Backstory: Born to Joseph and Gene Rinehart, he is the fourth youngest of five siblings. From a young age his knack for adventure and discovery was something notable. Raised amid his loving family, young Arrow manifested the powers of his half kitsune lineage at a young age. While something that made life more interesting for him, as it allowed him to face down most issues and trials he'd faced throughout his childhood. The peaceful lifestyle of exploring, returning to home, and spending time with his family was simply not meant to be.
As the young fox became subject to the focus of the infamous Doctor Eggman's research and study. While suffering at the doctor's hands of scientific experimentation had been a horrid experience, it was too one of the many things that strengthened his force of his will and offered him a bizarre array of ability. As his distaste towards captivity reached its breaking point, he manages to orchestrate the means of his salvation. He managed to escape by shattering his containment pod, causing damage to the faculty, before escaping into the wilds of the surrounding lands. It was both this move by fate which led to him finding the source of his greatest strength and weakness. A curse later to be known as the Muaji gem, earned during his time amid the woods, it was this same power that activated a mystery gateway and shot him off into the unknown.
Appearance: With a lithe build, but tone figure: His body is built for both speed and agility, with a usual fur color of silver fur along Holding constant changes with Seasons, currently Arrow has a soft silver fur coat with a snow white underbelly and black 'sleeves/socks' on his exterior limbs. His eyes a dark tinted foggy blue, his eye color reflecting the dark tinted curse jewel on his forehead, hidden beneath some bangs: his hair is shoulder length, which tint is light grey. The Jewel's color is a soft green.
History On Li: The gateway that Arrow had entered no sooner than he'd stumbled upon it, had sent him straight into Li! The young fox's mind was full of wonder and concern about things, at least at first. It was a sense to survive and to conquer a strange fear that dominated him from the moment he arrived. With some survival skill on his side, he made his way from the strange land that he'd arrived in and moved towards what he'd thought were signs of civilization. This 'city' had been nothing but a strange looking cave, which he entered without much fear. As due to time exploring caves back home so often, he felt secure in his ability to stay relatively safe.
It was this underestimation of the new world's dangers that landed him in a difficult position! By foolishly stumbling into the depths of the cave, he found himself in the territory of a frightening Fire elemental, who nearly took Arrow's life. If not for the timely intervention of Arle, his fate would have been a very grim one. It is not only her saving him from the Fire elemental, but helping him escape the 'cave', as well, that eventually brought him to the Life Sphere itself. Both counting his blessing and wishing to make the best of meeting his savior and now dear friend, Arrow struck out and got himself a place to stay and went about familiarizing himself with not only Life Sphere, but the the many surprises of the new world that is his home. With nothing but good intentions in his heart, the young fox has nothing but hope towards using his skills and abilities towards bettering the quality of life for all.
Primary Attacks (3)
Martial Arts Strikes: Utilizing the basics of his parents' combat styles, Arrow performs a quick punch-kick combination and ends it in a set of quick strikes that utilize his tails to follow up. [DMG 8%]
Muaji Tonfa Strike: [DMG 17%] Using his Tonfas and coating them in a mystical green energy, Arrow dashes forward and jumps into a rapid spin, lashing out in a quick strike used to strike his opponent with spinning attack.
Tail Sweep: [DMG 18%] Sweeping all five of his tails below him in a low sweeping motion, using the strongest limbs on his body, he strikes in a 360 degree motion around at his sides.
Special Attacks (3)
Foxfire: [DMG 19%] Arrow summons the blue-green flames into his palms, holding the blast out while he strengthens it slightly with focus on charging. Remaining stationary during the attack, when launched the burst of energy takes the shape of a fox's head while launched out at its target. Though moderately fast in terms of traveling speeds, it can be dodged if the opponent is far enough back. It is capable of damaging one person upon impact and if held until the end of turn will simply dissipate. [No Cool Down]
Tail Grab: [DMG 19%] A restraining grapple utilizing Arrow's strongest limbs, this move wraps the opponents within Arrow's Five tails and holds them tightly in place, allowing him to restrain them momentarily, for now more than two turns. He can either hold them for the full term of the move or throw his opponent no more than 10 feet from his current position. If missed the technique leaves Arrow vulnerable to a counterattack, granted its close proximity use (within 5 feet of the target), it has a chance for success or failure depending upon its use. This attack requires two actions to perform. [No Cooldown]
Will of the Muaji: A buffing move that increases Arrow's dexterity by +6 (Flat rate) for two turns. During the active duration of the move, he is surrounded in a bright green glow. The immediate notable effect, should the buff work effectively, is an improvement to his pace and his accuracy. While not Arrow's first choice, if pressed within the difficulty of a situation, he will active this move with the hopes of tilting the odds back in his favor. [2 Post Cool Down]
Final Smash (1)
Wrath of the Half-Moon: [DMG 40%] after launching a small green sphere of light, it is upon catching his foe(s), that Arrow taps into the depths of his power and unleashes a large, destructive combination of 10 hits. Empowered with the full strength of both the Muaji green and Foxfire, before launching the gathered energy from his body in a small focused beam before the orb explodes and shoots the opponent(s) into the distance.
