For the third time in a row, Sakura Shinguji was in the arena, her wounds healed up thanks in large part to Rom and Ram, and her rehabilitating of her arm and wrist completely taken care of by Sakura herself staying out of the arena for a while. The last fight left her almost traumatized by what she had witnessed, the painful memories of Ashe almost demolishing the arena in a berserk rage, and nearly killing her while at ground zero... One could almost see the fear Sakura had experienced first hand because of the fight.

While she may have had her misgivings as a result of the fight, she would find no comfort in knowing that she was here again, the sight of the arena having been repaired while she was hospitalized and Ashe was in jail. "This place again... Will I ever be able to claim a victory here I wonder?" Sakura thought to herself, knowing full well that destiny does not play favoritism.

A girl with luxurious pink hair made her way out onto the battlefield. The stadium was a place where Raffina could feel... somewhat comfortable. The dilemmas of personal development and growth could wait. All she had to do was throw her weight around and put on a show doing it. She was a strikingly pretty young lady, perhaps a bit younger than Sakura but in her general age group. You could tell just by taking a good look at her that she put an enormous amount of work into her appearance. I mean, honestly! Who put on makeup to go fight in the stadium?? ...Probably the same people who put on makeup to go out and fight the starvia. Raffina squared off with Sakura, holding herself with an almost arrogant level of confidence. "...What a lovely day for sport, wouldn't you agree?" she remarked in an overly casual tone. "It compliments me perfectly! O~hohoho!" Raffina added, shielding her mouth with the back of her hand as her restrained noblewoman's laughter filled the stadium. "My name is Miss Raffina, and I'll be representing the Magical Girls' Society official stadium team Tough Love. ...I can see your hesitation, but rest assured that it is the policy of our institution to tend to the dignity and recovery of all women of the sphere after a battle." Raffina introduced and explained. She then promptly began to imagine herself tending to the wounds of some unrealistically handsome hunk of a man... Except the moment she began to visualize this, an errant thought intruded upon her imagination. She saw Amitie instead, and her mind got sucker punched with guilt. She didn't want to think about beating up Amitie, and this train of thought had turned unexpectantly unpleasant, and so she quickly banished it from her thoughts. She'd just ... skip the beating Amitie up part and take care of her later! Yeah. That'd make her feel better.

"...Of course, if you find yourself overwhelmed you may submit yourself to me any time you want~! O~hohoho!"

It was hard to ignore the domineering delight Raffina seemed to take in talking herself up like this. One could only get the impression they shouldn't expect her to hold back. It might even be intimidating in its own girlish way. There was just something intimidating about a strikingly pretty girl with an attitude! "Now... Get ready to feel the beautiful legs of a proper lady~!" Raffina announced, leveling a finger at Sakura challengingly. What an odd choice of words... One had to wonder if she did that on purpose. She seemed to be having a lot of fun with it, regardless.

Sakura had no chance to muse on her thoughts, letting Raffina's voice echo through her mind as though it were a babbling brook, it reminded her of someone back in her world. But when Raffina leveled her pointer finger at Sakura, she turned to face the area of the stands that were once leveled by Ashe in her berserk state.

Sakura then prepared for the fight by unsheathing her Arataka by pushing up on the wrist guard with the thumb of her left hand, and drawing it out with her right hand. Once it was out, she swung it towards the ground, stopping just before it hit the floor. She then leveled her blade to point at Raffina, turning her head so as to face her. "You remind me of Sumire Kanzaki with that tone in your voice. Very well; I accept your challenge! Just a word of caution... I'm not going to hold back." Sakura said as she got into her battle stance.

And the first thing she did was a Jump slash for her opening attack.

Then followed up with a wound inducing slash to put a decent amount of damage on her opponent.

And ended her combo with a point blank Spiritual Blast aimed squarely at Raffina's head!

Before Raffina could properly acknowledge the threat though, she found herself under attack! A simply cut landed on her and she recoiled to find .... that it was seriously lacking in punch. Raffina's eyes widened in realization.Raffina then raised an arm... and parried Sakura's blade unarmed with a slap to the flat side of her sword. And again.

(Raffina has bubble shielded Sakura's second two attacks!)

She then stepped forward to confront Sakura. "...Two mistakes." she remarked in annoyance. "With so little upper body strength, I can take hits like these all day! Compare, and contrast!" Raffina began to lecture, only to abruptly pull back and throw a devistating roundhouse kick right up into Sakura's chin!

If the kick landed, it would likely send Sakura's world spinning from the sheer power behind those legs. It would also likely knock her back and send her to the ground, however briefly. Either way, Rafina began to walk toward Sakura with a girlishly exagerated swing to her hips. "...A lady should not be afraid to put her lower body strength to use. Your legs are where most of your strength is!" Raffina continued lecturing. She then squated down and abruptly leapt into the air, closing the remaining distance between the two effortlessly! She then extended her legs as she fell, an icey torrent of energy enveloping her body as she attempted to dive bomb Sakura with the full weight of her body!

Raffina would land right on top of Sakura if her attack hit, a brutal attack by all standards. She quickly got up, however, only to calmly move to push Sakura back down by stepping on her shoulder--or pushing her over if her avalanche missed. "A lady should also not be afraid to use her hips~! They put most of your weight behind an attack!" she replied with a playful wiggle of her own, moving to stand over Sakura's face. That was... definitely not something one wanted to do in a skirt. And yet, here Raffina was disregarding modesty without a care in the world. Raffina them spun about and hopped into the air, pulling her legs out from underneath her so that she could drop onto Sakura in a butt slam that was as painful as it was humiliating! And yet, there was another aspect to it? It wasn't just Raffina asserting herself, but one of the love magic techniques she'd learned from Peach!

And yet, Raffina made no move to get off. She got up only long enough to fold her legs around Sakura's head to keep her from moving her head at all before plopping right back down on her throne. If Sakura were so unlucky as to be the butt of this lethal joke attack, she would find that Raffina's er... 'presence' was now smothering her. She would be unable to breathe, and anything she said would come out comically muffled from under the skirt that did little to hide her shame. "Your second mistake was using such a weak attack when capitalizing on my unpreparedness."

Raffina shifted to get comfortable upon her new throne, placing her hands on her hips in a domineering fashion. "Oh Sakura... If you find yourself unable to speak, ...or unable to be heard, I will also accept 'kisses' as a form of surrender. O~hohoho!"

Sakura was almost in the clear by way of managing a good hit on her opponent, but sadly her other attacks got blocked and caused Raffina to retaliate with a kick that Sakura tried to dodge...

And failed with a slight hiccup in that her opponent was just as tough as the last one, only with said opponent being slightly different than Ashe. However unfortunate it was, Even as Sakura got back up from the kick, Raffina was apon her again with a grapple that pinned her down to the ground with Raffina using herself as a weight.

Sakura could not even move just from that hit alone, which meant that she was prime pickings for an 'ass' attack which hit with just enough force to obscure Sakura's vision and try to charm the poor samurai girl...

But that alone was not enough to force Raffina off of Sakura's face, which meant that the pinkette was eventually going to make Sakura asphyxiate if she did not get off... Raffina neglected however that Sakura was armed with a katana which had somehow found it's way to Raffina's chin due to Sakura still holding onto the hilt and guiding it so that it was poised to poke the pinkette, and there would be no chance of getting that away from the samurai girl unscathed, which meant for Raffina that she would be in danger of a minor stabbing to her lower jaw; effectively placing them in a deadlock.

Sakura tried to at least move her feet so that she could be ready to try and get up.

O~hohoho! Now that I'm on top, I've finally found the fun in this!" Raffina remarked rather haughtily, quite enjoying herself upon her new throne. However, her merriment was soon interrupted as Sakura brought a blade up to her. Raffina recoiled slightly and gasped in surprise, turning her head away from the blade to protect her face, ...when... it... missed her? No that wasn't right. She peaked back at the blade from the corner of her eye, only to find that Sakura was holding back and had not stabbed her. Instead, she'd presented her sword to Sakura as a threat. ...Huh? She was a bit confused by the gesture. Did Sakura not understand that she was in a very vulnerable position? Why was she holding back? She could even feel Sakura wriggle a little underneath her, however a neck was simply incapable of supporting her full body weight, meaning she could not lift Raffina with her legs. It was then that Raffina realized the trtuh. With a sword in one hand and her legs nearly useless, what was Sakura supposed to use to lift her up and off of Sakura's face? Her free hand? She'd need to drop that sword to free both hands, and Sakura didn't want to do that. It all made sense now. She was trying to trick Raffina into getting off of her because she couldn't get her off herself! "...Uhuhuhu, what's the matter? Did something 'catch your eye'?" Raffina teased with a little wiggle of her hips, quite literally rubbing it in Sakura's face. "Well... I suppose I could get up for a moment..." she went on to relent, feigning disinterest in continuing her antics. She moved to get up... in such a manner that Sakura's neck was still pinched between Raffina's legs, keeping her head under Raffina's bottom all the same. "Better~? Uhuhu,.. Alright, that's enough of that." Raffina remarked, before promptly butt slamming Sakura again to return to their sitting position!

She might not be out to steal Sakura's sword, but she just might steal her dignity! "Unfortunately, the only way you will be freed from this terribly humiliating situation is if you pucker up~" Raffina continued in a sugary sweet tone, feigning sympathy. "It really is in your best interest. Of course, I'd be happy to sit here and show off for the crowd until you faint, if that's what you'd prefer~"

The moment Raffina sat on her again to try and knock her unconscious through asphyxiation via another butt slam, Sakura promptly managed to drop her sword and with almost nearly as much strength that she could muster, forced her head clean into the Butt slam to buck the pinkette clean off of her, still taking the hit from Raffina's ass in the process of getting loose.

"Thanks, but no thanks. My heart already belongs to another, who is not here mind you." Sakura said as she got back up on to her feet, picking up the Arataka in the process with her dominant arm and rubbing her neck with the other while taking deep calming breaths. "You're not bad either, maybe I should consider joining your group of friends. I know for a fact that I had a friendly encounter with a certain girl calling herself Arle, though I'm not sure if anyone else from your group knows about what happened after that fight I had with Ashe..." Sakura added, walking closer to the pinkette while sheathing her blade.

When Sakura was close enough, rather than cut into Raffina, she instead gave the pinkette a gentle embrace, her hands gently wrapped around Raffina as though similar to a mother hugging her children. If Raffina did not notice anything about this scenario, she would definitely feel a teardrop on her cheek... Which meant that Sakura was quite saddened by what happened in the last fight, she should know, and still has the scars to prove it; both physical and mental.

That however didn't stop Sakura from pulsing no less than three bursts of spirit energy into Raffina while she was hugging her.

...Raffina's expression was priceless as Sakura redefined the term 'headbutt' for her. by headbutting... her butt. Woah. Mind blowing stuff right there. Raffina yelped in surprise as she was pushed off of Sakura. "--What the??" she blurted out, only to bounce back to her feet and turn on Sakura, brushing the back of her skirt off. She looked pretty flustered now, and yet the worst was not yet here. "Hhhh-... I think you may have misunderstood the purpose of that attack..." Raffina murmured in frustration. Curses. It turns out not everyone was as easy to fluster as she was. Speaking of easy to fluster. The next thing Raffina knew she was being ... cuddled in a motherly fashion. Her cheeks turned a bright red at the gesture, and Sakura could feel Raffina begin to shake with anxiety, timidly recoiling in her embrace. She looked so terrified! "Wh--...What are you d-doing to me??" the extremely confused pinkette breathlessly stammered out, not quite sure what was even going on right now. Was she about to get adopted mid-match?!

...Raffina grunted in pain as she found her mind under attack unexpectedly, becoming dazed and confused as she was unable to properly focus on defending herself in her flustered state, which in turn left her unable to hold onto her composure as Sakura kissed her cheek. Sakura could feel Raffina melt a little bit in her embrace, just kinda BSODing on the spot. ...And then... something even stranger than this mid-battle demonstration of affection began to happen. Raffina wasn't 'melting'. She was shrinking! Shrinking? No... It was more than just a reduction in size. She was ... regressing in age, growing younger and younger until she was just a little bab at about half her previous height, 2'7''. She looked like she couldn't be any older than 5 or 6. Raffina, now suspended off the ground in Sakura's arms, looked down at her new form and promptly emitted a shrill, girly scream of alarm!! "Wh--Wha'did you do ta me?!" she accusingly demanded in her newly tiny voice. The now panicking pinkette began to squirm in Sakura's grasp, pulling herself up and kicking off Sakura's chest, only to pelt her with several rapid little kicks in quick succession. The kicks honestly didn't hurt that much coming from a little girl, but they came accompanied by an icy energy that just might prove dangerous. She then landed nearby in a crouching position.

She then bounced forward on one leg and performed a rising kick up at Sakura, a magical rainbow trailing from her foot and launching out to meet Sakura like a shockwave! It had no impact force, but instead attacked her mind!

Sakura was quite surprised at what happened, all she did was give the pinkette a hug she didn't expect said hug to make Raffina shrink to the height of a child, However she was more surprised when she got kicked in a combo attack!

The attack had quite the effect on Sakura as she was knocked to the ground by the heart-shaped explosion, she was beginning to feel like she might not win this. But she did have a few tricks up her kimono top. "I guess I might as well get serious here... I've never before been pushed this far in military training, so I am not sure of what my limits are right now. But I will say this... you'll want to block this one." Sakura said with a glint in her eye that steeled her resolve beyond anything no ordinary person could ever hope to achieve. Sakura then vanished right in front of Raffina before the Pinkette's very eyes, reappearing behind her while keeping her blade sheathed; the words said however would be something the crowds grew excited about, and fill any who saw this move in person with a sense of dread. "A thousand cherry blossoms, dancing in the breeze; Cherry Blossom Dance!" And just like that, Raffina would be bombarded by Sakura Petals in the form of a miniature tornado!

The audience is treated to the sight of ... Sakura beating up a little girl. Life's weird sometimes, man. Raffina just kinda hid her face in her hands. If she couldn't see Sakura's attacks, they couldn't hurt her! ...Well, they did anyway. But she tried! This ended with her getting bopped over the head. The tiny pinkette looked up with watery eyes. And then. She. Screamed.

"aaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!"

((Raffina's has entered a tantrum! All her attacks do +13% damage if their natural accuracy roll is odd and the cooldowns on all of her attacks are substituted with recoil damage for 1 turn.))

Raffina then unclipped her magic pouch and reached inside, beginning to tug at something with ferocious difficulty. Her face was so red--was she so helpless she couldn't even get something out of her pouch? ...Raffina's hand emerged with a fist full of pine needles. A little squeal of frustration escaped her. And then... snap! Sakura bore witness to an entire tree being pulled out of Raffina's pouch, many times the small girl's size and decorated ornately for the holidays. "Ho ho ho~! Meeerry Christmas!!" a talking Santa decoration with a robotically waving arm greeted. Raffina held the base of the tree in her hands like a caber tosser, her tiny legs trembling underneath her from the weight of that enormous tree several times her weight she was holding. She then shifted the tree and, in a display of uncannily cartoonish power, sluggishly swung it like an enormous club at Sakura in a wide horizontal sweep!

Sakura was starting to look worried, and was completely unaware of what Raffina was about to pull...

...And she soon learned that she was not prepared for a Christmas tree to be used against her in a fight, nor could she get out of the way in time to avoid it!

Sakura then tried to dodge the ornaments flung from the tree, but couldn't avoid most of them...

An awkward silence followed. Raffina wasn't sure what to do. Sakura wasn't here, or... getting up... Did she win? The little girl squirmed uncomfortably as the crowd cheered. Hehe, she guessed she won?? In confusion, she moved over and, with great difficulty, pushed the tree off of Sakura. What she found startled her. Raffina gasped. Sakura was dead! ...Or at least, she kinda looked like it when you were a silly kid whose thoughts ran faster than their brains could keep up. She couldn't go to jail! She was too cute to be in jail! Do you know what happened to cuties like her in jail?! ...They... probably wound up in a special prison daycare. . . . Raffina panicked. What did she do?! After a few moments, she resolved to trying to save Sakura. She couldn't possibly carry her all the way to the hospital without hurting herself. Timidly approaching the downed girl, she summoned her most tender feelings before laying down halfway on top of Sakura and giving her a sweet embrace, laying her head below Sakura's chin. Little pink healing hearts began to appear around them before being absorbed by Sakura. She was using the power of love to heal Sakura's wounds! Or at least, partially healing them anyway. She wasn't known for being the best at love magic. "...Please be okay. I'm sorry for getting so upset. I'll let you baby me just don't die please please please--"

Sakura was still breathing and her heart was still beating, only it was shallow but still audible to everyone in the arena, even Raffina who was trying to heal Sakura's wounds.

"Thanks... Next time you fight, keep calm and don't let your emotions run wild..." Sakura said softly, placing a hand on Raffina's head and giving her a pat that wasn't charged with Spiritual energy, the smile on Sakura's face told Raffina that she was happy for her.

What Sakura needed now was some rest as the fight had wore her out entirely, and hoo boy was she going to need it, that tree was strong enough to knock the wind out of her. If Raffina had enough upper body strength to lift that tree, then she would have enough to carry Sakura out of the arena and get her some help. Either that or place her in a pokeball and get her to MGS HQ as soon as possible.

Raffina was pat. The tiny girl still looked a little dejected, but seemed to accept the gesture. While she was definitely strong enough to lift a tree if she really wanted to, that was for an extremely brief period of time and the hospital was a walk measured in hours. Raffina wasn't so confident in her ability to make that walk without hurting herself, and so she eventually clued into another plan of action. Taking out a love ball with a cute pink heart on it, she captured Sakura instead! Good thing Princess Peach had invested interest in pokemon. She then took her back to the Magical Girl's Society lodge so that she could ask an actual adul--What do you mean almost no one in the MGS is 18 or older?! Even Peach?! ...Well, close enough. Whatever. She could get Sakura proper healing back there and also try to figure out this whole de-aging thing.
