Rosalyn sat by the desk of her lab, looking out the nearby window as she sipped a cup of hot coffee...She needed that after spending half the day making stilts that can actually send you through the roof and adding radiation cores on a few things to make inventions more worthwhile instead of not doing anything, soon after the door to her laboratory opened as Pippi, a peashooter who serves as Rosalyn's personal butler, walked towards her and looked up to Rosalyn. "Oh, afternoon Pippi." Rosalyn said as she placed the cup on the desk and looked at the Peashooter.

"Anything going on in the barn?" She said as Pippi spoke. "No Miss Rosalyn, but I think someone's about to come for a session with you." He said as Rosalyn's eyes widened, of course she would forget due to busyness, she has a few therapy sessions today...Well only one, there was some more she had to do tomorrow, In fact Rosalyn was busy learning a lot of things from the residents of the Life Sphere who decided to take her sessions to help them cope with the horrors of LI.

Rosalyn stood up and walked towards a wooden door at the otherside of the lab, which would take her to a small, yet fancy room where she does sessions with her patients, before entering she looked towards Pippi to give him a order. "When the patient comes escort him or her here and tell them to go to this door...I forgot the gender of the patient I'm about to deal with." Rosalyn said as Pippi quickly spoke again. "Right away Miss Rosalyn." He said as he left the lab to see the patient as Rosalyn entered the next room.

When Rosalyn entered, the walls were bricked and the floor was filled with a nice red and dark green carpet, there are two chairs and a desk at the right side of the room, while there's a bookshelf on the left, the middle of the room had an averaged size window with a Sunflower, that looked like all of her other sunflower residents in the barn, stood there with blue and a red blinking eye, staring at Rosalyn as she walked to the shelf and took out a small book to look at...Which had the list of patients she had so far.

"Princess Toadstool? That woman who used to run that kingdom...This will be a great session...Probably the best one I'll ever had so far."

She slammed the book shut.

Meanwhile once Peach appears she will be met with a large barn with a tree coming out of It, there appears to be a few small buildings and plants hanging off the tree, but at the top lies a giant Sunflower who did not seem to notice Peach's presence. "Ahh, you must be the patient." A voice was heard as a small old elevator slowly came down to the side of the barn, soon after Pippi came out and walked towards Peach.

"Oh...Are you that Toadstool princess? Anyway Rosalyn wanted me to escort you since you might get lost...Follow me to the Elevator."

[Mari]

Princess Peach stopped before the somewhat whimsical house, lolling her head at it. It was a homely place; not something she would appreciate replacing her castle, but something that was more than satisfactory for the ehm... average folk. It had a certain charm about it that put it a step above the humble apartments of the life sphere, a sort of personality that the generic homes lacked. She for one could appreciate a bit of personality more than the average person. She couldn't help but approve, even if she did find herself wondering if animals actually lived in that barn.

Princess Peach approached the barn with her hands folded before her. Before she could wonder about where exactly she was supposed to go, though, she was greeted by an unfamiliar voice. "Oh..!" she blurted out in surprise as Pippi introduced himself, squirming a bit as she was referred to as a patient. Formal and unflattering wasn't a combination that suited her well. "Yes--I am Princess Toadstool. That would be most appreciated, Mister..?" Peach would reply, querying Pippi for his name as she moved to join him in the elevator.

Pippi shifted his eyes before Peach joined the elevator before saying his name. "Pippi...Just Pippi." He said as he closed the elevator and pressed a button going up, besides the button that heads up and another which Is currently glowing, meaning the elevator was on It's current floor, there were four other buttons to press...Although they don't seem interesting and the fourth button was red, probably the emergency stop button, the elevator soon went up towards the tree before stopping on a wooden path to the centre of the tree, once It stopped Pippi opened the elevator door again and walked out of It.

"Were almost there Miss Toadstool, Rosalyn Is just nearby." He said to the Princess as he lead her to a path to one of the buildings, the labotory/therapist building, once Pippi got to the entrance he entered a code just near the door, once he finished the door opened, leading to Rosalyn's lab.

"Rosalyn Is just through that door over there." Pippi said pointing to a wooden door at the otherside of the lab before looking back at Peach. "Just walk over to the door and don't look left or right, Rosalyn should be waiting, since your informed I should go and do my dark magi---I mean, dust the carpets in the dinner room...Butler stuff." He said as he waited for Peach to enter the building, once he did the door closed from behind her.

"Bye!" He said as the door closed, leaving Peach in the lab with one objective...Go to the wooden door.

But...If she were to look to her left she would see a red cloak covering a giant cage...With the cloak moving by Itself...It seem's there was something In the cage.

But...There's probably nothing serious under there.

Peach was ushered into a place and told not to look around. ...Huh. ...Huuuuuh. That seemed pretty sketchy to her, and it made her rather uncomfortable,  but she supposed she wasn't there to snoop around. As much as she found it kind of crazy that she was asked to keep her eyes away, she wasn't really interested in making a bad guest out of herself. ...Was she? ...Nah. She totally wasn't. She had standards and--...But what if something interesting was back there? NO. ...She had standards. Very standard standards. None of this getting distracted and snooping around nonsense. She was here on a mission! 

...Well maybe just a little pe--nah. Peach walks right past. She didn't have time to waste on that, and was far too polite to snoop anyway. Peach moved to peak in past that wooden door, seeing if anyone was indeed waiting for her in there. "Hello..?"

Rosalyn sat on one of the chairs...Until the door beside her opened and Peach entered the room, she quickly stood up. "Hello Toadstool...I'm guessing you are Toadstool because of your princess get up." Rosalyn said looking at Peach's appearance...It's funny, a few of her plant residents compared Rosalyn to a princess...Even though she definitely acts nothing like what a Princess should act...Well on the outside...But she should focus on the session with Peach.

Rosalyn took out a pen and notepad and pointed to the second chair In the room. "You can sit over there...If your wondering why there's no long couch's like in most therapy rooms, It's because I find they might risk breaking someone's back If they lie on them for so long." Rosalyn said as she sat back down and looked at an hourglass on the desk just near her, she grabbed It and flipped It over...Starting the session.

"Ok Toadstool, we have an hour so let's begin...What do you want to talk about, childhood, romance, life before Li, anything about yourself really...Or do you want to be called something else, I find Toadstool such an odd name...No offence."

Peach shifted a bit in what seemed to be an anxious manner. This one had a way of speaking that struck her as odd for a therapist. Perhaps it was some sort of regional dialect ... and manners. Oh well. She moved to sit down in the chair provided, folding her hands in her lap. "Well, Toadstool is my family's name. Most people call me Peach! ...Or Princess." she would go on to correct. Now that they'd gotten the issue of her name out of the way, Peach already had something she wanted to talk about in mind. "Well... I want to talk about a couple of things if you wouldn't mind." Peach began, a rather rhetorical question given the context of their being together.


"I've been thinking about my parents, the king and queen, a lot lately. They've been missing for a long time now... I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever see them again. ...Is it even possible they've evaded the starvia for this long?" Peach began, her tone full of worry. She would hesitate a moment before continuing. "It's been giving me trouble sleeping, worrying about this." she would go on to admit rather lamely.

Rosalyn listened to Peach as she told her to just call her Peach instead of Toadstool...Or princess If she didn't prefer Peach. "Uhh, Peach Is fine with me." Rosalyn said as she thought about the name...Toadstool, sounds like a great name to a new type of plant she would probably make sentient one day with the SP serum...If she does manages to find a new type of plant on this planet that's not infected but soon Rosalyn quickly listened to Peach as she asked If It was ok to ask her questions. "Go ahead...I am a therapist after all...Well part-time therapist." Rosalyn said to the Princess as she begun to ask her first question.

The first dealt with her parents, the King and Queen of the Mushroom Kingdom who disappeared from Peach's life a long time ago, Rosalyn gently looked down at her notes to see three giants words In one of the first pages of the Notepad, MISSING RELATIVE SYNDROME A common type of depression which involves someone missing another on LI, sort of like homesickness but with people and worse...Which half of her patients, now including Peach seem to have...Luckily Rosalyn didn't have to suffer through this type of sadness as she continued to listen to Peach.

"Wow...That sound's awful Peach, a lot of people In this sphere usually go through the same things as you, and they still are...But do you even think there even on LI at all? It seem's LI only brings famous landmarks in different types of worlds, or just people who just happen to be at the wrong place at the wrong time...Actually."

Rosalyn said, flipping through an empty part of the notepad before looking at Peach.

"Do you remember the last time you saw The Ki---I mean, your parents, give me your last memory you had with them?"

[Mari]

Peach lolled her head at Rosalyn as she suggested the king and queen might... not be on Li. The idea puzzled Peach. But how could that be true? "Where else would they be?" Peach asked, a tad bemused by the suggestion. She seemed to consider Rosalyn's question for a moment. "The last time I saw my parents was in my castle." Peach explained, frowning at the memory. She didn't hate remembering her parents, per se, but it was a solemn memory to her. The last time she'd really gotten to speak to them. It had been a normal day, inconsequential, and they hadn't had a whole lot to say. Why would they have? None of this was supposed to happen. She was supposed to have seen them again tomorrow.

...Things hadn't turned out that way.

"I was trying to track down a cake I'd baked. It went missing on it's way across the mushroom kingdom and then..." Peach began, furrowing her brows. "When I came back, I was here--On Li."

Rosalyn listened to Peach who wondered where else her parent's could be. "Maybe they could of left for a meeting In another kingdom prehapes? Just before the castle was taken to LI...You did use to live In that castle in the Mushroom Ruins before coming here did you?" Rosalyn suggested and asked Peach...Who quickly said that the last time she saw her parent's was In the castle Itself, which confused Rosalyn...But she didn't want to ruin Peach's hope at this rate and ruin this session and listened as the Princess explained how she got to Li...Which started with her trying to find a cake she baked.

"Oh a cake? Do tell It's origins...Or do you want to explain some more about your first day on LI and how you felt with transcending into a hostile planet?" Rosalyn said, writing something on her notepad In the process.

Peach Session:

Parents Last seen at Castle

Was finding a cake before heading to LI.

She looked back at Peach once more, waiting for what she has to say next.

"Or we can go back to the topic of your parents...Maybe some more about the last memory you had with them...Or the relationship you had with them."

Peach giggled at the notion of her father going to a meeting. How could the other have known how ill-advised that would be? Before she could really get a word in, however, the topic shifted to her cake. It seemed like an odd transition to Peach, but she didn't question it. "Well, it was supposed to go to a newly wed couple." Peach began, thinking back to the day in question. "They didn't have the money for a very nice cake, so I thought to make one for them myself~" Peach would go on, beaming at Rosalyn proudly. It didn't last, however. "But... the cake never arrived, which I found upsetting. It was a nice cake, and they were depending on me. I wonder if their wedding day went alright anyway." Peach went on to worry, only to realize she'd gone wildly off track. She shook her head.

"But--The cake isn't what I wanted to talk about. My parents, the Mushroom King and Queen, aren't very much the type for meetings or leaving the castle--if you know what I mean." Peach replied light-heartedly. Her mother was almost always by her father's side when she wasn't with Peach, and her father was... Well... To put it bluntly, he was a bit of a buffoon. A jolly buffoon with a heart of gold and nothing but good intentions, but not a very bright man. "That's why I take it upon myself to help run the kingdom. Mom and pop need a bit of help these days..." Peach would go on to explain. It was a ridiculous understatement, as while she loved her parents she dreaded the idea of them trying to run the kingdom on their own. Unless her mother stepped in and surprised her, that wouldn't end well for anyone. "My always taught me how to cook and how to handle myself, and my father--...Well, he still gets lost in our own castle~!" Peach would go on to explain, smiling awkwardly at the admission.

Rosalyn listened to Peach as she explained more about her parents...Right after the mishap with the cake she baked for a married couple, but her talk about her parent's was more interesting It seem's as Peach talked about how the King and Queen needed help these days...Possibly because they were old and that there were time's where the King of the Mushroom kingdom would get lost In the castle. "Funny If he was actually still In the castle...But that would be impossible as research show's only people can stand the toxic smell of Starvia for two day's." Rosalyn said...Before quickly speaking again to give Peach some hope should her comment made her lose some.

"But I'm sure there safe and sound Peach, you just need to hold onto that hope like most of us here and keep searching...If you do then amazing things might happen...Like finding your parents...And soon the nightmares you have will turn Into peaceful dreams...Probably." Rosalyn said as she continued to write down more about Peach In her notepad before speaking again towards the Princess.

"So your parent's always stick by near the castle...What about any villages that's near It?"

Peach seemed dismayed by Rosalyn's response. Two... days? Two days?! ...If nobody had seen them in the life sphere, how were they supposed to be alive and well if the air itself would infect them after just two days?! She understandably found the response intensely distressing. The princess seemed a tad distant as she replied, as if she were distracted by something. "They were all devistated. I've been searching them for a while now." Peach replied, lowering her gaze for a moment. "I... don't want to talk about my parents anymore." she would go on to lament. As much as she was hoping she might find ideas or inspiration, this conversation was only making hope more difficult and that wasn't very helpful right now.

"There's another thing I wanted to ask you about." Peach would go on, waiting a moment for Rosalyn to acknowledge her. "There's this girl..." Peach began, watching Rosalyn carefully. "Her name's Paula. She's very young, but she's also very brave. I've accompanied her on several missions across Li and I've become rather fond of her, in the way that I feel the need to help and protect her." Peach explained, hesitating a moment as she considered where to go with her explanation from here. "She's so very brave, but I worry about her anyways. She's entirely displaced here, and I think it bothers her a lot. I've also thought about... adopting her." Peach went on, furrowing her brows. She allowed this thought to hang in the air for a long moment.

"...I've spoken to my better half, Princess Rosalina, about these feelings and she seems to think it's not a bad idea--but here's the thing..." Peach began, though she had no intention on elaborating on literally any of the things she'd just said. From the way she addressed Rosalina to the fact that she was involved with another woman--none of that was relevant in her mind. "I... have no idea how to approach this!" Peach would go on to admit, rather embarassed by her own awkwardness. Perhaps if her mother had been here, she'd be able to give her some advice on the subject, but... Huh. Her mind had wandered back to her parents in just a moment. How typical.

Rosalyn continued to take note's about Peach...However she seemed suddenly distressed about something, which made Rosalyn interested, The Princess quickly looked towards Rosalyn and asked to move onto another topic. "Very well, there's just one thing I want to ask before we move on from your parents." Rosalyn said before speaking again at Peach. "What's making you unhappy Peach...You suddenly seemed very worried." Rosalyn said as she quickly looked down at her notes so far...Which were the same, but quickly looked back at the princess when she mentioned someone...A girl named Paula.

Peach explained that Paula was young...Yet doing missions and seems to feel unhappy, like she doesn't fit In this world, she was even thinking of adopting her. "Meh, there's lots of kids roaming about by themselves In the sphere these day's Its a natural occurrence." Rosalyn...Thought to herself as she was not sure how Peach will feel If she said that, but quickly listened back to Peach when she mentioned a woman named Rosalina and how she feels...Odd, around her.

"I see...Well here's my two cents to your issue's Peach...Mainly about how you feel around Paula and Rosalina and how you want to approach them about your feelings." Rosalyn said before speaking again...Giving advice to Peach's situation.

"The answer Is simple, when you have time alone with the two, separately, ask them how you really feel...For Paula, give her the option to let you adopt her, If she turn's you down then It's fine...You should respect your friends space, I'm sure you'll stay friends no matter what happens...The same goes for your feelings with Rosalina, be prepared for the future and how they will react...But whatever happens...If your scared that Paula and Rosalina will suddenly hate you after admitting your feelings...They wont, think about the times you were there for the two and how they were there for you...Do you think they will just turn you away after those events?"

Rosalyn finished speaking and continued to write In her notepad.

"But Peach." Rosalyn looked back at the Princess.

"What do you think Is the right approach to this situation...There's no wrong answers, I just want to see your input."

Peach hesitated a moment. She seemed to consider Rosalyn's last question. It was a very simple one to answer. "I just... don't know what I'll do, if worst comes to worst and I never see them again--or even worse than worst. I do find them and..." Peach explained, pursing her lips at the thought of her parents being infected. How disturbing. She didn't think she could handle something like that. ...Well... Maybe with some... support from her friends. Still, it was a distressing image. "I don't know. I just keep wishing for their safety." Peach continued, shaking her head as she attempted to rid herself of the distressing course of the conversation.

Peach seemed pleased with Rosalyn's advice on Paula, however. This was a pleasant change of topic. Yet... "Oh no, I'm sure you're right... My parasol actually let that cat out of the bag already. Rosalina and I are... an item!" Peach would go on, winking at Rosalyn knowingly. This subject seemed to be one of intense joy for her. It didn't take her long to continue. "I didn't think she would return my feelings, but... I guess it makes sense that my other half would be a princess~" she went on light-heartedly. After a moment, she cleared her throat. "And well... I don't know! I guess I was just worried about putting Paula in an uncomfortable position. It's hard to know how she would feel." Peach began, seeming to consider this for a moment. "I guess I like your idea! Of leaving the choice up to her? That sounds nice. I'm just not sure how to bring it up." she began awkwardly. Did one simply just ask that sort of thing? It seemed like the sort of thing you didn't just ask. But then, what?

Peach giggled nervously. "I guess the only thing I'm really scared of is rejection. What if I'm projecting all of these feelings..?" Peach asked. It became clear that the idea made her anxious. "It's just... adopting someone is a really big deal! I haven't even asked Perry about it, and I'm already taking care of him full time." Peach admitted sheepishly. "What if she doesn't like the idea of being royalty?" Peach asked. She had been told that some people really didn't like the idea, though she personally couldn't see why.

Rosalyn's eyes widened when Peach was starting to get worried about the fate of her parents, that was possibly caused by her comment about the starvia back there. "Woah...Woah, I didn't mean to imply that they cant survive out there...They could probably be somewhere safe on LI...Maybe an unknown location that resists the starvia's air...You know like Starpiece Meadow." Rosalyn said trying to give more hope to Peach. "Poor Princess...Everyone know's losing a loved one takes more then the support of friends, but I'm glad she's staying strong In this tough situation." Rosalyn thought to herself as Peach went back on Rosalyn's advice on Paula and Rosalina.

"It may sound uncomfortable at first, but just make It an offer to her." Rosalyn said to Peach who was worried about putting Paula In a difficult situation and might not like the Idea of being a royal. "Rejection Is one of the most popular fear's out there Peach, but you must muster up the courage against rejection and be ok If Rosalina rejects your feeling or Paula rejects your offer for adoption, just take It calmly and you can still be friends with the two without making anything awkward." Rosalyn said to Peach...As she went on the topic about Rosalina.

"But Peach, I want to ask you something about Rosalina." Rosalyn said sounding curious.

"By saying that you and her are like an Item and you have feelings with her, are you implying that...You have a crush on her? Also simple, when your alone In somewhere with Paula, talk about It...And Perry to If he's with you."
