Backstory: The Greatest Scientist in the Known Universe!

History On Li: With the War rising, Egg-zzzzzzzt-"Hohohohoho! It is I, Dr. Eggman, and I will be taking control of this app. Afterall, who is more rightful to build an app in my image than me? We know all that stuff with the Gang Wars so I'll make it short. I arrived to this planet and was allowed a chance with other fellow villains much to anyone's surprise. I had a bit of a run in with that brutish turtle and that idiot crocodile. However, we did manage to come to a peaceful solution due to my undying brilliance of course.

Afterall, why waste our resources on war when we can focus them on our goals? The whole war thing is kind of silly now that I think about it... Erm, anyway! I have begun using the resources E. Gadd gave me to improve the defenses of the Life Sphere. With my brains, this place will never be infiltrated again and we will be able to stop anyone that gets in my-er-our way. Now I just need to set my incredible plans into action and people shall praise the brilliant and handsome Dr. Eggman like he deserves!"

Volkan Cannon: "A simple but useful weapon if I do say so myself. A gun that is capable of destroying obstacles and enemies with ease and a high firing rate. This gun attachment to my Eggmobile fires bullets that can pierce through iron! Not too complex but sometimes the basics are important. If I find myself without the Eggmobile, I can also pull out a small energy gun for the same effect." [Medium DEX Attack, 16%]

Rocket Launcher: "How's this? A rocket launcher that can attach to the side of my Eggmobile. I can even carry my own if I need to. These rockets can home in on their targets and blast them into scrap! These missles also have a slight chance to singe the target with a burn but it is very minimal (10% chance to burn) [Medium Dex Attack, 15%]

Power Laser: "You're no match for me! A high intensity laser cannon that can be focused from the front of the Eggmobile! It destroys everything in it's path with high force and intensity! It's power is truly something to be feared! However, it does take 2 actions to charge, a cooldown of i would say 3 turns and it does leave me vulnerable, lowering my DEX by 6 when I use it. But it's power is unmatched!" [Heavy Wisdom Attack, 32%]

Egg Crasher: "High horse power and fearsome driving skills is what builds the foundation of this special accessory! The Eggmobile deploys the finest all-terrain wheels and speeds forward into my enemies with devestating force! This technique crushes the competition but is also useful for quick getaways. That is to say, this technique can be used to persue fleeing targets or flee danger an added +3 to the pursuit Mod. This technique however does drain so it requires a recharge of 2 turns inbetween uses. [Heavy DEX Attack, 24%]

Egg Spawn: "You didn't think I would be fighting alone did you? Of course not! With a press of a button I can summon badniks to do my bidding! I use two actions to summon 2 different badniks that can vary from all of my creations give or take the actually useful ones. These incompetent fools can deal 5% extra damage for up to 3 turns per badnik. However, they have a tendency to blow up in a single hit... I really need to fix that weakness..."

Eggmech Deploy!:"Are you ready for this?! The Eggmobile is not my only tool for your inevitable demise! I can bring one mech to fit my machine into to change my abilities! Completely unique if I do say so myself! Hohohohoho!.... What do you mean transformations are a common special?! I can not believe this!"

Get A Load Of This!: Eggman hits a big red button on his control systems. In the distance, the ground parts and a gigantic missile raises out of the ground. In the next moment the Missile launches and hits the battlefield to destroy everything and everyone in the area with a massive explosion of destruction. This explosion deals 60% damage to all foes in the area. However, considering the high output of the missile, it also deals 30% damage to Eggman and his allies. As a result, it is a kind of last resort.

Death Fist: "The Primary Offense to my legendary Death Egg Robot! This Mech is slow and extremely heavy but it's power and defenses can not be matched! It can shatter the opposition with crushing force by either punching them directly or firing it's fist at them with rocket power! The fist will then return to the robot for more heavy weight boxing! Hohohohohoho! [Medium STR Attack, 18%]

Egg Smasher: "Using extremely powerful thrusters, the Death Egg Robot can take to the air to astonish the opposition with my genious! I mean, really, who expects tons upon tons of metal to fly? The perfect surprise! It can use this flight to fall onto a target and turn them into a flattened pancake! As you might expect, a couple thousand pounds falling on you REALLY hurts! To counter this, it does take 2 actions and leaves it open to attacks by lowering it's already crippling DEX Mod by 3 and a 3 turn cooldown for the boosters to recharge. If it does land on the target though, I can stay there to pin them under my giant mech. [Heavy STR Attack, 32%]

Green Hill Crusher: "Ah yes, a mastermind's decision! Combining my two most iconic works is brilliant! With this, i can wield a giant version of the wrecking ball I used in Green Hill Zone! It can really wreck the competition! Hohohohohoho! [Medium STR Attack, 16%]

Death Egg Barrier: Using my genious, I can create a barrier around the Death Egg Robot that looks like the Death Egg itself! This barrier cuts the damage of up to 3 attacks in half. It makes my tanky robot even tankier! Brilliant!... Oh, but the barrier does require 3 turns to recharge..."

Repair: "That is right, I can repair my already formidable wall of pain! Now you know why I am the best! Even while I am unable of proper manuverability I shall crush those in my way! I can use this Special to repair my Death Egg Robot or any Robotic, Semi-Robotic, or Mech Powered Ally. This heals 1d20+my INT. Of course, it does not work on anything that is not at least kind of mechanical. I specialize in robotics, not medical. And my repairs have a 3 turn cooldown. Do not question it, take my balancing and admire it!"

Disengage!:"Of course, given how heavy and clunky my wall of vengance is, I might need my mobility back. With a press of a button, the Death Egg Robot will self destruct and I will emerge with my Egg Mobile intact... What do you mean that is a waste of parts? I am the mastermind here!"

Eggclipse Cannon
The Death Egg Robot grabs a foe with a claw attachment and hoists them into the air. The Death Egg Robot then opens up it's chest to reveal an extremely large energy cannon. The claw holds the foe in it's grip while the cannon charges for their inevitable demise. In the next few moments, the foe spends their time in despair before being ended by a gigantic beam. Deals 60% damage, single target.


Other Info: "My main mode of travel and transportation is the Eggmobile Model: EGGLI. It is a flexible machine that possesses many weapons and accessories and can switch between hover and Eggwalker Modes. It is also used as the cockpit for my mechs."

Adding Metal Sonic to list of Eggman's Transformations as an ally Eggman can summon and go on his own with Eggman's assistance. Eggman upgrades him along with his other equipment, though Metal Sonic has his own agenda as well.

Primary Attacks (3)
Striking Protocol: Metal Sonic utilizes his basic swift yet strong fighting style with rotating gyro parts, slashes and kicks. He attacks both quick and hard to overwhealm the foe. He can also curl into a ball for some strikes such as jumping or a spindash to combo into melee as well. [Light to Medium Strength Attack, 8-18%]

Homing Attack: Metal Sonic curls into a ball and utilizes a burst of speed to home in and quickly track down and pursue a target to strike, homing in on them quickly abd precisely. This attack utilizes Lock-On Parameters added by Eggman to match Sonic's Natural Homing Attack. This Lock-on causes the move to take a 2 turn cooldown but the move has a +2 to hit. [Medium Dex Attack, 18%]

Ring Spark Field: Metal Sonic utilizes radiation to electrify the very air around him condense it into a plasmic energy known as a Ring Spark Field. This deals great damage around him but he has to cool down inbetween uses, causing a 2 turn cooldown and 4% recoil. However, it does have a 50% chance to paralyze. [Heavy Wisdom Attack, 22%]

Copy Scan: An upgrade Eggman made based off Gizoid Technology to the metal copy long ago that he has modified a bit and can now maintain to make it work easier as before the move was a tad glitchy. Basically, Metal Sonic has the ability to copy any move he sees and utilize it as if it was his own. This adds a 1 turn cooldown on top of any cooldown the move may already has but he can use it at will other wise. He can also use this technique to copy forms to use as a disguise by morphing into a liquid metal to reassume a different shape. However, this is mostly for disguise purposes. Metal Sonic can save a backlog of up to three moves to use at any time, any further moves added to the backlog muse delete an older one.

Black Shield: An energy field Metal Sonic can project around himself to block and reduce the force of incoming attacks. While before it neutralized damage, Eggman has modified it to be more effecient and allow more mobility and less energy consumption at the cost of lowered protection. Afterall, stalling techniques are just a waste of time. This barrier stays around and can be maintained for three hits and cuts the damage from those moves in half. It then must cooldown for 3 turns.

V. Maxium Overdrive Technique: Metal Sonic overloads all normal capacities past their maximum level to give him a great surge in all of his capabilities. This allows him to have a +6 to all stats, +5 damage inflicted, -5 damage taken for 4 turns. However, as you can imagine, overloading your circuits has costly circumstances. Every turn Metal Sonic has this move active, he takes 10% damage and after it's over he inflicts Paralysis on himself as well as Severe Fatigue for 3 turns. This is meant as a purely desperation manuver and is not meant to be used lightly.
