The mission would bring the group to an abandoned circus themed theme park that one couldn't quite recall having seen before. It appeared somewhat large, with many a facility laying about. Jester Guy's mirror could be hidden anywhere! However, Jester Guy at the very least had showed up to help with the search. He waited at the entrance with his back turned to the group, his arms folded as he seemed to ponder the impossibility of searching this park himself.

Kelsey would be the first to show up. Looking around, she took in the sights. Seemed like a human settlement. She hoped she wouldn't have to deal with any hostile humans while she was here. That would be just unpleasant. She approached Jester Guy and called out to him, the reploid woman making herself known.

"Hello! I'm Kelsey, Inspector General of the Federation. I'm here to respond to a call for help."

Jester Guy turned around and waved, but made no sound. Kelsey blinked as Jester Guy approached her, looking down at him in bemusement. He was a tad shorter than her, apparently. "What's the matter? Can't talk?" Kelsey asked, immediately observing that the clown was acting odd. Jester guy hesitated for a moment before nodding and gesturing to his throat, waving his hand in a dismissive manner to indicate that it was a waste of time for him to try and speak. Kelsey was stunned. ...This poor, illiterate man. No wonder he had to join the circus! She wondered if some sort of disaster had taken away his voice or if he'd just been born that way. Kelsey couldn't help but feel bad for him. "...Oh, I see. Well don't worry, I'm here to make sure you're safe while we find your mirror." Kelsey reassured him, offering a light smile. She secretly found it a bit distressing, seeing as she couldn't ask him any questions and expect an answer, but she wasn't going to blame the mute for his disability. Seemed they'd just have to work around it.

Metal Sonic sped his way towards the Amusement Park in order to fulfill the mission he accepted to undertake. He did not really enjoy the prospect of helping some jester but he had little choice. His power was too drained to fulfill his intended plans at this moment in time. He needed to regain his power... And to do that he had to copy the data of the people on this world. Perhaps with their power he would be able to destroy his impersonator and usurp control like he should have.

Metal Sonic slowed down as he approached the entrance and put his feet on the ground. His eyes scanned the girl and jester as he tried to make out the two new people he was supposed to help. He just hoped there was something to destroy to make this quest more worthwhile... Watching the amusement park burn would be a fun action... But he decided to ignore his destructive programming for now.

Metal Sonic was not sure how she planned to keep the jester safe... but he definitely identified some special power coming from her. "I am here," Metal Sonic addressed. He wondered how important this stupid mirror could possibly be. He would much rather have a Chaos Emerald personally... Preferably all 7... Still, his eyes stayed on the girl as he tried to identify her powers. He did not see this silent jester as much help at the moment as he considered where to search.

Out of a inconspicuous pipe nearby, a conspicuous echo could be heard. It was the voice of someone humming the Nintendo Land theme song in a thick Italian accent.

"Sigh, I'm-a always love Nintendo Land! The perfect-a place to relax and have some of fun after that...other mission." the voice blissfully mused to itself.
"No more creeps and spooks for me. Today's gonna be all sunny shine and funny times!" Out of the inconspicuous pipe, the source of the singing popped his head out and revealed himself.
It was a pale lanky fellow with a green cap with an L on it. It was Luigi the plumber! Being a plumber, Luigi was adept at navigating pipe ways and took his favorite shortcut to Nintendo Land. However the Nintendo Land he saw when he popped his head out of the pipe was not the one he remembered. He remembered coming here all the time after adventures to celebrate a job well done and blow off the steam of a scary experience. But now, this poor place, wrecked and ruined, a Wasteland in its own right.


"Aw. Mama Mia." he face palmed in disappointment. This was clearly going to be another one of Those missions. Perhaps it wasn't too late to bail out of this.
"...Welp, it-a looks like the park's closed, guess I'll-a come back another day." Luigi shrugged sheepishly, slowly ducking back into the pipe.

Kelsey just sort of snapped to attention as Metal Sonic showed up. Woah. That was one wacky looking robot. "Oh... Hey." Kelsey replied, puzzling over Metal Sonic's figure. Before she could really question the robot, however, a rumbling in the earth was heard. As Luigi went back down the warp pipe, he'd abruptly find himself hitting something very solid--something writhing and moving. It was alive! Suddenly, the pipe bulged outwards and Luigi was launched into the air by an explosion of..

...boars. Boars with watermelons for bodies. They poured out of the pipe by the dozens, scattering everywhere as they landed. Luigi would land amongst them.

A storm of snorting and oinking carries Luigi off into the park

Kelsey just sort of watched in disbelief for a moment before running off to pursue Luigi, leaving Metal Sonic with Jester Guy. The swine would carry Luigi near the entrance to the haunted house attraction, at which point he would be dropped and the swine would run off towards the bar. Kelsey came to a stop near Luigi, the reploid woman hesitantly offering him one of her enormous hands. "You alright, buddy?" she asked, as bemused by what had just happened as anyone else, probably. She decided not to question it right now.

Meanwhile...

"What the factor?!"

The shout came near Jester Guy and Metal Sonic, drawing Jester Guy's attention. A young girl had wandered into the area just in time to witness the commotion, and was now peering into the distance as the melon swine vanished.

"I get the feeling I'm not in Suzura anymore."

Metal Sonic looked to the direction of a pipe coming out of the ground as a familiar sound met his hearing receptors. He was a little annoyed when he knew exactly who that was. That plumber did not hold much interest to the Hedgehog Robot. He just felt like a scaredy cat goofball he did not feel had much worth. And as expected, he seemed to want to retreat as soon as he got here. Typical.

Metal Sonic had to do a double take however as the pipe exploded with... Watermelon Boars? That was really unexpected but it seemed to force the green fool away at least. He then had to watch as the female robot from the feel of it (though something was off about that), ran off after the green plumber. Metal Sonic wanted to learn more about her power but he supposed there was time for that later. He did not really feel like chasing after Luigi.

He heard some girl say a math word that really did not fit in that sentence. This day was just starting and it was already getting pretty abnormal. If only there was a giant loop de loop, then this would be more normal. Metal Sonic looked in the voice's general direction. Great, more distractions. The fake hedgehog looked to the jester as he was about as much power he could copy with that girl gone.

"Jester, you are with me and we are going this way," Metal Sonic commanded the jester as if he was some sidekick or minion. He ignored the girl for now since she was inconsequential unless she followed. He headed towards the Circus Arena attraction since that sounded interesting at least. He did not really check to see if the Jester was behind him as he walked.

"Waaah!" squealed Luigi as he was fired out of the pipe like a canonball by an explosion of Melon Piiiigs.
They spilled out of the pipe and scattered all about. With an oink oink here and an oink oink there, here an oink, there an oink everywhere an oink oink.!It was like Old Mc Donald couldn't make up his mind on what to grow on his farm!
"Help-a Me!" Luigi neighed as the sea of snorts squeals and oinks washed him into the park "I'm-a being plumber napped by vegetarian bacon!"

One fruit swine finally dropped Luigi off near the entrance to the haunted house attraction. "Is that all?" a dazed Luigi asked before he regained his bearings.
When he opened his eyes he saw something way better than a melon pig. It was a tall blond haired reploid detective clad in red extending her hand to help him up.
"Who? A-me? Oh I'm j-just fi-f-fin-I'm-a just swe-swel-swuee-I'm a just swine."
Luigi stuttered, sheepishly picking his hat up with one hand and accepting Kelsey's extended hand with the other.

Metal Sonic and Jester Guy - Circus Arena

Metal Sonic and Jester Guy arrive at the Circus arena. The tent was modestly lit, providing them some shadows to use as cover should they so desire. And why would they want to do that, you ask? Well...

"...Zo."

A large, bipedal, oddly dressed elephant stood in the room, distracted by something or another. He seemed to be in his own thoughts, which raised the question of whether he was hostile or not. He didn't seem particularly evil by the looks of him, but would you really want to risk getting into a fight with that life sized not-so-stuffed elephant over there? Clearly, he was the king of evil just waiting to explode at a moment's notice. Jester Guy for one seemed anxious around him, hiding on the fringes of the tent where he could not see.

Kelsey helped Luigi up, lolling her head at him. The blonde smiled slightly as he stumbled all over himself, unsure of what to make of the display. She wasn't used to anyone, let alone humans, having that sort of reaction to her appearance. "I guess that would explain why they carried you off like their king~" Kelsey explained, glancing around for a moment. "My name's Kelsey. I'm here to find a lost item. Are you by any chance ... Luigi?" she asked. She was aware of the names of the other mission goers, and well... Luigi had a giant L on his cap, okay? She noticed these things. "What do you say we stick together~? It seems like you're the only human on this mission, so I'd like to make sure nothing happens to you while we're here." Kelsey explained, only to hesitate. "...Then again, that Jester Guy might not be human under all those clothes. do you have any idea who he is?" Kelsey asked, shrugging helplessly at the situation.

"But yeah. What do you say? Wanna follow those pigs, or maybe check out this haunted house attraction since we're here?"

Metal Sonic looked into the tent as he neared it with the jester. Metal Sonic looked at the elephant and did not really notice anything spectacular about it. His friend though seemed very frightened by it for one reason or another though...

And that was all the reason Metal Sonic needed to engage it. If it frightened him he might as well scan what it can do. And the best way to do that was to observe. And he was asking for it when he was hiding in a Circus Arena. So Metal Sonic curled into a spiky ball and flew at the Elephant and attempted to kick him in the back of the head as he came near.

Luigi lolled his head at how well placed the quip at his expense was. But the look on his face changed considerably for the better at the sign of recognition from Kelsey. A career of greeting saved princesses prepared him for this moment.
"Yep, that's a-Me, Luigi!" Luigi introduced himself, taking his newly dusted off hat to her like a gentleman. "Number-a One." He added, stylishly putting his cap back on.

"And okidoki, sure!" He nodded in agreement to their team up. "I've always worked-a best as a team-a player."
This was true. Luigi would've done best to not explore a creepy place like this abandoned theme park alone. Who knows what could be lurking around every corner? It's easier to spot a pair of eyes watching you when you have four eyes watching them.

"Oh g-gosh am-a I'm-a really that important?" Luigi asked bashfully. He wasn't used to being spoken to like that under just about any circumstance. Perhaps this mission wouldn't be so bad after all.

Kelsey brought up another good point.
"That's-a true, I've have-a never seen him before in-a my life. I kind-a just figured he just-a had a whole Shy Guy thing going on."Luigi pondered scratching his head. "But, as my bro always used-a to say: 'A stranger is-a friend you haven't-a met, or an enemy you haven't-a stepped on-a yet.' " he nodded with a wise stroke of his moustache.

When it came to picking which way to go, Luigi looked up behind him at the haunted house attraction. Sure reminded him of home...in all the wrong ways. He wasted no time jumping to the other side of Kelsey from the haunted house.
"Here-a little Melon Piggies, come-a to King Luigi!" He cowardly called out to the pigs, going after them.

Metal Sonic and Jester Guy - Circus Arena

...I warned you about those elephants, bro.



THWACK! Metal Sonic crashed into the Elephant's head--and it looked like it hurt too! Yet, the elephant was not moved due to his immense weight. Jester Guy just sort of hung his head in defeat. How did he get paired with this robot? "...I finally find a quiet place to meditate, and you--?!" he called out, the massive presence of his voice filling the tent as he turned upon Metal Sonic and Jester Guy. He looked pissed! Upon seeing the duo, his eyes began to fill with a fiery hatred. No, literally. One could actually feel the temperature inside the tent skyrocketing as his temperature rose. Meanwhile, Jester Guy was just sort of frantically waving his hands in an attempt to difuse the hopeless situation.

"Are you laughing now? IS THIS A JOKE TO YOU CLOWN?! ...WELL, THE JOKE'S ON YOU, BECAUSE NO ONE GETS PAST ZOH DAIMAOH! ZOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

Zoh Damaioh began to violently stomp his feet, creating massive earthquakes with each step that threatened to knock the group off their feet.

The elephant lord then began charging, right past Metal Sonic, at Jester Guy. Apparently he had somehow mistaken Jester guy for the one that had hit him. Jester Guy was promptly run down by the vastly larger and strong opponent and smacked with one of Zoh Daimaoh's huge arms, sending him flying across the arena. It looked like it hurt, a lot. A bit too much for Jester Guy to get back up and attack this turn.

Kelsey and Luigi - Bar

The sound of frantic scurrying, snorting and oinking was heard as Kelsey and Luigi followed the pigs to a homely bar on the outskirts of the attraction. It was one of those private bars where the adults might go to stop for a drink. Yet, today it was occupied by a horde of melon piggies ransacking the place. They were drinking and eating everything in sight, jumping all over the furniture and generally having a good ol' time at the building's expense. It was chaos in there. "...Wow, those are a lot of oinkers." Kelsey remarked rather flatly, raising her hands and clapping them together several times. "Hey!" she called out. "Knock it off! That's for people, you'll get sick!" she then went on to nag, throwing her arms out in protest.

...The melon pigs stopped what they were doing, their heads perking up and their attention turning to Kelsey. A particularly large and decorated melon pig with a swollen melon body stepped forward to challenge the group.

It appeared that the pigs were becoming defensive about their bar, and now intended to fight for it.

Metal Sonic stood his ground as the elephant seemed really angered by his shenanigans. He did not care however as this was exactly what he wanted to happen. The temperature itself seemed to be raising for some reason and Metal Sonic had to check his data... Nope, he did not activate any of his of moves that make him overload his systems.

Metal Sonic was confused however as he accused Metal Sonic of being a clown. Metal Sonic was about to punch the elephant king in the face until he was caught off guard by some heavy shaking under his feet. Metal Sonic felt himself lose balance as his lower half did a 180 as he fell to the ground. He then watched as the elephant went straight for the jester.

Metal Sonic jumped to his feet as they recorrected their feet. He was a bit annoyed the elephant did not grasp the situation right. Metal Sonic jumped into the air and bent his legs as he created a shield of pure energy around him that would protect him from all harm. Metal Sonic then did a come at me motion with his finger to try and lure the elephant to attack him instead.

She was hopeful that Kelsey's speech would be enough to stop the piggies, but a Watermelon of a pig stepped fourth to challenge them.
Not wanting to engage in an all out 2 v I-don't-know-how-many bar fight, Luigi tried to talk down the situation one more time.

"N-now hold on little piggies!" Luigi stepped up trying to calm them down

Metal Sonic and Jester Guy - Circus Arena

Metal Sonic... made the mistake of trying to silently taunt someone who simply wasn't looking at him. Taking advantage of Jester Guy's being stunned, he promptly began to trample Jester Guy in a fit of rage. Now, one must understand. You do not simply get trampled by an elephant and shrug that off. Anything less than death would be considered miraculous in this terrible scenario. Luckily, Jester Guy is a miracle worker. A yellow ball rolled from his sleeve out onto the ground as he was being crushed, sitting there for a moment before abruptly exploding in an enormous beam of energy that promptly ripped a hole through the tent overhead, explosively propelling Zoh Daimaoh into the air. The elephant would land not far off, stunned by the massive force of the blast. Meanwhile, a badly hurt Jester Guy just sort of dragged himself out of the tent in a bodily manner. He didn't look like he was doing so well.

The melon pig king just sort of stared at Luigi for a long moment. Very long. Kelsey began to question what was going on as the seconds passed, looking about in bemusement. Had she accidentally stopped time somehow? Then, it happened. ...The melon pigs disregarded Luigi and went back to their partying. It turned out that the melon pigs weren't angry drunks! How about that? It also turned out that durnk animals ranked approximately the bottom of the intelligence scale, and were very easily convinced of Luigi's honesty. Kelsey just sort of cringed. "...Guess I'll just... head on in there and search the place." she remarked in a bemused tone, unsure what had just went down. Did those pigs understand Luigi's English? She wasn't even sure she understood him sometimes, and those pigs did?!

There's no mirror in there." she replied rather lamely, placing a hand on her hip. "Buuut that's one place down, and this isn't the biggest park. Where should we search next?" Kelsey mused aloud, pondering where a jester might leave a mirror. Hmmm...

Metal Sonic watched the elephant charge right past him to pick on the jester again... Okay, it is time he stopped playing around and got that stupid elephant to look at his real target. Metal Sonic dropped to the ground as his Black Shield wore off and he kneeled for his next action. That action being him curling into a spiky ball and revving himself up before speeding towards the elephant to strike with his rolling form.

Whether he hit or missed, Metal Sonic would then leap into the air as he started sparking.

The heat around Zo and Metal Sonic started to raise considerably from radiation. The overload of radiation from his body gaining an immense amount of power. The sparks around his body began to get extremely violent and lashed out as the air quickly created plasma,. This burst of plasma then emerged as a radioactive aura of damaging energy as the Ring Spark Field reached Critical Mass.

Luigi sighed in relief as the melon pigs just went back to their peaceful debauchery. He aided Kelsey in searching the bar for the mirror, weaving between the hoard of fruit boars. Luigi could only sigh in disappointment that that search was for nothing.

"We may have gotten our hands dirty, but that was just our first stop. There's-a plenty of other places we can gut. We'll flush out that mirror in-a no time!" Luigi encouraged trying to keep spirits up.

Luigi didn't find the mirror in the bar, but he did find a crumpled up map of the park. It may have been used, but it can be recycled for a mission like this.

"Bar, check..." he started, crossing the bar off the list, "Next is the...Haunted House?" Luigi quickly tried to skip to the next one. 
"Nah, why go all of the way back there when we can go to the...W-wrestling Ring?..."The T-t-or-a-nado?"...Aba-bandoned Mine?...

...Ah! The Kiddy Koral! Phew, Perfect! Let's-a try there!" Luigi chose sheepishly.

"C-come on, Let's-a Go!" Luigi tried to rush before Kelsey could object.
