History On Li: Tears in space time are nothing Dell hasn't dealt with before, constituting Yetis, robots, and the occasional alien invasion (and evading probing). When the portal to Li was torn and Dell was sucked through, he didn't see it as a tragedy - Engie saw it as a way to start over. Away from the bloodshed of the Badlands, the Engineer was ready to begin anew, until he found out about the terrible atrocities that plagued Li. The disease, the chaos, the pain. That didn't bother him. What did bother him was that he wasn't included in the fray, and with that, Dell signed himself right up to fight back the infected heroes and villains alike, as well as explore the world he was plunged into.

Since then, Dell has become acquainted with modern and post modern technology, using it to expand his arsenal, and tinker with new theories of work. The Engineer is ready to build more gun, and solve more conundrums pertaining to combat. Armed with his trusty wrench, shotgun, and sentries, his expeditions are yet to unfold, but when they do, he'll be ready. Dell hasn't met a problem he couldn't fix, and these problems of Li are no exception. As an engineer, he feels it's his duty to solve these problems.


Primary Attacks (3)

Wrench Whack: [5 %] Engineer swings his wrench to strike. If it hits a foe, it deals damage and restores 10 metal, and 100 if he KOs a foe using the wrench. If it hits an allied machine, or any of his buildings, that will consume 25 held Metal and heals them by 10%

Shotgun Blast: [12 %]  Engineer fires off a close range shotgun shot, unable to fully hit foes at longer distances. It must be performed in close quarters. This does not restore metal on hit.

Sentry Wrangle: [0 %] Engineer pulls out his trusty laser pointing wrangler, forcing his active sentry to attack a target of his choice, rather than the closest one to it. He can use it multiple turns, but each turn after 1 gains another turn of cooldown to recharge the battery. [1 Turn Cooldown + 1 turn for every turn of consecutive use]

Build Sentry: [8/12/16 % (Depending on sentry type and level)]  Engineer uses 130 metal to throw down a level 1 Sentry that can be upgraded by spending metal on it. Each level gains a different amount of shots, and all target the enemies closest to them. If The Engineer is in the line of fire, he will be subject to dodge their fire as well. Allies do not need to avoid the attacks, as Sentries cannot harm allies. Sentries can only be upgraded if they are not damaged at all.

Build Dispenser: [0 %] Dell slaps down a dispenser for 100 Metal, and it heals every person on Dell's team within 5 feet of it. For 200 metal, he can upgrade it once for an upgrade in healing to the building, and twice to upgrade again. Every 3 turns, the dispenser will output metal for Dell. If Dell is at full metal, the dispenser will store metal every 3 turns into a reserve of 200. Dell rolls every time he builds a dispenser using Charisma. When the outcome is 1-10, the dispenser starts at level 1. When the outcome is 11-18, it starts at level 2, and at the maximum roll of 19-20, it becomes level 3.

Final Smash: Golden Wrench; The Midas Touch (1)
Dell's wrench turns into pure solid Australium! Good for one hit, it can either upgrade a building to level 3 instantly, or does 30% damage to a foe or ally, and freezes them in solid gold plating for 1 turn. While a foe is frozen, they are entirely immune to damage and cannot be healed outside of buildings Dell has built.



Other Info: Dell starts every thread with 200 metal, and cannot exceed that maximum.
Dell is limited to one building of each type at a time.

Dell look's ready to go...Right after I say a few things about his moves:

- Can you explain more about this metal system he has, like how much he he start's with (It's implied he start's with 200 but can you make that more clear) how he can get more and how much metal he can carry at a time? You can add this in the other info section of the app.

- Build Dispenser: It needs to have a charisma roll in there as it's a healing move, even if it is a dispenser. You can change it so the quality of the dispenser changes depending on Dell's charisma roll every time he makes one, like for example, if you roll a 10, the dispenser will be a level 1, if it's 15 it will be a level 2 and if it's 20 or higher it will be a level 3, however since Dell's charisma is 6 it might be best to change this move all together as you'll most likely get a lot of low charisma rolls with this move.

- This is a little about what I think but you can get rid of the damage counters on moves that don't deal damage such as Sentry Wrangle or Build Dispenser.

Once you deal with these edits, Dell should be ready for approval.
