Legends say of a mythical fountain that was for some reason smack dab in the middle of the Residential District. Decorative, perhaps but what an unusual spot for a water fixture. What secrets does you hold? Well regardless of such a mystery there was one thing that was clear. Even if it wasn't what came first. The fish or the fountain. That clear thing was a presence rising to the surface.
Waters parted from the blue hair mermaid's hair as rose a beautiful creature of the sea as sailors say. Phantom instruments began playing with no clear location of where those were. Seriri cheerfully began singing to the beat of the illusionary ochestra. The song was pleasing to everyone near by. It had a mysterious and, quite literally, magical allure to it seeing as it was a Siren's song. Well, at least drawing people to see her was the only effect it had. She often did this when she had some alone time. People appreciated it and that was good enough for her.
