Moon sat on a grassy side of the beach near the cove as she finished making up some medicine for the Trial she was about to undergo. It was night time which was when they were told to meet Tapu Koko so the starry night sky and a cool breeze filled the cove. The moon shined brilliantly down as Nebby bathed in it's glory near Moon as she made her final preparations. The waves washed onto the beach calmly with the moon's pull and the scene was quite nice. The doctor was glad that the Pokemon in the Cove was more resistant to the plague than most.

Still, the idea of doing a trial for the Tapus was a bit worrying, even for her. She has faced many trials, became Champion, defended her title many times, stopped Team Skull and the Aether Foundation, saved the Ultra Beasts, and even earned the respect of Tapu Koko. Looks like that last thing she needed to do again however as she put away the prepared medicine and took out her bow to inspect. Nebby danced around in the moon light, cheering happily as her trainer prepared for the upcoming challenge. Still, can't worry too much, after all, she had the Pokemon of the Moon on her side as well as two skillful looking allies.

Speaking of which, she has explained the situation to the two girls helping her and Tapu Island. Since the Tapu Island is guarded by all the Tapus to keep out undesirables, it would be difficult to get there normally without being attacked. So she suggested they rided on Nebby there to keep low suspicion due to the Pokemon now being associated with her. She was easily big enough to carry all three of them and if some barrier came up, she could prove useful. Besides, the Legendary was very excited to see the Island the Tapus have inhabited. She and them have always had a bit of a relation as far as myths go and she is excited to see what they made into their base.

The Archer was in a bit of different attire now since she was shopping when she got the call for the tapu, she was in a red T-shirt with a red Floral Patterened long skirt, red shoes, and a white sunhat with a red ribbon. She has grown accustomed to the tropical look admittedly and it was nice to still be fairly mobile and well dressed. After all, a meeting with the Tapus so important should not be taken lightly. The girl put away her bow on her back with a quiver of different arrows and slung her purse over her shoulder before sitting down and watching Nebby's cheerful disposition as she waited for her allies.

When Tomoko arrived at the pokemon cove she was amazed at the starry sky that was shining tonight, she never expected to see real stars for quite a while. Back on the locomotive, the stars that were shown were usually fake, or stars from leftover universes that were destroyed due to some poor unfortunate soul deciding to try and change the world into a hellish chaotic landscape and the ruler of the universe deciding to give the remaining people who lived in those universes mercy by causing them to end. It was nice...To see normal stars for once.

As Tomoko approached the beach, taking off her shoes so she can walk without having problems with sand getting in the shoes. She saw Moon and Nebby from a far and waved towards them. "Evening." She quietly called out, walking towards the archer and placing the shoes she was wearing in her dress pocket. "Nice to help you out Moon. Me and the other girl that's going to help you will try our best to help you complete the test and make sure we don't upset the Tapu's." She looked up to see Nebby and waved towards the pokemon.

"So why are we supposed to get to the Tapu's island?" She set her sights back to Moon, questioning about there means of transport, even if it's going to be a regular boat or if they have to swim there. Tomoko is all for having a great night on an island.

Phosphora arrived at Pokemon Cove with little trouble. She hadn't really spent much time here, but the buzz she'd heard about the legendary Pokemon here, especially the Tapus piqued her interest. Tapu Koko in particular interested her, so when she found someone willing to challenge Tapu Koko, Phosphora signed up in a heartbeat

When she came to the plain where they were meeting, she saw two other girls waiting for her. One was what looked like an archer, with a large spectral bat perched beside her. "That must be Moon" Phosphora thought "Fitting name. I should introduce her to Arlon at some point." The other girl Phosphora couldn't place, but guessed that she must be the other person that Moon had asked to come along. Without stalling any longer, Phosphora walked up to the other two.

"You called, Moon?" Phosphora greeted "I am Phosphora, one of the commanders of the Forces of Nature. I'm here to help you challenge Tapu Koko."

Moon's head perked and turned away from her spectral bat of a Pokemon when she heard someone greet her. Ah, it was Tomoko, one of the girls that agreed to help her on this trial. "Alola!" Moon greeted, making arm motions towards Tomoko in the traditional greeting of the region of Alola. She was native to Kanto before she moved but the unique greeting grew on her during the journey. "Glad to hear it. Tapu Koko probably is not going to make this easy for us so we have to give it our all! I'll tell you how we are getting then when the other girl arrives," the doctor explained before Nebby gave an excited sound which alerted her to the fact the other Trial Goer has arrived.

"Alola!" Moon greeted Phosphora with the same arm motion she did for Tomoko. "That's right, I am Moon, First Champion of Alola. A commander sounds like they would be great for this, thank you for coming," Moon introduced cheerfully... before realizing something. "... Forces of Nature? Who's that? I never heard of them," the girl questioned with a bit of curiosity. After giving a moment for Phosphora to explain though, Nebby nudged Moon to tell her she wanted to go now that they are together. "Oh right, Phosphora, Tomoko, this is Nebby. She is the Legendary Pokemon of the Moon. A friend entrusted her to me and she is just as ready to see the Tapus. She will also be our ride to the island. I think it's the safest way to get to the island without provoking the Tapus accidently and also she can evade well if we are caught. We will take off when you are ready," Moon stated, as she climbed up to the neck of the bat with great agility. When everybody got on, she would take them to the island.

Tomoko waited for the other girl that will help her, Moon and Nebby for the mission who's name was Phosphora arrive so they can begin the mission. While waiting Tomoko realised how big Nebby was, but didn't question it, instead amazed by the pokemon's appearance. "Nice bat that you have." Tomoko decided to start a conversation while waiting for Phosphora, not knowing much about the pokemon lore. Or in this case, pokelore herself.

Finally Phosphora did arrive and she mentioned being a commander of the forces of nature. "With the gods and goddesses we see every day at the Life Sphere, whoever is the leader is probably on that tier level if they were able to control nature." Tomoko theorised to Moon before looking at Nebby. She put her shoes back on and followed Moon and sat behind her on Nebby. "Wait, so how is this pokemon related to the moon? Did they come for the moon or a part of the moon, or is it that they become more powerful at night and this is why were even going to the Tapu's at this time of day?" Tomoko decided to make the journey to the islands not boring she would ask a question such as this one.

Though she's stumped if Moon or Phosphora manage to find a suitable answer before they got to the island.

Phosphora's cheery mood started to sour a bit when she heard that Moon had not heard of the Forces of Nature. "The Forces of Nature is the army of the goddess Viridi. And your right, Tomoko. She is a very high tier goddess" the lightning girl explained. She was a little surprised that neither of them had heard of the Forces. Didn't everyone at least know of them?

Phosphora's train of thought was stopped when the spectral bat, introduced by Moon as Nebby, motioned for them to get going "All right!" Phosphroa cheered as she agilely jumped on to Nebby's back. "Let's get this show and the road!"

"Huh, never heard of her. I have not been here that long though. Surprised the Tapus found me first. Well, best not keep them waiting. Nebby, go!" Moon shrugged off before calling her Pokemon to fly now that everybody was on board. It soared through the night sky over the waves. "Oh right, guess the boisterous title is a bit vague... Nebby is Lunala, who is the Pokemon that calls the moon. She can eat away light to turn even a bright and sunny day into a dark and starry night. She not only resembles the night sky, but she has battled and conquered the Tapus in the past, getting her own shrine back at Alola. She is a legend that I helped reborn. A friend entrusted her to me to help her fight," the nurse explained as Nebby flew through over the waves until they started to reach a pink mist, with green, blue and yellow lights merged with it. "Woah, it's like 4 terrains are combining... This should be where the island is though... Should we go in?" Moon inquired, but before they could answer, a Pokemon cry broke in as a yellow ball of electricity zoomed at them.

"Halt your movement, invaders!" a voice called to them all in their minds. Moon tapped the moon Pokemon's head to tell her to stop which she did. The electricity died to show a Pokemon that was a fair 5'11" in height but brimming with electrical might. This seemed to be Tapu Koko by description. "... Moon, you have accepted the test. I have expected no less. I see you brought allies too..." It said as it looked at Phosphora and Tomoko with a bit of judging, but also a bit of curiosity. "State your names and why you have come," Tapu Koko requested. "You know why they are-" Moon began but flinched at a giant thunder clap that sounded in response. "Silence! I have asked them, not you!" the deity stated, seeming a bit angered by that, Moon looked to the other two, deciding to take him up on that offer to be quiet.

"Cool!" Tomoko smiled at Phoesphora, knowing full well nothing can cause her smile to change, except for the ball of light that was heading rapidly towards the girls. After listening to Moon's story about Nebby, Tomoko pointed to the electric light that was heading towards them. "Yes we should go in. Also ball of possible evil light!" Tomoko pointed to the light, but it fortunately stopped and the girls soon heard the voices of the Tapus.

"Hello." Tomoko waved at thin air before introducing herself as per the Tapu's request. "I'm Tomoko Obel, my alignment is neutral good. Not law or chaos and i'm here to help Moon pass the trials you have set forth for her and Nebby." Tomoko explained her not so heinous motives if the Tapu's thought that she was evil for some reason.

Soon after Phosphora climbed onto Nebby, the other two followed her, and they were off to do battle with the Tapus. As they were flying, Phosphora looked down at the seas as the rushed underneath them, until they were obscured by pink, yellow, blue, and green mist. "This must be the powers of the Tapus." Phosphora wondered aloud. As if they were waiting for acknowledgement, a ball of energy raced toward the group, and halted their progress. Once the lights died down, Phosphora spied a form inside the electricity.

"Tapu Koko" Phosphora said. She had made sure to read and reread the description that Moon had left on her call for allies, so she could recognize at least Tapu Koko on sight. As Tapu Koko called on Moon's allies, Phosphora made sure she made a good first impression "I am Phosphroa, a commander of the Forces of Nature. I am here to aid Moon in her attempt at your challenge." she stated, with an uncharacteristically formal tone. Did Phosphora have some amount of respect for Tapu Koko?

Tapu Koko gave a funny look at Tomoko describing her own alignment.... That seemed suspicious, if not awkward but he seemed to let it go. It did not make too much sense either way and he had another figure to observe. She actually had some respect for the Tapu, which showed clearly as he almost seemed to smile.... Hard to tell though, considering the lack of visible mouth. "Ah, one of Viridi's Generals. We have heard of you. I look forward to seeing your skill as well. We must not waste any more time, follow me, Inheritor," Tapu Koko replied before turning back into an electrical ball and zooming into the fog once more. "You heard him, Nebby, looks like we passed so far..." Moon and the group went into the fog after Tapu Koko, the area consisting of several presences.

The mist seemed to dissipate as they reached a rather forest infested island and followed Tapu Koko to a stage in the middle with some Alolan decor. "Almost feels like back home... So, what do we need to do, Tapu Koko?" Moon asked as she jumped off of Nebby. Now that she looked at the stage, there seemed to be an idol for every Tapu here. "Simple, you must go into the forest and retrieve 3 idols and bring them back to me. And then, I, as the Totem Pokemon will test your power," Tapu Koko instructed. "Alright, so a fetch quest, got it. You ready team?" Moon asked, already about to head out.

"Halt! I had more to say! There are three Pokemon guarding each totem. The first one you want is by Sleeping Rock. Then proceed t0 Rain Dance Stream, and finally, one at Tapu Spring. Understood?" Tapu Koko added. "Got it, we will be back in no time at all," Moon assured. Tapu Koko merely shook his head before looking to the others to see if they had any questions before heading out.

Tomoko breathed a sigh of relief when the group landed on the island, and met up with Tapu Koko, who told the group what to do as Tomoko got off Nebby and pet him. "Thank you." She beamed warmly to the pokemon before looking back to the Tapu and listening to him. It seems like this mission was going to be a fetch quest, Tomoko's least favourite kind of mission. "Right team, let's go get these three idols without any danger at all!" Tomoko was about to follow from Moon.

When Koko stopped them and informed them that they had to fight three guardian's protecting the idol. "It's always three guardian's and not four or five, but we'll get the idols if it means to help Moon pass the test." She smiled at Koko, before raising her hand.

"Uhh, before we leave, I have a question. Do we have to do this in the order that you said or can we do them a different way, like we go to Rain Dance Stream first and then Tapu Spring's and the other location." Tomoko asked before the group's journey into the forest.

Phosphora relaxed a bit as Tapu Koko acknowledged her and her rank. It looks like she had received the Island Guardian's approval. Taking her seat on Nebby once more, Phosphora waited as the island of the Tapus drew closer.

Once they landed, Phosphroa got off the Lunar Pokemon and looked around. "Thanks for the ride, Nebby. Now, about this challenge. What do we have to do, Tapu Koko?" As Tapu Koko explained the basics of the challenge, which was to be some sort of gathering quest, Phosphora fidgeted nervously with her long scarf. On top of her nervousness about Tapu Koko, she was almost as eager to start the challenge as Moon and Tomoko was. She was almost about to race off with Moon and Tomoko when the island guardian's voice boomed across the clearing to add a few more details.

"Three other Pokemon..." Phosphora thought aloud "I'd bet he's referring to the other Tapus. Looks like we have a tough challenge ahead of us." Phosphroa couldn't help but let loose a couple of small sparks in anticipation "Ooh, the suspense is killing me. Let's get started!"

"Fair question, Tomoko. You may go in any order, however, you have to be together. No one is allowed to seperate from Moon," Tapu Koko answered. Nebby looked over to Tapu Koko for a moment, not immediately following. The guardian looked back for a moment, almost as if they were both looking for something. "Nebby come on! We have to get going!" Moon called back before going off into the forest... Probably best to follow her. "I think we should stick to the order he gave. It's probably the most straightforward to not get lost," Moon said as she looked around. Alright, so they had to find something called Sleeping Rock... Well, there was a few things that could be in such a named location. Snorlax, Slaking... But was there a Tapu that would really live in such a place?

Moon was cut off mid thought as she tripped over excess vegetation. Geeze, the plants here were really getting out of hand. There was weeds, vines, moss, tree roots, all getting in the way. Well, it was a very natural island, untainted by humans.... Then Moon froze as she got up, hearing the sound of a bell. Wait, the guardian that was known for this and the bell sound was... "Tapu Bulu. There he is. Sleeping like a log. Hey, how about we play a prank? So many possibilities!" Rotom chimed in, the Pokedex floating out of Moon's bag. Nebby continued to follow them in flight. "No, Rotom. We are not disgracing the Tapus like that..." Moon replied. "Awwwww, party pooper," Rotom replied. "The Totem appears to be behind Tapu Bulu on that large rock."

Sure enough, in front of them was a large stone, with a Tapu resting on top of it. The rock had vines and moss crawling all over it. It would appear Tapu Bulu was very controlling over vegetation. Behind him was a idol... But how exactly were they going to get it?

"I see." Tomoko would then proceed to follow the group into the forest, where the first Tapu was resting on Sleeping Rock, right after the girls had to get past the overgrown plants, weeds and other such things a like during the short journey. Tomoko moved past them with relative ease, but was surprised at how grown some of the things on the island were. "Moon, how old is this island?" She raised her brow, questioning Moon as they approached the Tapu on the sleeping rock.

He appeared to be sleeping, but the idol was right behind him, coming up with a plan. Tomoko figured one out in a few seconds flat. "We could have someone slowly fly over the Tapu and get the idol and fly back to us." She turned towards Phosphora since she did see her fly earlier. "You can do it if you want Phosphora." She asked her team mate, but she then turned towards Moon.

"Unless you have another idea, after all, this is your trial after all." Tomoko stood, waiting for an idea from Moon or Phosphora.

Phosphora followed Moon toward Sleeping Rock, the vegetation growing thicker and thicker as they headed deeper into the jungle. "These plants are really getting out of hand" Phosphora commented. Mistress Viridi would never let things get this bad, but Phosphora knew better then to say that aloud. Who knew who was listening. Regardless, as they  came into the clearing, Phosphora laid eyes on the sleeping Tapu Bulu.

"Well I suppose I could do that" Phosphora responded to Tomoko's plan. "But I don't know how Tapu Bulu would react. If he heard me, he might attack" Phosphora thought for a moment, and then turned to Moon. "What do you know about Tapu Bulu? Would he be the type to attack us on sight?" Odd, this kind of behavior wasn't like Phosphora at all. Usually she's more headstrong then this...
