(Next Purple)History On Li: While resting in Planeptune, an invite to a fighting tournament turned up. It was for an "Ultra Bash Siblings Braw"... Well, the name sounded familiar but Neptune was not about to turn this down. Sounded like a good bout of fun so she went with Nepgear and Plutia to the place it was supposed to be held.
Thankful Plutia decided to be in the audience, Neptune took up her sword and got ready... When suddenly a strong vortex suddenly opened up. It was not fair as she was not prepared for that and sent through... Landing in some strange ruins with a lot of mushrooms that also looked familiar... Well, there was a city close by and that seemed the best place to get some information. With this in mind, the girl went there to a place called the Life Sphere.
Primary Attacks (3)
Nep Slash: A fighting style made by Neptune for quick and fast sword strikes. Can delay a strike a bit for more power but is generally a fast and capable series of sword strikes with great power. [Light-Medium STR Attack, 8-18%]
Mega D-Drive: Grounding the foe with full force swing of the sword. A powerful strike that slams the foe downward with it's powerful might. A powerful skill worthy of a hero. 1 turn cooldown. [Heavy STR Attack, 22%]
Elemental Edge: A strike that is imbued with an element to increase the ultility of the sword art. She can choose between activating a Thunder Edge, an Ice Edge, or a Fire Edge. 1 turn cooldown, 30% chance to burn, freeze, or Paralyzed based on element. [Medium STR Attack, 16 %]
Special Attacks (3)
32-Bit Mega Blade: Neptune summons a giant energy blade that she can either use normally, in pairs, or shoot to deal high damage to a foe with it's high force that makes the sword explode on impact and results in extreme knockback. Uses 2 actions, 3 turn cooldown, cannot be blocked, 50% chance of Mindmelted. [Heavy STR/DEX attack, 30%]
Stat Multiplier: Neptune uses her heroic abilities to largely boost herself or a single ally. This technique boosts a stat of her choice by 6 for 3 turns. The buffing can of course only be focused on one person and when it wears off, it has a 3 turn cooldown. [Single Buff]
HDD. Purple Heart: Neptune changes into her Goddess Form which turns more serious in times of need as she puts her power to the fullest.Neptune's STR Mod goes up by 2 and the rest of her mods go up by 1 for 3 turns of activity, meaning every turn she does not use a stat or attack does not count. Has a 3 turn cooldown when it wears off. [Self-buff]
Final Smash (1)
Next Purple: Neptune goes beyond her Purple Heart form and triggers the evolved form of her Goddess Form. In this form, all her stats increase by 6 and her damage output increases by 5% for 3 turns. Purple Heart is unable to be used during this transformation.
