History On Li: Reimu was taking a nap at her shrine after a finally peaceful amount of time. Unknown to her, Marisa was messing with dimensional magic she really shouldn't. It was not until the Shrine Maiden heard the sounds of money moving around in a box did she wake up to find... Her donation box being sucked into a sudden portal?!
She had no idea it was her best friend who did this but someone was going to pay... Right after she gets back her donation box with a leap into the portal. It was soon after retrieving her donations however that she found that there was no way back to the shrine. It took some searching to find a city in the ruins the people called a Life Sphere. Well, she was going to have to stay here until she found out who took her here. In the mean time, sounded like a good plan to set up a shrine in the Life Sphere and accept the donations of the people.
Primary Attacks (3)
Homing Amulet>Youkai Buster: A set of specialized seals that Reimu always keeps in large supply on her to throw at enemies in mass. Her ofuda have homing properties that cause them to alter their course slightly to fly towards the enemy. +1 to Accuracy Rolls. For an additional action Reimu can enter "Focus" to throw Purple Explosive Ofuda for 10% extra damage. (Medium DEX Attack, 14%)
Treasure Sign "Yin-Yang Treasured Orb"> Holy Relic "Yin-Yang Kishin Orb": Reimu summons her divine instrument of balance, the Yin-Yang Orb, a glowing blue mass of holy energy that can send a foe flying with it before exploding. For a -2 to her next dodge roll and 3% recoil Reimu can enter "Focus" charge her aura into the Yin-Yang Orb, making it larger and more destructive, dealing 10% extra Damage. 1 Turn Cooldown. (Heavy Charisma Attack, 22%)
Persuasion Needle->Sealing Needle: Reimu tosses specialized needles directly forward in large supply to pierce the foe. These holy instruments are rather basic but good for continuous damage. She can enter a "Focused" state, dealing 4% recoil to herself to charge them with her aura, making them more potent Sealing Needles for 8% extra damage. (Medium Dex Attack, 18%)
Meaningless Dream "Broken Senses": Putting her palm forward, Reimu focuses on a target's aura, a barrier appearing over them before she forcibly shatters it, breaking a core part of their abilities temporarily until their aura naturally repairs itself, leaving them with the Disabled Status for a status of Reimu's choice. This move deals incredible damage and can not be shielded, however it takes 2 actions, has a 3 turn cooldown and causes 7% recoil to herself. (Heavy Charisma Attack, 30%)

Furious Maiden:Reimu kicks the foe quickly and with powerful force and can use these kicking techniques in various ways. Not very accurate given her somewhat low strength but able to quickly strike a foe with power.(Light to Medium Attack, 8-18%)
Special Attacks (3)
Divine Spirit "Fantasy Seal": Reimu impacts the foe with 7 colored orbs of spirit magic extremely quickly. The seal deals high damage however it leaves her vulnerable, lowering her DEX for the turn by 4 until her next attack phase. [Heavy Charisma Attack, 28%]
Binding Border : Reimu sets up a trap that traps the foe and prevents them from moving and inflicting the Disabled Status on a stat of Reimu's choice. She can use this magic to seal them in place but all their actions are still available. Additionally, to break free of the trap, it must be destroyed with a Intelligence roll. Only one border can be made at a time and when broken, it requires 3 turns to recharge. The Disabled Status is also removed when Binding Border ends unless it was already applied by other means or the grapple is broken by Meaningless Dream "Broken Senses". [Charisma Based Grapple]
Dream Land "Fantasy Border": Reimu forms a defensive barrier around herself that takes different forms depending on how she uses her Border Powers. Either way she uses it, it creates a shield or precaution to cut damage Reimu takes in half. The Fantasy Border can only endure 3 hits before it will fade away. Has a 3 turn cooldown once the hit threshold is triggered.
Shrine Maiden of Paradise "Invoking Past All Boundaries": Reimu can utilize her control over borders and a bit with boundary to pass the usual level of invoking. With this ability, Reimu can invoke the powers of gods, spirits, powers closely connected to the prior and other high entities like demons and powerful Youkai. However, to invoke one of these, she must collect a god's power in some form. This can be done in a few different ways. The first is defeating them in combat which is the most exhausting of the three since it is borrowing power from an unwilling target. Next is getting a blessing from the target, this allows a direct connection and far less tiring than the latter. Finally is receiving an item of power relating to them which allows her to focus on it to invoke their power, being the least tiring option as it draws power straight from the source. While invoking, Reimu's moveset, treasures, clothes, features and stats change to more closely resemble the one being invoked, essentially being a themed transformation, however, it is a very tiring one, especially if the power was taken by force.

Fantasy Nature: Reimu closes her eyes and lets her mind and physical presence drift away. Although she is still visible to the human eye, Reimu becomes completely intangible to all forms of attack and can no longer take recoil from her own attacks, making it look like attacks pass right through her and making her totally Invincible for 2 turns. However in this state she is not fully there, not allowing her to communicate or think as she is more like an unstopable illusion that can strike back with unmatched ferocity. This technique is usually reserved for circumstances it's absolutely needed due to it's unrivaled power.

Reimu channels Cirno's power, turning her red in her red and white attire to blue, giving her a few frozen icicle frills, changing her eye color to blue, giving her two wings on her back and granting her powers over cold and a somehow much more sturdy body.... The fairy is a strange one.

Frigid Sign: "Flash Freeze": Reimu attempts to freeze her foe's body in an instant, channeling cold to try and freeze their body into a block of ice within a matter of a second. The attack is instantaneous and therefore can not be dodged, but it can be resisted by CON. 100% chance of frozen. (Light Wisdom Cold Attack, 5%)
Maiden of Frost "Icecalibur": Reimu channels all the heat in the air into her body near her in the shape of a giant sword. This causes the air to instantly freeze into a large sword called Icecalibur that Reimu then proceeds to use to slash a foe for major damage. This technique has a 2 turn cooldown. (Heavy Wisdom Ice Attack, 26%)

Arctic Blaster: Summoning a snowflake sigil in front of her that charges up bright blue energy of cold fury before firing it in a concentrated blast of frigid destruction in the form of a mighty laser.Deals high damage but Lowers next dodge roll by 2 however. (Heavy Wisdom Attack, 26%)
Chilling Maiden "Frostbite": Reimu sends forth icy needles that chill a foe to the foe, lasting like a lingering burn. This has a 50% chance of inflicting the "Frostbite" status, lowering Strength by 1 and dealing 4% damage per turn. 4% recoil. (Medium Wisdom Attack, 12%)
Special Attacks (4):
Summer Treat "Sweet Popsicle": Channeling Cirno's love of popsicles, the frigid Shrine Maiden cools the air near her into the form of ice cream.... somehow complete with a stick or ice cone. This delicious treat then can be consumed by herself or an ally to heal their wounds through the use of Fairy Magic. Heals 1d15+Charisma, 3 turn cooldown.
Snow Sign "Diamond Blizzard": Reimu freezes all of her surroundings into an instant blizzard that strikes at her foes mercilessly using this freezing Spell Card. This technique instantly causes a powerful blizzard of a hailstorm to assault all foes with solid ice for powerful blows. This technique is unavoidable, but with CON it can be endured. Takes 2 Actions, 3 turn cooldown, 50% chance to Freeze. (Heavy Wisdom Ice/Cold Attack, 30%)
Strongest Sign "Diamond Shield": Using the fact Cirno is obviously strongest Touhou, Reimu has gained a divine instrument known as the Diamond Shield. She can summon this shield arround herself to ward off attacks. This barrier is the strongest there is so it can half all damage recieved no matter how much or hard it is hit. It lasts 3 turns, however, Reimu is not the strongest there is, so as a result she has to prove herself worthy by offsetting the damage the shield absorbs by doing damage. Any damage remaining by the end will be dealt back to Reimu. (Defensive Buff, halves damage for 3 turns, however, the damage it absorbs is added and is subtracted by the damage Reimu does. Any damage remaining by the end is inflicted on Reimu. 4 turn cooldown.)
Final Smash: Frozen Shrine Maiden "Heart of Ice"
Reimu freezes herself Ice Armor and channels fairy magic and a mix of her own powers to break the limits of her form temporarily. During this state, the Shrine Maiden takes 5% less damage from attacks and deals 5% more, on top of that, all of her stats are boosted by 6. However, that is not all, for the 3 turns it's active, Reimu can not be frozen and she regains 5% HP every turn. However, after it's over, Reimu will be instantly frozen and be inflicted with Infatuation to whoever breaks her out.
Other Info: In Cirno Invoked form, Reimu is a lot more tolerable to the cold.

Other Info: Instead of using a Bubble Shield, she ultilizes a border to block attacks, it works virtually the same though.
She can warp out of the way of attacks for flavor text.
She is capable of handling even the most complicated of sealing techniques and disabling them.
Like most Touhou Girls, Reimu is capable of floating though her powers are somewhat higher than the average girl.
Reimu is capable of invoking Gensokyo's native gods into her body but is not trained enough to do so reliably.
Her title is the Shrine Maiden of Paradise.
