passing by were blissfuly unaware of the looming threat as it came closer and closer to Neku. When he got paranoid enough he turned around and demanded; "Show yourself!" but there was nothing and Neku was looking like a fool in the middle of the streets, at least for now......... when he lowered his guard there was a faint sound coming from behind him and because of such, the boy turned around only to be met with a purple and black arrow that shot straight through his middle and made him black out.
Waking up, Neku noticed he was no-longer in Shibuya anymore and he felt an unfamiliar presence all around him but one thing that was familiar was something that was tucked into his hand when he was knocked out. The same skull pin from the Reaper Games. "................." 'Is this god's sick twist of a joke? Haven't I already gone through enough? So why? WHY?!?!' "What the hell!!!!!!" he yelled while getting up and a single tear came from his eye as he had been traumatised front he past events and now he had none of his friends with him to partner up with or help out. He was on his own as this new game started, but there was no Reaper Message, no Noise, no People to scan but there was sounds of people coming from further along. It was strange, but it seemed that wherever he was it was under some kind of dome surface that protected the city he woke up in. 'I gotta find a partner, or answers. Anything.' With that thought in mind, once Neku got up off of the ground and looked around, he had that stoic look on his face as he put his headphones on and hands in his pockets while he walked around as the boy was not interested in making friends in this foreign place and was not going to open up so easily until he got some answers.

Primary Attacks(3):
Shockwave- A series of strong energy slashes generated by Neku at close range that can be combo'ed into different ways with usage of the control stick once the combo has begun. The attack can either end in a strong horizontal slash or a strong vertical slash which sends opponents a fair distance away. Though if used too much it will need time to recharge.
Unjo- A quick dash 'n' stab attack preformed by Neku as he takes a step forward before jabbing quickly and dealing small amounts of DMG but if chained together into a combo can do a good amount of DMG, usually this attack is used for when the enemy is up close and he wants to do damage, or when they're just barely in reach and he wants to make them flinch. Like all of Neku's attacks if this one is used too much then it'll need time to recharge.
Ichimonji- Neku will dash in for a quick but powerful thrust that deals decent damage along with being able to have decent range, not to mention shove the opponent away with knockback that will seperate the two a good distance. This move like the others must re-charge if used too much.
Special Attacks(3):
Pyrokinesis- Neku hovers slightly off the ground clutching his headphones he closes his eyes and creates a burst of fire in front of him. Neku can move the pillar of flames a short distance in either direction! This move does have a time limit for using it- and eventually it will stop working all together if used for too long and will need to recharge.
Force Rounds- Neku fires a ball of energy forward this move can be spammed though it deals little DMG and no flinching. like most of Neku's Attacks if overused the attack will stop working and it will need to recharge.
Murasame- Neku will spring upward performing an uppercut if it connects this uppercut deals heavy vertical knock back-this however takes a lot out of Neku and he enters a helpless fall after performing it.
Either watch that last move or here's an explanation: Three "Light Pucks" swarm to Neku who holds his headphones. and in a burst of light he unleashes the Final Fusion Neku holds out his arm as the Skull from the player's pin appears and it glows white then blasts forward anyone hit by the skull will be marked with a white "X" a pillar of light will erupt from below that character dealing massive racking damage and slowly bring them into the air- when the pillar of light goes out they recive big vertical knock back. other players can become trapped in these pillars of light as well.

Scanning: Neku is able to use his Player Pin to scan other people's minds and read their thoughts, though he is unable to do this while in battle and is more of a skill for infiltrating or gathering information. (Intelligence roll most likely.)
Imprint: Imprinting is one of the many abilities conferred by the Player Pin. It allows Players to insert memes(Words) into people's thoughts in the Realground(The Living part of existance). These people usually react to imprinting as a burst of inspiration, which will generally influence them to do what the Player wanted in order to clear a mission.
In the game, imprinting can only be done when one person starts to think about something related to solving the mission, and the Player has at least one meme to hand. This may not always be the correct meme, as the Player can encounter several, but when it is, it will advance the plot. (Most likely a Charisma action)
