History On Li: Toon Link was sailing the seas once more with Tetra by his side. They decided to make a trip to Outset Island to visit the hero's family after that Phantom Hourglass journey was over. Suddenly though, there was a cry from the crow's nest about some bird holding a girl. The Hero of Winds sat up quickly with a surprised expression as he took out his sister's telescope.

It came as a great surprise that the Helmroc King was back and not only that. In the beast's talons was looked like... Aryll! Before he could do anything however, the boat shook and set him off balance. Before he knew it, the kidnapping monster flew through what looked like a black hole... One that the ship was heading straight into as well.

Soon, Toon Link woke up to a destroyed pirate ship. To accompany that was near complete darkness surrounding his vision. All he could reliably see was the seas in front of him. What happened when he blacked out? Well, the Hero of Winds was going to have to find out as the Helmroc King and the black hole took him to Li.


Primary Attacks (3)
Swordplay: Toon Link slashes the opponent with varying sword skills that each vary in power. These techniques are basic like the Horizontal and Vertical slashes and do not contain special powers other than swiftly damaging the foe. [Light to Medium Strength, 7-16%]

Great Spin Attack: The Hero of Winds charges up his sword strike before spinning into the foe with a powerful sword spin. This attack deals large damage but takes 2 actions. Toon Link can continue the spin to attack with it again for 1 action but doing so will make him dizzy and unable to dodge or shield the next attack thrown at him. [Heavy Strength, 28%]

Skull Hammer: A powerful and heavy hammer with a skull like head. It is Link's most powerful tool in raw power but also takes extreme effect to swing. The heavy weapon lowers his DEX by 4 for the turn he uses it before putting it away. 1 turn cooldown. [Heavy Strength, 30%]



Special Attacks (3)
Hero's Bow: A bow that is useful for attacking from a distance. It takes steady aim to fire these arrows and Link can do so with great accuracy. DEX Based. [18%]

Deku Leaf: A leaf that primary use is to allow Link to glide. Floating past rising winds and tornados can allow him to rise up high into the air. This leaf can also be used to blow gusts of winds at foes or to slap them for high knock back. [10%]

Parry: Toon Link watches the enemy's attack before dodging it and performing a powerful attack to strike them while they are vulnerable. However, if Link is too slow to evade the hit, he wastes an action and gets hit full on and takes 1.5x damage instead from letting his guard down. Since the counter is made to hit the foe in the most vulnerable spot of their attack, it can not be blocked or bubble shielded. 3 turn cooldown. [1.5x attack]



Final Smash (1)
Phantom Finish: Toon Link raises his Wind Waker and draws a figure eight with the baton. As he does so, the Phantom Sword's Hour Glass shines and emits an aura over the entire area that pauses time for everyone except Toon Link. This FS can be used in two forms. The Hero of Winds can either take advantage of the stopped times to aid himself or his allies, or he can use it as a powerful attack. In it's attack form, Toon Link will quickly do a long combo on the enemy while they are unable to move in the stopped time. As the time draws near for Toon Link to end the FS, he jumps into the air before stabbing downward upon their head to cause all the pain to commence in an instant. (60%)



Other Info: Has the Power Bracelets which lets him lift extremely large objects with not much effort.

Link still has his sister's telescope that allows him to see things from a long distance.

Has a camera he put a bit of effort into having in color.

Has the Wind Waker but he only currently has the Song of Storms to teleport long distances. This is mostly used to enter a mission.

Since Toon Link does not speak much... or at all really, Aryll talks for him whether it be over his magical Pirate's Charm or by being there. For safety reasons it is usually over the Pirate's Charm.

He also possesses the Hero's Charm which allows him to see how much health an enemy, mini boss or boss has left.
