History On Li: Frankly, Shovel Knight was not expecting to get whisked into another world when taking a nap - yet fate defied his expectations. His slumber at a peaceful part of a forest was sharply contrasted with his awakening at the ruins of a once-thriving town. Thankfully, his trusty Shovel Blade and some of his Relics were still with him, which would soon come in handy when he encountered monsters corrupted by Starvia roaming nearby. Promptly dealing with them, the cerulean knight made his way to a large dome next...
...and found himself meeting King Knight. Upon learning the truth of the dimension he has found himself in, however, he found himself agreeing to a truce with his foe to fight off a larger threat at hand. And somewhat later on, Tinker Knight also appeared and joined the truce, and thus the Order of Fair Knights was born!
Primary Attacks (3)
Basic Atk 1: Shovel Blade: Shovel Knight's trademark weapon. It may look like your standard shovel, but you'd be wise not to underestimate it. If the attack connects, Shovel Knight will receive 200 Gems. [STR, DMG 14%]
Basic Atk 2: Dust Knuckles: These gauntlets allow Shovel Knight to punch through solid blocks of dirt...or it could also be good pummeling equipment. Really, it's that versatile. If the attack connects, Shovel Knight will receive 100 Gems. [STR, DMG 5%, Combo Attack]
Basic Atk 3: Shovel Drop: Once in the air, Shovel Knight drops to the ground shovel first! If he rolls a 15+, Shovel Knight will 'bounce' on the enemy, allowing him to do Shovel Drop a second time with no Combat Action cost. If he misses, however, he'll suffer a -1 penalty to a dodge roll. Shovel Knight will receive 25 Gems per successful hit. [STR, DMG 19%]
Special Attacks (3)
Special Atk 1: Chest Shop: Using the Gems he collected from attacking, Shovel Knight can buy a myriad of Relics from a shop in a chest. The bought Relic replaces this Special Attack until its usage is depleted. Once that happens, Chest Shop enters a 3 turn cooldown.

Special Atk 2: Chaos Sphere: Shovel Knight hurls a sphere that bounces around, hitting 3 enemies at random. Targets are decided with a 1dN roll. (N being the number of enemies Shovel Knight is fighting against.) Successful hits will give Shovel Knight 150 Gems. [DEX, DMG 12%]
Special Atk 3: Mobile Gear: A box that once deployed, creates a little platform with a gear that Shovel Knight can use to increase his own mobility! Grants Shovel Knight 6 points to his DEX for 3 turns. 4 turn cooldown.
Final Smash (1)
It's Shoveling Time!
Shovel Knight begins delivering a shovel beatdown against an opponent, before showering said foe with dirt blocks he digs from on the ground thrice. The attack deals 60% damage to one opponent. Cosmetically, the Order of Fair Knights can join in on the beatdown.
