Mission Brief: "I know that Arle's... gone, but I can still feel her somewhere. She needs our help, but I'm scared that if I leave to go search for her that body snatching jerk might come after another member of the family. I fear that getting her back might not be an easy task... ...but we don't have a choice! I can't leave her there. Won't you please help?"

Smash Amalgamation Upgrade!The new upgraded form of the Smash Amalgamation Arle and Rulue currently possess has the following changes:
An additional +1 to whichever stat it originally buffed for each of them, resulting in a total of +2 to the stat while in each other's presence.
And this new addendum to its description.
Allows Arle and Rulue to sense each other's locations and emotional state across time and space at will. This allows primitive communication that cannot be prevented by anything except a loss of consciousness. Additionally, this item grants three unique abilities.
Unyielding Promise: This effect can only be used in response to an attempt to infatuate the wearer or an attempt to force the wearer into attacking the owner of the other smash amalgamation half. They gain +2 to their rolls to resist to the former unless the person doing the infatuating takes on the identity of the other smash amalgamation wielder and +5 resistance against the latter.
Hearts Intertwined: This effect allows the wearer to spiritually channel the other Smash Amalgamation wielder through themselves, enabling them to use a primary or special attack known by the other character using that character's stats instead of their own or simply make an action using the other character's stats. The first time they do this, it is free. However, each additional time they do this in a thread they lose one of their actions for that turn. Additionally, attacks used through this method have their cooldowns increased by 1. Lastly, it can't tap into copy moves or buffs for obvious reasons.
Power of Love: This effect can only be used in response to the other smash amalgamation holder being put in a critical or trophified state in front of the wearer. The wearer gains a 5% damage bonus for 3 turns and the ability to restore the other smash amalgamation holder to a damage amount equal to 1% less than the Critical/Death threshold using an embrace. Can only be tapped once per thread.
