Backstory: Lillie's Backstory
History On Li: When Lillie left for Kanto with a very ill Lusamine to try and search for a cure, Moon gave her 'starter' pokemon, Nebby Jr. However, during the trip, her cruise ship became lost on the high seas and emerged on Li without anyone having noticed due to the fact that it's the ocean and largely looked the same, only with heavy clouds overhead. As the ship continued its doomed cruise in a direction that no longer made any sense, crew members slowly began to fall ill. Lillie, due to her mild germaphobia, lasted longer than others before feeling the effects of the starvia in the air. People began to panic as it became more and more apparent that they were lost, and that something was terribly wrong. The oceans were not their normal blue color and the skies spokes of danger day after day. People began disappearing as they began losing their minds or their health and food supplies quickly diminished. Attempts to fish up more food often resulted in people becoming deathly ill. On several occasions, terrible monsters rose from the depths to consume those above deck. Lillie could only watch in horror and sequester herself as things got worse and worse for the crew. Eventually, as people began fully losing their minds to the starvia, she was forced to hide her existence from the rest of the ship. Anyone caught wandering around was infected by the now murderous crew members. On several occasions, Lillie was forced to sneak around on the ship to try and get food or water. On several occasions, people attempted to force entry into her room. Thankfully, they were unsuccessful. After the captain fell, the boat was left to drift freely. Eventually, it crashed ashore and Lillie was able to flee, now quite sick herself from starvia exposure and poor nutrition. She was attacked while fleeing, but Nebby Jr. teleported her away before she could meet her demise. Yet, because she had been displaced through time his attempt to teleport her back to Alola merely threw her across Li to another dangerous location. She is now lost, biding her time as the infection slowly threatens her life.
Appearance:
Given to her by Moon prior to her departure, this strange extra-dimensional child of Nebby seems attached to Lillie.

[PTab=Primary Attacks (3)]Splash: Nebby Jr. bounces around energetically. Mostly only serves as a distraction. Does no damage, but if it hits allows an ally to make a surprise attack against the target.
Confusion: Nebby Jr. attacks the target with a mild telekinetic force! Has a 50% chance of afflicting the mind-melted status. (Medium Wis Attack; Doe 10% Damage)
Stored Power: Nebby Jr. strikes the target with a blast of stored up energy! The damage this attack's base damage doubles for every charge of a buff Nebby has on them, up to a max of 32%. However, one buff / charge of a buff is dispelled in the process of using this attack. 1 turn cooldown. (Light WIs Attack; Does 2% Damage)

[PTab=Special Attacks (3)]Teleport: Nebby Jr. can teleport away at a moment's notice! Those that are touching them will be teleported with them to a location of Nebby Jr's choice. If they are to return to the battle, they will lose an action plus another action if Nebby Jr. beat their defense roll by 5, plus a third action if Nebby Jr. beat their defense roll by 10 and so on. 3 turn cooldown.
Summon Food: Nebby teleports away and returns with food and drink! You can ask where they got it, but they don't speak common. These three food items summoned function identically to food items. 3 turn cooldown.
Cosmic Power: Nebby Jr. builds up psychic power in their body to help protect themselves, bestowing a single charge of a buff by the same name! Every charge of this buff reduces damage taken by 1% up to a maximum of 5 charges. This buff loses a charge every time Nebby is hit by an attack, and loses all its charges when hit by a critical attack.

[PTab=Ultimate Attacks (1)]Shattered Psyche: Nebby Jr. shatters a target across multiple dimensions, tearing them apart in a way incomprehensible to the human eye. This creates three different aspects of the original person representing three seperate parts of themselves mentally or emotionally. The character's health is split between these three, and each one only keeps 2 of the original's 6 stats, with their other stats all being halved rounded down. The aspects also only get 1 action each on their turn. To join together again, the aspects must all make succesful rolls using the stats that got halved.
