History On Li: Bowser has spent most of his time after the Starvia's invasion turning his attention inward to his kingdom's needs. With the exception of Gang Wars, he has largely stayed out of the public spotlight. ...And up until recently, that was just the way he wanted it. As much as he wanted to go after Princess Peach, it had become too dangerous of a prospect unless he could find some means of protecting himself from the backlash. It was one thing when Mario came to beat him up, but it was another if he fell to the starvia.  It wouldn't be until the Sunshine Stadium saw increased popularity and he became aware of this that he finally found his excuse. Legal... fighting. He could use this. A plan came to mind. With his genius, please hold your laughter until after the history is finished, he could fight and conquer to help his people without ever seeing a day of backlash! All he needed to do was play his cards right and become the Sunshine Stadium Champ --or at least the Sunshine Stadium's Favorite Heel. He could do that! He might even get to meet his princess after all... With the fame and prizes he'd doubtlessly get for being such an excellent tough guy, he'd no longer be a champion of his people from the shadows.

Flame Breath: Bowser spits flames at the target, scorching them! It's a sustained flame breath, meaning people who are especially slow to get out of the way will be burnt harder. If he beats their roll by 6 or more, this attack deals double damage! (Medium Wis Attack; Does 14% Damage)

Claw Swipe/Venemous Bite: A swift swipe of the claws or bite with the teeth. Both have a 100% chance of poisoning, however the latter deals +12% damage but Bowser suffers a -2 to a dodge attempt next turn. 1 turn cooldown. (Medium-Heavy Str Attack; Does 12% Damage)

Unrelenting Fury: For 3 turns, Bowser's attacks gain a 30% chance to paralyze, a 20% chance to stun and a 10% chance to mortal wound their targets. This chance increases by the same amount each time he hits a target without causing the respective status, up to a maximum of 100%. 3 turn cooldown.
