History On Li: Ryu is not a stranger to dimension traveling. Or worlds colliding. Or having to play hero for the sake of the world. Regardless, Ryu found himself being thrown into Li midst a friendly match with Sagat. Once he had reached the Life Sphere and obtained information about the situation Li was in, it took all of Ryu’s inner strength to keep himself from wandering into the toxic wasteland. Despite having a 'house' to claim his, Ryu can and will probably be seen around the streets of the Life Sphere, looking for his next challenge.

Primary Attacks(3):
- Ansatsuken: Ryu spent his entire life training this fighting style under tutelage of Gouken. Originally meant to kill, the style was tweaked since then for something among the lines of self-defense. (Light~Heavy, 5~19%)
- Focus Attack: Ryu focuses all of his willpower into a charged attack. During charge, Ryu can tank one attack (he still receives the damage) and is immune to any status inflicted on him. Once he lets go, the punch leaves the foe helpless for a follow-up. This attack only allows for one follow-up and can be easily disrupted if Ryu tanked an attack already. (Charge Medium, 9%~17%, 3 turn cooldown)
- V-Trigger (Denjin Renki): Ryu embues his fists with electric energy. His base strength increases by 6 points stat-wise, and his special attacks switch to their “EX” variation. Lasts for 3 turns, 5 turn cooldown.
Special Attacks(3):
-Hadoken: Ryu’s signature projectile, an energy ball exuding in ki, which deals 10% damage.
EX variation, Shakunetsu Hadoken: A fireball that gives out 15% damage with 25% chance of burning.
-Tatsumaki Senpukyaku: Ryu spins like a hurricane in midair (leg and feet first) into the enemies. The attack can strike multiple enemies at once and makes Ryu move forward, and it deals 12% damage.
EX variation, Shinkuu Tatsumaki: Ryu spins like a hurricane in place. Deals 16% damage.
-Shoryuken: Ryu delivers a devastating uppercut that takes both him and his foe up on the air, dealing a handy 15% damage.
EX variation, Shin Shoryuken: A 3-hit attack with a punch to the gut, a punch to the chin and finally the uppercut, dealing 19% damage overall.
Ultimate Attack(1):
-Shinkuu/Denjin Hadoken: Ryu uses an extra-powerful, extra-large and extra-fast Hadoken, which deals 45% damage and draws enemies to it. If Ryu uses the attack while in V-Trigger condition, Shinkuu Hadoken becomes electrified, turning into Denjin Hadoken, which deals 50% damage with 5% of stunning the enemy at the cost of not vacuuming nearby enemies and ending the V-Trigger prematurely while adding 1 extra turn of cooldown for V-Trigger to be used again.
