Backstory: Frost Man's story before Li



Appearance: 



History On Li: When Wily made his way to Li, he didn't come alone. Soon after his master and creator left him all alone, Frost Man made the dutiful voyage into the unknown, following his master's foot steps onto Li. Since getting here, he has stayed in seclusion near the top of Icicle Peak, claiming the naturally cold and snow-stricken mountain as his home. Without the smarts to try searching out on his own, he stays in the one place that he understands, and simply does what he was programmed to do: Lie in wait for something to crush.



Or, in his case, freeze and, hopefully, eat. Frost Man has an absurd liking for frozen treats; all the better if they scream while he's trying at them. It's a craving that he hasn't gotten to sate lately, if for no other reason than the fact that he lives at the top of the mountain, and doesn't get many visitors.




Primary Attacks (3)

Ice Crush: Frost Man uses his immense strength to attack foes. It deals more Damage to frozen enemies! [17% Damage -> 25% Damage if Frozen]


Ice Push: Frost Man's large hands are great for slapping around enemies and even bringing attacks to a full halt, and even for transporting ice. [15% -> 0% Damage to Ice Objects]


Cold Shoulder: Frost Man attacks with his shoulders, whether it be just shoving about or a full-on charge. The intense cold might just freeze you! [12% Damage, 15% Freeze)







Special Attacks (3)

Ice Wave:  Raising his hands overhead while flash-freezing the air around him, Frost Man then smashes his hands into the ground, creating a large shock wave of ice on impact. The frosty wave travels a meter in distance, sticking to the terrain, climbing up walls and even over objects to get to where it needs to go. Requires 3 Actions to Charge. While Charging, Frost Man does not flinch from up to 3 Attacks with a Modifier less than his CON modifier. [30% - 50% Freeze, 4-CD]



Ice Punch: Frost Man flash freezes the air into a coat of thick ice around his fist, before darting forward and punching up to three targets in a line. 1-CD. [15% - 20% Freeze on first target] 



Ice Block: Frost Man flash freezes the air into a large block of ice, which he slaps down in front of him. It deals Damage to enemies it falls on, as well as to any enemies that touch it, such as with a melee attack. [1 Ice Object. 30% Health, 10% Fall Damage, 5% Touch Damage. Only 1 can exist at a time.] 







Final Smash (1)

Blizzard: Frost Man begins spinning at high speeds, using his upper body's weight as momentum to spin himself around. Spinning his large arms around, he not only turns himself into a typhoon of fists, he generates enough cold air to generate a blizzard; with his fists acting as the force that people feel by it, accompanied by the extremely cold and rigid air. Victims are frozen on contact with the blizzard, and then dealt 45% Damage when hit by his spinning fist.
