Cloud looked up as Sephiroth began a barrage of attacks with his slim sword, cloud didn't have the reach to attack him, or another opening, but one more hit would probably do it. He tried to think but his enemy wouldn't let up, he didn't have many options left. Suddenly he felt a burst of power surge through him, his limit had been broken.
"It's over Sephiroth!" Cloud exclaimed, this was his last chance, he had to put everything he had into this attack.
"A means to an end Cloud, you could never hope to defeat me, you know that."
"No! You're wrong!" Cloud unleashed his limit break as he unleashed a fury of blows onto Sephiroth.
As Cloud performed his final blow a flash of light enveloped him, assuming it was another of Sephiroths trick he slashed through the bright light, until he realized there was a man just inches from his blade.
"ARE YOU INSANE! YOU ALMOST CUT MY HEAD OFF!" The stranger questioned, still in shock.
"Huh? Where am I? "ARE YOU INSANE! YOU ALMOST CUT MY HEAD OFF!" The stranger questioned, still in shock.
"Huh? Where am I? Where's Sephiroth!"
"Who? Oh I get it you're a new arrival, well I suppose slashing through whatever brings ya here doesn't work then. Since it wasn't a deliberate attempt on my life I suppose I'll let you slide, but don't try it a second time alright newbie! I'm Billy Joe. You, for whatever reason, were brought here to li, a dying planet that could probably use your help."
"Wow, very original, I guess you're in luck cause I already saved my planet from dying, names Cloud Strife, thanks for the rundown of the situation. Just one question, do I get paid?"
"Well that's something you should ask them city folks, I couldn't get behind the whole harboring villains that say they turned over a new leaf thing so I left. Hope you find what yer lookin' for kid."
"Thanks, see you later." Cloud headed out to the city he saw in the distance, intent on saving this planet since it may very well be his new home.
Primary Attacks:
Aerial Sweep: Cloud slashes his sword in an arc above his head from one side of him to the other. [7% DMG]
Material Barrage: Cloud uses his lightning, fire, and ice materia to use bolt, followed by burn and then freeze. [7% DMG from bolt, 7% DMG from burn, and 6% DMG from freeze]
Fake-Out: Cloud slashes slightly to the side of his target in order to catch the enemy off guard as he launches them into the air from the side with an uppercut followed by Cloud jumping to his enemies height to perform a downward slash.[13% DMG]
Special Attacks:
Blade Beam: Cloud swings the Buster Sword upward and in front of himself in order to launch a green, crescent-shaped energy beam as a projectile. It comes out and moves rather slowly, but travels a long distance. [13% DMG]
Cross Slash: Cloud performs a downwards slash. On contact with an enemy, this slash will transition into a series of 4 follow-up slashes [4% DMG Per Slash]
Climhazzard: Cloud performs a two part attack beginning with a leaping reverse gripped slash. If Cloud desires it can be followed with a descending reverse gripped slash. [9% DMG On Part 1, 8% DMG On Part 2]

Omni-Slash:
Cloud rushes forward at high speed and attacks, unleashing a series of slashes that concludes with a powerful, descending slash that triggers an explosion.
