History on Li: Sure life is hard if you're a human, but it's even harder for Reploids, and in the case of Axl, this pretty much served as motivation to try and get better in his hunting of any mavericks that reared their heads since X and Zero were unavailable, however this all changed when some of the Mavericks vanished without a trace, leading Axl to investigate these disappearances and wind up on Planet Li.

Thankfully Axl didn't have to wager any guesses as to what he should do, and began making his move towards the nearest place where civilization was located, and would head for the Life Sphere, it was there that he would lay low and keep an eye on things, probably look into getting some repairs done and maybe even find X and Zero while he was at it.

The one thing that he would not expect is that he was pretty much a greenhorn here just like he was when he first joined the Maverick Hunters, hopefully his time here would also lead to making some new friends and foes, after all; his old enemies were on this planet as well and many people would be in need of some help, so Axl would happily oblige with what he could do.

Standard Attacks{3}:
- Axl Bullet:{light comboable DEX attack, 8% dmg} Axl shoots his target with his Laser Pistols for damage
- Bound Blaster:{Medium DEX attack, 16% dmg} Axl fires off a reflect shot that bounces off of the walls or floor for maximum coverage, dealing damage to anyone caught in the blaster range.
- Elemental Bullets:{Light DEX attack, 5% dmg, 10% chance of either burn, freeze, or paralysis} Axl let's loose with either a Fire Burner, Ice Gatling, or Plasma Gun shot to either deal Fire, Ice, or Electric damage to the target, all three have a 10 % chance of inflicting Burn, Freeze, or Paralysis statuses, and all of them cannot be used at the same time to combo into one another.

Special Attacks{3}:
- DNA Change:{Special} Enables Axl to change into whoever he has the DNA Data of to mimic their stats, moves, and abilities, though it cannot copy their final smash. All DNA Change data will be set into a separate file for any and all transformations when they are obtained, only one transformation can be activated at any time per thread, and the transformation can be used for roughly 3 turns, Cooldown of 3 turns, cooldown begins after the first turn. (NOTE: All DNA forms can be found in this page, if it redirects you to this app, you will need to do some searching.)
-  Stealth Mode:{Special} Axl turns completely invisible for a short period of two turns, takes a turn after the second turn to recharge, all opponents targeting Axl while he is in Stealth Mode must make an exact Perception roll of 11+ with mods to make their attacks land as any lower than the exact roll with modifiers will miss, Cooldown of three turns.
-  Spiral Magnum:{Heavy DEX attack, 24% dmg, 3% recoil to Axl, Shield Breaker if blocked} Axl fires off a powerful Gravity Antonion bullet that deals major damage, the impact is also powerful enough to hurt Axl himself. If this attack is blocked by any form of bubble shield, that shield will be be destroyed on hit. 4 turn Cooldown.

Other Info:
* Even if he is considered a prototype for the New-gen Copy Reploids, please refrain from using that specific term in Axl's presence unless you are an ally... Only Sigma can get away with outright calling Axl a 'Flimsy' Prototype.
* Similar to X and Zero, Axl is immune to the Sigma Virus... Unlike X and Zero, who have a Suffering Circuit or being the original carrier of the Maverick Virus respectively, Axl's immunity is due to his being a prototype, and not having Sigma's DNA installed in his copy chip when he was made.
* It is not known whether or not Model A, which was made by Master Albert, is based on Axl.

Primary Attacks:
- Shoulder Cannon Laser:(Heavy DEX, 20% dmg, 50% paralysis chance) Vile fires off a blast of electrical energy at the target, dealing damage and inflicting Paralysis, cannot be used for two turns since it needs to recharge.
- Rocket Punch:(Heavy STR, targets DEX, 22% dmg, 3% recoil) Vile launches a powerful fist that not only deals damage, but causes him to take recoil due to the potentcy.
- Machine Gun Fingers:(Light DEX, 8% dmg) Vile fires off bullets from out of his fingers, dealing energy damage.  Can be chained into a combo.

Special Attacks:
- Napalm Bomb:(AoE WIS, 15% fire dmg, 5% burn chance) Vile launches a Napalm Bomb within 15 meters around himself, dealing fire-attribute damage with a low chance to burn
- Missile Pod:(Ranged light-medium DEX, 4%-16% dmg) Vile fires off missiles at his targets, these deal low damage if spread amongst four targets of high damage if focused on a single target.
- Jetpack:(buff) Vile takes to the skies by activating his jetpack, this gives him a temporary +4 DEX boost(+2 DEX modifier) for 3 turns, this goes into a 3turn Cooldown once the buff ends.

FINAL SMASH:

Shoulder Cannon Laser: This attack does too much damage for everything it does, though it would be balanced if it had a 2 turn cooldown instead of 1.

Napalm Bomb: Does too much damage for a move with a secondary effect and no setback, this should either be doing 15% damage at maximum or have a turn of cooldown.

Jetpack: The wording on this one is a bit confusing. It says that the cooldown starts after the first turn, which insinuates that the cooldown starts after the turn it initially activates, which is not how cooldowns work. The cooldown should activate after the DEX buff has ended.

DNA change form is coming, expect that's to be a self-imposed challenge in the special attacks department!

Primary Attacks:
- Spark Lance: (STR, 15% dmg, 45% paralysis chance) A pair of electrified lances that are designed to pierce and electrocute prey.

- Upflip: (STR, 10% dmg, 20% dmg if blocked) an upward slash that sends enemies spinning out of control or breaks their guard if they are defending against this attack.

- Spark Shot: (WIS, 10% dmg, guaranteed Paralysis) a projectile of electrical energy that is launched at the target to electrocute them.

Special Attacks:
- Lightning Charge: (Grapple) A wicked charging weapon that takes the form of shifting both hands into the form of two gigantic lances sparking with electric force!  On use, charge into the enemy, requiring a STR check.  If successful, a grapple is initiated against the target.  While grappled, you may inflict 10% dmg as a free action via a lightning surge to electrocute them.  If this is done, target is inflicted with paralysis once the grapple is broken, with them rolling for paralysis duration as normal.

- Gigantic Spark: (WIS, 30% dmg, 20% Paralysis chance, 4 turn cooldown) A massive bolt of lightning screams down from the heavens onto the target!
