Backstory:
Monokuma
Junko
Appearance:
History On Li:
Everything went silent after one last crush. Those who clung to Hope so dearly had sent Junko over the edge, into her Super Duper Nasty Execution against herself, that went off without a hitch. This should have been, by all extensive purposes, the end to despair. Yet, It seemed fate hadn't had enough of Junko's antics.
Junko, after hearing the loud smash, felt herself jolt awake, in a cold sweat not unlike a nightmare. She remembered vividly what had happened in the Hope's Peak Incident, and frankly, she was upset as to why she was here. a Crashed, Broken down amusement park was staring Junko face to face, as she found herself wandering this dark world. Most responces were Fear and Worry...But for Junko, This seemed almost better than an actual amusement park!
Infected were met with Bear Claws to the face, as Junko rid on some of the Nintendo land rides by herself, watching them dangerously crash and break as she rode them. And monsters, and infected were trying to kill her to boot?? This was something new. Something she loved dearly. The Despair of Survival in this amusement land.
Junko Enoshima found her new Despair, and wanted more of what Li had to offer.
After being pretty much dragged into the life sphere by a rescue team, for fear of her becoming infected, Junko looked to cause more and more of her ever lovely despair among the world of Li. Monokuma took the helm, as the one in front of everything, as usual, while Junko remained in the back, to watch this wonderment unfold...
Primary Attacks (3)
Despair Whip: Junko uses a Chain whip to whip apart her enemies for many fast-hitting triple combo's. Str. (Light damage, 8%)
Despair Crusher: Junko's gonna step on ya'. Like a bug. Her fighting style is very dominating, focusing on grapples and, the aforementioned stepping on. Str. (Medium Damage, 13%)
Despair Bat: For some reason, Junko has a nail bat. I dunno where she got it, but it worries me. Using this, she will smash despair into the head of anyone she see's. Str. (Medium Damage, 18%)
Special Attacks (3)
Despair Summon; Monokuma :
This move creates a Monokuma, a small Black and White Monochrome teddy bear, That acts as the main antagonist of most DanganRonpa-related things. This Monokuma acts as the basis for Junko's very move set, and such, She can have up to 3 at any given time, summoning one-per turn, Like Olimar and his Pikmin.
Junko always starts every thread with 1 Monokuma already summoned, And in most cases. These monokuma's can attack of there own volition with 1 action a piece, should they be asked to. They can be destroyed, at a mere 20% health. Only 1 can be summoned a turn, and if they are, its the only move Junko can make this turn.

Monokuma Moveset:
Primary attack:
Razor Claws; When monokuma attacks, they unleash razor sharp swords from there paws, and lunge at full force to carve anything they touch like turkey! (Light damage, 9%)
Special attack:
PUNISHMENT TIME: When someone destroys monokuma, the little teddy bear, instead of immediately dying, has the chance to grab onto the one who dealt the killing blow, before...BOOM! They explode, damaging them! (Deals damage to whomever killed it, 10%)
Hiding: Used as a Switch between him and Junko. Should there be a Monokuma unit present, it can take place of Junko as the "Character" of the mission, Allowing junko to run off and hide elsewhere while Monokuma pretends to be the one in charge. Can also be used to take damage for Junko instead of letting her get attacked. Can not be used in a fight.
Despair Fusion; Beast Monokuma;
Sacrificing two of her Monokuma units, Junko creates a great beast-like bear, that attacks and smashes through anything without any guidance! Trust me, you dont wanna get in its way...
Beast Monokuma has 50% health, and can make 1 action Per Turn. Counts as 2 monokuma units
Beast Stats: ( 14 ) total stat points to distribute. If you're not sure, please read the Basics or the Outline.
Discipline | Stat | Modifier |

Primary attack:
Razor Clawing: The same as the previous monokuma, but much stronger! How terrible... STR (Medium Damage, 15%)
Special attacks:
Despairfull Maul: The Beast Monokuma tackles a target to the ground, and begins clawing them to death, unless they can escape! They must roll against Beast Monokuma's STR roll for each turn there mauled, or face 5% damage each time they lose, and unable to move as well.
Haunting Roar: The Beast Monokuma lets out a screech of pure terror, That causes all who hear it to be stunned in fear! No damage, but deals Paralysis to all enemies who hear it, for 1 turns. Cooldown 2 turns.
Liar Bullet: Unlike the Truth Bullets that most protagonists use, Junko instead has access to the pure opposite...Liar Bullets. These act nearly the same, able to tell despair full lies so good, they can convince ANYONE that this lie is truth, with very little evidence! (Roll's in charisma. Target must roll in INT to try and beat Junko's CHA roll. If they fail, they have no choice but to believe Junko's Lie. 1 turn cool down, as it is pretty strong to make anyone believe anything. Can be used by Monokuma, albeit for a less successful effect if Junko is Hiding. Must be Logical...To an extent.)
Ultimate Despair Punishment: EXECUTION
(Requires at least 1 Monokuma unit to use)
Junko singles out one target in particular, as the one Monokuma Unit she has presses a button, displaying a virtual boy screen of them being dragged somewhere.
And then, a Choke chain flies out of nowhere, locking them into a full speed drag, before sending them into what most would know as a very flashy EXECUTION!
Now, the attack itself isn't the same every time, in fact, its remarkably different between target to target. You may be shot with tempura batter and deep-fried in a volcano, or shot into space and back at such speeds it peels you flesh from bones, Thousands of baseballs... It truly depends on the personalities, hobbies or fears of the target.
Deals 45% Damage to a single target. If this Final Smash "Kills " (Go over the targets Max HP) The target, then it is considered a Successful execution, resulting in a gruesome death for the target (Before Trophification, calm your horses.) Plus it gifts Junko with a gift of "Despair", which heals her 25% damage. Nifty.
If this does not Kill the target, Then it is considered a "Failed Execution", that results in the targets freedom after the damage. However, It does give Junko a gift of "Hope" Which angers her, and causes her to gain a +5% Damage Buff to her and all her Monokuma's (And subsequent sub-species) attacks for 3 turns.

Other Info:
They are App-able, thanks to a Boss in Conception II on 3ds, in which Monokuma is a boss. Plus, Due to spoilers, Junko Enoshima controls Monokuma, and Monokuma are more or less puppet-robots that have personality. So, it makes sense.
Junko has an affinity for coming back to life.
Looks...Average without makeup. Never not wearing makeup.
