History On Li: The battle has been won. Nergal has perished, the summoned dragon has been dealt with, peace has been restored to Lycia. Certainly, this was cause for celebration. However, this happiness was not to last. A bit after being crowned the new Marquess of Pherae, Eliwood was traveling back to Ostia in order to do the bimonthly sparring session they used to do since they were young, but after clearing a skirmish, he got caught in a wormhole...

...Eliwood regained consciousness moments later, finding himself somewhere unfamiliar - this was certainly no place he knew of Lycia. The mysterious warp portal must've transported him to somewhere around it, surely! His questions were met with puzzling responses. Li? Life Sphere? Starvia? Whatever those were, it seems like he wasn't done with his adventures just yet.


Primary Attacks (3)
Basic Atk 1: Durandal. Eliwood's special sword, specifically given to him after he conquered a great trial. Despite the blade’s huge size, Eliwood’s actually pretty nimble with it, delivering fast but devastating blows all the same, despite him being still kind of unaccustomed with it. [8% STR, Comboable]

Basic Atk 2: Crescent Slash. Eliwood proceeds to do a 2-hit attack, starting with an overhead slash before swinging his sword upward, usually sending his foes flying. Despite being two hits, only one roll counts. [16% STR]


Basic Atk 3: Critical Lunge. It's a pretty self-explanatory attack, in which Eliwood lunges Durandal towards a foe. Not only this attack hits hard, it's mildly more forgiving on critical rates, as it only requires a natural 18 to deliver a critical hit. [STR, 20%, 2 turn cooldown]



Special Attacks (3)
Special Atk 1: Luna. As Durandal glows blue, Eliwood proceeds to deliver an armor-piercing attack! Luna partially bypasses shield blocking, making sure 50% of the damage is still taken even if the opponent chose to shield. 2 turn cooldown. [STR, Damage is calculated with a 1d16+8 roll]


Special Atk 2: Sacred Cowl. Eliwood picks up and equips a cowl...or gives it to someone else if needed. Charged with divine magic, this cowl reduces damage taken by 30% (as in, the percentage, not brute damage) when worn for 3 turns. After that, the cowl’s magic needs to recharge for 5 turns.


Special Atk 3: Rising Flame. Durandal is set ablaze, ready for a powerful spin attack....which is exactly what our Marquess of Pherae does! Durandal's range, in addition to the flames spreading through, makes sure that no enemy escapes the flames of the blade! [STR AoE, 27%, 4 turn cooldown]


Final Smash (1)
Burning Awakening: Eliwood awakens a deep power slumbering within him and Durandal, empowered by his will to fight on for a safer future! For 4 turns, Eliwood will gain a +2 to all his rolls, plus have access to these moves:

• Blazing Durandal: The awakened form of Durandal. Now bolstered with the power of an undying flame, it has reached the apex of its power. [Replaces Durandal, 10%, Comboable]
• Newmoon Slash: Replaces Crescent Slash. A 3-hit attack that starts with Eliwood performing an overhead slash, following with an upward sword swing that blows an opponent upward before Eliwood hops to give chase and finishes with a lunge. [STR, 22%, 1 turn cooldown]
• Aether: Replaces Luna...well, it's less like 'replaces' it, but more like it combines Luna with Sol. A 2-hit attack that has Eliwood perform the original Luna move, but this time, in conjunction with Sol, a move with allows him to heal according to half the damage he inflicted. 2 turn cooldown. [STR, Requires accuracy roll for both Luna and Sol, damage is calculated via a 1d17+8 roll]
• Holy Vestments: Replaces Sacred Cowl. Eliwood picks up some vestments brimming with divine energy and either equips it in himself or gives it to someone in need. Charged with divine magic, this cowl reduces damage taken by 50% (as in, the percentage, not brute damage) when worn for 3 turns. After that, it can't be used anymore.
• Astra: A finishing move that can only be used in the final turn of the Final Smash. Eliwood, suddenly growing far nimbler and stronger than ever before, performs a fast and devastating 6-hit combo towards an unfortunate foe. After using the move, the Final Smash ends. [STR, 30%]

Other Info: Durandal's measurements are mildly inconsistent in the media it has appeared in. I took some liberties and headcanoned Durandal to reach around Eliwood's upper body.
