Mission Brief: A massive, unknown rock fragment of hyper-condensed ice, gneiss, schist, and granite has plummeted at the base of Icicle Peak. The damage it has caused is unknown, and could range from a simple crater to a massive impact site. It is unsure what exactly happened, or why it is here, but the region surrounding it has dropped in temperature tenfold. The team sent to explore this site once the mission has been filled will be given thermosynthetic clothing to guard against snap freezing in case temperatures get too low. Massive energy surges have been detected from deep inside. Prepare for the worst. Messages have been detected, and have been decrypted by our teams. Perhaps something is alive in there.

(Lavistan bone shard summons a frozen skeleton underneath the enemy that attempts to grab the foe and freeze them solid with itself. The foe must pass a Wisdom and Constitution check equal to the user's. If both fail, the foe is frozen solid, if one fails, the enemy is frozen from the waist down for one turn on each effect.
