Moon
Alola/Pokemon
Alignment: Good
Motto: "By the power of the moon, we will punish you!"
Allies/Friends: Lillie, Kukui
Enemies/Rivals: Hau, Gladion, Guzma
Backstory: History of Moon
Appearance:
History On Li: After conquering the Battle Tree and stopping the Ultra Beasts' rampage, Moon went back home to rest for a while. She missed Lillie but with her at Kanto, she could not do much due to needing to defend her Champion Title. Still pondering if she should ask if she could make a special trip, Nebby began moving around outside, apparently eager for something. She was able to deduce that they wanted to visit the Moon Temple they awakened it's Legendary form at.
Deciding that it must be important, she made her way with Queen and Robin to the Island. There was something up as she got closer she noticed a huge hole open up in the sky similar to the Ultra Wormholes. They picked up the pace before suddenly a new Pokemon appeared that looked like a lion but similar to Nebby. Before she could guess what the sudden Pokemon was, it roared and caused and Ultra Wormhole to open beneath them, drawing them in.
They were trapped in a strange cave on Li with the Pokemon. Robin managed to escape due to Moon's orders and tried to find help for his trainer. Hoping she could last long enough for him to find it. Fortunately, nearby there was a city from the looks of it.
Primary Attacks (3)
Quick Shot: Moon fires arrows in quick succession and with great accuracy. Harder to evade than normal and down with comboable speed. Has a +2 to accuracy checks but Costs 1% recoil and has a 1 turn cooldown.[Light DEX Attack, 8%]
Draw Shot/Heavy Draw: Moon draws her bow for a concentrated shot before firing it forward to deal a Medium Attack on a foe. At the cost of 5% recoil she can draw the bowstring back for a much stronger shot and deal 10 extra damage. [Medium DEX Attack, 18%]
Explosive Shot: Utilizing various chemicals stored inside a Pokeball that have a very bad reaction when they impact an object, Moon creates her very own bomb arrow. Appropriately decaled to resemble a Voltorb, the arrow explodes when hitting it's target, dealing massive unblockable damage and doubles the Status Chance if Moon has a buff that bestows Status Infliction to this move, the explosion changing to match the status/buff in question. However it takes 2 actions and has a 3 turn cooldown. [Heavy Dex Attack, 30%]
Acrobatics: Moon may not be very strong in terms of raw strength but she does have her physical agility to fall back on. She performs acrobatic attacks like backflip kicks, cartwheels, flips, slides and other techniques that utilize finesse and acrobatics. As a result the lighter on her feet she is the higher force the moves have. (Medium DEX attack, 13+Dex Mod damage)
Moonblast: Moon utilizes the power of Girl Force Ring and her aura to produce a magical power directly from her heart and fighting spirit. Utilizing this she can either perform basic love magic like attacks with sparkles, hearts and rainbows, moon based attacks like pink beams of light or utilizing her love aura to create a pink energy bow to fire heart arrows with. All attacks cost 4% recoil and have a 50% chance of Infatuation. 2 turn cooldown. (Medium Charisma Attack, 22%)

Special Attacks (3)
Hyper Focus: Moon focuses on her target's weak points and begins evaluating the best spots to hit to assure success. Time seems to slow as her focus allows her to become more likely to score critical blows. This buff lowers all Crit Thresholds for Moon by 2 for 3 turns. 3 turn cooldown.
Capture Shot: Moon fires a Pokeball attached to an arrow at the foe. If the arrow connects the pokeball will suck them inside and trap them in the device. This inflicts the Captured Status which behaves similarly to the Swallowed Whole Status except Moon doesn't receive healing and the Pokeball's Damage Threshold can only be healed by the damage it does to the target. Additionally the rolls and mods are done with Charisma instead of CON. If the foe is defeated by Capture Shot then the Pokeball will seal and deny them escape. Moon can then choose to either keep them sealed or release them on the grounds they assist them. On being released the foe regains 40 HP. 2 turn cooldown.
Medical Fixer-Upper: Moon uses the power of being a nurse and try and repair an ally's or her damage. This takes a lot of staying still and fixing up so it lowers her next dodge by 2. Heals 1d20+her Charisma Modx2. 4 turn cooldown.
Trainer Stance: Moon fires a Pokeball that summons forth one of her trusted Pokemon. She then adopts a different set of stats for her "Trainer stance"
Competitive Spirit: The harder Moon is pushed, the harder she is willing to fight to prove herself. For every 20% damage she accumulates, Moon gets a +1 to her DEX and CHA stats. This buff applies in other transformations as well.
Eventide: Pronounced with a hard E like "evening", this magical bow fires off five rainbow colored sword-like projectiles with each shot. The damage from this attack can be divided up between multiple targets, suffering a -4 damage penalty for each additional target it damages. Each arrow does double damage if it scores a direct hit, represented by it beating their defense roll by 6+. (Medium Dex Attack; Does 14% Damage)
Kaleidoscope: For when you want to come out as an absolutely fabulous dominatrix without having to say a word. It does -10 damage against bubble shields, but does +4 pride damage against very masculine characters. Has 6 uses before its power depletes and it needs to be recharged via holding it close to the heart and focusing on it for a moment. It costs an action to recharge 3 charges worth of use. You can also use a charge to make a tripping attack once per turn, which does 8% damage and either stuns the target or steals one of their actions that turn. Or you can add a grappling effect to an attack with this weapon at the cost of an extra action. (Heavy Dex Attack; Does 24% Damage)
Hover Board: A hover board! All fuel carried for the flight must be carried on the board, which paradoxically increases the weight it has to be able to carry. It has 3 minutes of flight on it, or 180 seconds. Every turn spent on the board consumes 6 seconds of fuel... per Moon-sized occupant. This allows for unrestricted flight. You can double, triple, and quadruple the amount of fuel spent per turn to grant a +1, +2, and +3 to the dodge modifiers of anyone on board respectively and to any speed related rolls they make. It is assumed the board can be refueled between threads.

Primary Attacks (5)
Leafage: Robin fires quill arrows/normal arrows at the foe at high speeds. These can be fired in quick succession or a stronger shot. [Light to Medium DEX Attack, 8-18%]
Brave Bird: Decidueye glows with a dark aura before putting his very life force into a powerful attack. He can put his energy into an arrow or a close range attack to amplify it's power and deal powerful damage. [Heavy DEX/STR attack, 28%]
Seed Bomb: Robin pack an explosive arrow and fire it at the foe, the seed/chemical mixture detonating and causing a powerful explosion. Takes 2 actions and has a 3 turn cooldown, but has a 50% chance to burn and can't be blocked. [Heavy DEX Attack, 30%]
Leaf Storm: Robin whips up a tempest and tornado of harsh sharp winds and razor sharp leaves to cut through the enemy. This attack deals massive damage to the foe but leaves Robin vulnerable while he's doing it, lowering his next dodge roll by 2. (Heavy Wisdom Attack, 30%)

In the next movement he fires an quill arrow or energy attack created from Grass Type or Ghost Type energy, or a normal physical strike to the foe. Uses DEX or WIS at Robin's discretion and targets Wisdom. 2 turn cooldown. (Heavy DEX/WIS attack, 26%)
Special Attacks (8)
Sucker Punch: Robin watches the foe's movements as he plans his next attack. If he successfully dodges an attack he can counter it with a counter strike of the target's move with an attack of his own. This counter strike uses an attack stat of his choice matching the action and deals 1.5x the damage of the attack dodged. 3 turn cooldown.
Spirit Shackle: Decidueye fires a special arrow at the foe to bind their very soul to the spot they stand. This will initiate a ranged Wisdom Based grapple that will keep the foe from moving from that spot. However, that is not all, while the foe is grappled, Decidueye can absorb some of their energy to revitalize himself once per turn. This deals 8% damage and heals him for the same. Once the Grapple is broken, it can't be used for another 3 turn. Accuracy is dependant on DEX, while sustaining it is Wisdom. This is the only Bow Move that Moon can't use while he is out.
Medical Fixer-Upper: Moon uses the power of being a nurse and try and repair an ally's or her damage. This takes a lot of staying still and fixing up so it lowers her next dodge by 2. Heals 1d20+her Charisma Modx2. 4 turn cooldown.
