Feli
Puyo Puyo Fever 2
Alignment: Neutral
Motto: "You intend to defy fate?"
Allies/Friends: Lemres
Enemies/Rivals: Klug
Backstory: puyonexus.com/wiki/Feli
Appearance:
History On Li: So it turns out that in times of crisis, a lot of people turn to faith. It helps, then, if you're in the business of appealing to people to be able to read fate. Such was the circumstances Feli found herself in, surrounded by people who would gladly praise her and even offer her compensation for the use of her gifts. She'd been a little indignant about the idea of working for things like money at first, and she couldn't help but feel that the worship she got was undeserved. She was not their goddess, much as one particularly enthusiastic man she'd aided in finding his daughter insisted otherwise. She merely read fate; she did not control it. And yet, here on Li Feli found herself the oracle of her very own cult. Frankly, she didn't care for the term. However, it accurately described the foolish devotion of some of her followers. She had never asked for such things, merely aid and a place to stay that someone else could look over. I mean honestly! She'd been terrified when the life sphere tried to shove the responsibility of maintaining her own home on her. She didn't need to see the future to know that would end poorly.
And she'd gotten what she asked for! ...In the form of her very own church. She'd even started allowing it to be used for things like weddings and sermons, much as the noise sometimes annoyed her. She fully intended to get out of this place and seek out Lemres anyway. That was where her real calling was, regardless of how much these people claimed to need her. And get out she did! ...Only for her church to get vaporized by a doppelganger of Amitie while she was out, killing Arle and nearly taking Satan with them in the process. But as she stood over the irradiated crater that was briefly her home, she knew that the person who destroyed it was still out there somewhere. Their fates were now intertwined. She could feel it, but what did it mean? First thing was first, she needed help tracking them down. Perhaps she could report this to the police and recruit the aid of some heroes to do it for her. Whoever this bad omen was, she foresaw failure if she attacked them directly. Not because she looked into the future, no. Just... the entire church was gone. It seemed to suggest something about their power.
Primary Attacks (3)
Stellium: Calling upon the power of the stars, Feli launches constellation specific blasts of magic at the target! The intensity of the attack depends on the proximity of the constellation in question, making its power slightly erratic. However, it will always do the same damage on a given turn. (Medium-Heavy WIS Attack; Does 10+1d10+Wis Mod Damage)
Luminary: Feli attacks with a burst of light, potentially flash frying unfortunate victims with the sudden burst of radioactive energy. Since dodging light itself is simply not possible, this targets CON. Has a 40% chance of causing the burn, sickness or mind-melted status at Feli's discretion. 2 turn cooldown. (Medium Wis Attack; Does 22% Damage)
Horary: Feli invokes Murphy's Law and attempts to crush the target with the hand of fate! Painful shenanigans ensue. Unfortunately, this attack relies upon factors far outside of Feli's control such as the positions of the planets and stars, and so its effectiveness is uncertain. Because of the chaotic nature of this attack, it can target its choice of defensive stat depending on how exactly it manifests itself. It could be falling comet, or a sudden migraine, or a trap door! Sudden monster attack! Its base damage is capped at 32%. 1 turn cooldown. (Medium-Heavy Wis Attack; Does 12+Wis Mod+1d20 Damage)
Special Attacks (3)
Benefic: Feli calls upon cosmic energies to heal herself or an ally for 1d15+Cha! 3 turn cooldown.
Grand Trine: The nature of Feli's magic and her use of her own body as a conduit can cause "mood swings" or fluctuations in her body and mind. Choose 3 celestial bodies at the beginning of a thread. The positive aspects of this effect scale up by 100% proportionate to every 40% damage Feli accumulates, rounded down to the nearest whole number. So for example, a +1 becomes a +2 at 40%, and a +2 becomes a +4 at 40%, but a +3 at 20%.

Sun +1d4 to their CHA mod Moon For every female character in the thread, Feli and her allies gain a +1 in that characters highest stat, plus an extra +1 in a stat of Feli's choice. Final Smash (1)
Principal Star: A star whose light is said to touch all celestial bodies throughout the universe, however faintly. When used, Feli's Grand Trine is upgraded to remove its negative effects. Additionally, Feli gains the benefit of every planet instead of just 3. The cooldowns on all of her moves with a cooldown greater than 1 turn are reduced by 1 turn and the action cost on all moves that cost more than one action are reduced by 1. This lasts for 4 turns, after which Feli takes 10% damage for each additional turn it is maintained. If the enemy(s) this smash was used to fight are not defeated, helpless or chased off by the time it is ended Feli is afflicted with the fear status and must roll 14+ INT to snap out of it.
Other Info:
Feli is a skilled divinist. She can see into the past very easily, giving her insight into characters and locations she otherwise wouldn't have, but the future is often heavily obscured to her because of its indeterminate nature. The present is somewhere in between, giving her the effective ability to read minds but not necessarily understand what she is reading.
The string tied up like a ribbon on her head represents the red string of fate.
