Shulk gazed upward at the dark shape of the factory that loomed over him, keeping a hand on the hilt of the Monado. He had already  braved the wildness outside of the Life Sphere to get this far, and he wasn't about to turn back now. He could already see that there was going to be a ton of material here just ripe for the taking, and he could hardly wait to get started, but he forced himself  to wait. The other people who had responded to his assist call weren't here yet, and he thought it was better to wait then to turn this mission from a resource mission to a search and rescue.

The sound of falling rubble broke the silence, causing Shulk to turn around. Taking the Monado off his back and activating it, Shulk called out to the source of the disturbance "Who's there?" He said in a loud voice "Show yourself!"

Yellow was being carried towards the factory by the hands of her Butterfree, Kitty. Yellow was ready to help find some resources and hopefully find something related to her friends. If she fails in that regard, at least there will be some tech to be found. She could not help but wonder what mysteries the place might hold and what kind of gizmos this Shulk guy can make.

She was currently wearing her straw hat so with her rather... androgynous body, it was highly likely she would be mistaken for a male. While that was not currently her primary goal, she had to keep the hat on. It might help her find Blue due to the hidden camera inside of it... Would also make explanations easier if she was watching.

Yellow arrived at the factory and let Kitty drop her off. As she hit the ground however, she stumbled a bit and kicked some rocks as she fell down. Kitty flew around Yellow as she sat. The Pokemon Trainer then looked at the boy that noticed her fall. "Sorry, about that," She said as she rubbed the back of her head, but avoiding knocking her straw hat off. "I am Amarillo del Bosque Verde and this is Kitty. You can just call me Yellow though. I am guessing you are Shulk?" Yellow asked.

Sliding down the rubble came a winged boy clad in a tunic and sandals.
On his head he wore a laurel crown and in his hand he carried a large sharp golden bow, unlike any seen on earth.
it was the angel, Pit!

“Hey look, it's a human! Hi there!” 

One of Pit's many duties was to protect humanity from divine threats, so he had a natural fondness for humans. He always thought they were pretty cool. 

“I am Pit, servant of the Goddess of Light, Palutena!”
He proudly introduced himself. 
“We received your assist call, so I was sent to help."

 Sorry to keep you waiting. We've been falling a bit behind lately...”

Well, A Angel, A Blonde Farmer and a Blonde laser sword guy? Seems like a average day for Marisa, though, If it WAS average, they would of been female. The witch flew across the clouded sky, star's blasting off the back of her Witch's broom, before she turned and dive-bombed down onto the ground, right behind the three. "Watch out, Zeeeeee~!"



The little girl grinned as she looked at them...Confused as to what the heck they were. Oh, wait, boys, right. She forgot those existed.  Marisa took the Mini-hakkero off of her waist, spinning it along her finger as if it was a little basket ball, Before speaking to Shulk. "Nice beam sword there, Ze. But, by the time were done, i'll show you what a REAL laser looks like!" She said, grinning in excitement. This would hopefully be the time she can use the wondrous power of the Master Spark.

And then there was the angel...He looked like a ditz. Yeah, Ditzy people, this IS a average day for Marisa.

Oh, and some straw h- ANOTHER BOY?! Jeez!...Or was it?? Regardless, this was a unique experience now. Marisa had never met any more than one of the confusing race known as 'Male's'. Pretty sure only 3 existed in total in gensyoko, but, may need to check facts there.

Well that didn't take long. Shulk guessed that these indeed were the people that answered his call. They were a little....different then he was expecting, but nevertheless was glad that they showed up. Shulk deactivated the Monado and went to greet his assistants

First off, was a person that Shulk couldn't guess whether they were a boy or girl. S/he seemed to be the one that caused the slide of rubble. Flying around the person was what looked like a gigantic butterfly.  S/he turned and greeted him, ask if he was indeed Shulk. "Yes that would be me. It's good to meet you Yellow" He sized up the butterfly that was flying around him/her and assumed that it belonged to him/her

The next one of his assistants was a winged humanoid who introduced himself as Pit, servant of one Goddess of Light named Palutena. That immediately set off some alarms in Shulk's head, because he had previous encounters with gods, and none of them were good.  Walking up to Pit with an air of caution, he introduced himself. "Hello Pit. I'm Shulk. No worries about being late, the others had only just arrived as well" Shulk gestured over to Yellow and a third person, who had not introduced herself yet Pit apparently had failed to notice them on his way in.

Speaking of this third person, Shulk had no idea what to make of her. The closest thing Shulk could place her as was maybe an ether user? Shulk didn't know if ether was used in this world, but this person looked like she could use it to great effect, in any case. She addressed him as "Ze", and seemed to eye the Monado when she had landed. "Greetings. The name's Shulk. Sorry but I didn't catch yours?"

"Thank you all for coming. I hope that we can get enough parts for me to get started on my work at least. I don't expect it to go without a hitch though, so be on guard. Without delaying things longer then I am, lets get going!"

"Likewise," Yellow replied before she heard rocks and looked to see an angel... who did not seem to notice her or her Butterfree yet. She was kind of stunned as she never expected to see an angel. Those weren't really something she was used to seeing... Kitty was apparently interested too as he flew over and attempted to poke and prod Pit's wings...  Kitty almost got hit by the divebombing witch but somehow flew to the other wing just in time to evade... His luck was really was incredible at times.

The witch seemed a bit more ordinary compared to the angel... Still, magic powers seemed a lot more commonplace here. "Hi, I am Yellow and the Butterfree is Kitty," Yellow greeted once more before turning to Shulk. "Right, let's get those parts... Come on, Kitty," Yellow ordered to which the butterfly Pokemon happily flew over from Pit to follow Yellow.

"Pleased to meet you Shulk, that's a pretty fancy sword you've got back there." 
said Pit, noticing the shiny red Mondado Shulk was carrying.
" 'Bet it makes the Underworld Army look like a buncha jokers!"
He suggested, making his best English accent.

"Oh the others? right you mean like-" started Pit, about to turn around to Yellow when he sensed something flying at high speeds toward the group. 

He got into a fighting stance but then just ducked frantically out of the way of Marisa's dive bombing broom.

"Oh no! Pointy hat, black dress, broom? Another Witch!" Pit thought. His last experience with a witch was...must less than ideal. "Just play it cool, maybe she's not an Umbra witch but a regular witch... She's got a room though...that's one way to fly freely..." he thought to himself while he examined her from where he stood. "What if he turns me into a Newt?!? Just gotta keep it cool, gotta say something cool...

"Well when we're through I'll show you how a beam of light looks!"
Pit taunted at Marisa. "I warn you, they really Burn!"

"Why Did I Say That Like That?" Pit cried in his head.

it was then that Pit felt Kitty poking and prodding his wings

"Huh? who's there?"
asked Pit looking over his shoulder to see Kitty
"Gah! A Giant Moth! Get It Off Me! Get It Off Me!"
Pit panicked, weakly batting at Kitty with his hands.

"Wait, a Butterfree?" Pit asked, taking another look at Kitty
"It Is a Butterfree! Oh Wow! I never got to see one up close before! Look at it's wings! they're so..."
Pit cut himself short before saying something that hinted jealousy."...B-buttery? Ii guess?"

"... So that must make you a Pokemon Trainer!"

Pit exclaimed, turning to Yellow and running up to him/her. 
"So Cool! Sorry I didn't notice you sooner but pleased to meet you dude!"
He nodded happily, completely fooled by the disguise.

"Yeah let's move out!"
Agreed Pit. He was so excited he even started singing

"Marisa Kirisame, At your service Shulk!" Marisa said happily, grinning and giving a little pose with her hands, a little star coming out of her winking eye. Marisa was very ready to do this, especially when it came down to stealing stuff, And prove her magic was the best!



When pit was trying to say his light beams were the best, marisa kind of gave a pitiful expression. "Yare Yare Daze...." She said as her only response. If she was allowed, pit would be frying in a Master Spark. But for now, we had a more important business to accomplish. "Right, Onward to Stealing, ze!"

The factory doors slowly opened with a loud "creeeeak" and Shulk led the way into the building.
The room they entered was huge, and larges pieces of machinery crowded most of the available floor space. It reminded Shulk of Mechonis Field.


"Alright everyone, let's get moving. Try and look for things that are easy to carry, and would have multiple uses. Also, I'm pretty sure there are hostile robots and generally unpleasant denizens that lurk around here, so keep an eye out" With that, Shulk set out, looking for anything that would be of use to him. He soon came up to one to the old machines, regrettably too big for him to carry home. He started to look it over for parts he might be able to tear off. After looking around the machine a bit, he spotted a piece of metal that he could probably make into a shield of some kind. It was attached to the machine, but with enough force, Shulk might be able to tear it off.

Try as he might, Shulk couldn't get the piece off. Maybe he should have enlisted to be on the defense force when Reyn offered.
"Hey Pit, you  mind giving me a hand here?" Shulk asked the angel. Perhaps with them working together, they might be able to pry off the piece of metal.

"Nice to meet you too, Pit and Marisa. Kitty seems to like you too," Yellow said with a tilt of her head and a smile... Did he refer to her as a dude just now? Oh yeah, the hat was hiding her ponytail which was surprisingly effective. She will correct him later though as right now she did not really see as a good time.

Yellow looked at the inside of the factory and it seemed there may be plenty of opportunities for tech here. She watched Shulk struggle with some metal. She wanted to help but she was not sure her or Kitty would be much aide. Gravvy would probably be helpful here but she wanted Kitty's eyes right now. "Okay, Kitty, get an aerial view to see if you can find some material!" Yellow instructed. Kitty seemed happy to comply with Yellow's orders.

The Butterfree was quick to forget the objective though as it noticed some parts of the machines lying around. The Pokemon began flying around in poking them. "No, Kitty! Stop!" Yellow insisted as she ran over. The butterfly flew away just as Yellow approached for the machine to blow up in her face and knock her down. "Ow!" She seemed alright since she was not that close. Kitty kind of just began dancing around her as if he did not do something wrong.

“Wow look at this place, it's like an old Game & Watch game, in 3D!”

Pit was oh so tempted to yell something out to hear for an echo.
However, Shulk's warning of hostile robots and generally unpleasant denizens lurking around gave Pit enough cause to think that was a bad idea.
Pit could only snort in self restraint.

Pit was contemplating whether or not to turn a cool looking lever when Shulk called for his help.

“Oh, uh, sure Shulk.” Pit replied, hopping over to Shulk's side. Pit inspected the piece of metal.

“This piece here? Okay let's see if the good ol' Angelic touch'll do the trick.”
Pit rubbed his hands together and cracked his fingers.

“HrrrrrrRAh!”
He gripped the piece of metal tighty and pulled with his legs, grunting in his prepubescent voice.

He flew off the handle and landed on his butt.
Alas not even Pit was strong enough to pull that piece off either.

“Heh, I guess not.”
Pit shrugged sheepishly.
“Strength rolls, whacha gonna do.”
Pit tried to distract from his embarasment by making light of the situation.

Marisa watched the act of all three of the bafoons trying to yank out a piece of metal, as she sighed, trotting over to them, grabbing it tight, and trying to get it out herself. "Yare Yare Daze...You bunch of babies, Watch this!"

Despite marisa being much weaker than all three of them, with a hardy tug, marisa wound up pulling the chunk of metal shulk was so entranced by, and wound up throwing herself back as a result, letting out a "W-woaah!" as she did, falling onto her derriere, her hat tilting back as she no had that piece of metal on her lap. "Aha~! I got it, Zeee~!" She said, lifting it up and waving it around triumphantly. Seems she was mighty proud of herself now.1d20

Seems that Pit can't get the piece off either. Maybe if they worked together...

With a loud metallic snap, the piece of metal was off. Shulk looked around and saw that Marisa had managed to pull the metal off, despite both Pit and himself being stronger then her. Shulk looked down out of embarrassment as Marisa danced around them holding the metal in here hand. "Good job Marisa" Shulk said, unenthused by his  apparent failings at manliness.

Shulk whipped around in shock as a small explosion rocked the room. There was Yellow and her giant butterfly (A Butterfreee, as he heard Pit call it), sitting beside a patch of black soot, some of which had gotten on Yellow's face. It looked like one of the machines had exploded.
Great Shulk thought Could things get any worse?
A rumbling shook the room again, but this time it was coming from the pile of rubble that the metal had been torn out of. A robot rose from the heap, one that looked unfortunately very familiar to Shulk.
"No! It can't be!"
But it was. A Mechon!

One of it's armor plates was missing. Horrified, Shulk turned to look at the metal that  Marisa was holding. Indeed, it matched the Mechon's armor. They had torn off one of the Mechon's plates, and it was MAD

Yellow wiped her face clean of the result of the explosion as Kitty just kind of flew around. Kitty could be a bit of a trouble maker sometimes. "Sorry about that," Yellow apologized while rubbing the back of her head when Shulk asked if things could get any worst. She honestly did not find the explosion that bad. It was pretty contained all things considered so it did not cause that many issues...

But then there was an intense rumbling as something seemed to be coming. And then a strange metal creature revealed itself to the five. It already seemed like bad news according to Shulk's reaction. "That thing is bad, right?" Yellow asked Shulk. She then turned her head to Kitty. "Alright, Kitty, use Infestation on the thing!" Yellow ordered. It did not look like a Pokemon at all or even anything organic so she mostly cared about Kitty's safety in this case. Kitty gave a loud sound and then a horde of tiny insects appeared and surrounded and climbed atop the Mechon and tried to damage it with the tiny insects.

The tiny swarm created by Kitty seemed paticularly hungry today as they swarmed the Mechon viciously. Yellow was a tad surprised how much power those tiny bugs had.

“Woah...W-well..."
Pit stuttered, breaking his silent pause of bewilderment.
If Shulk couldn't pull it off, and Pit couldn't pull it off, how did Marisa manage to pull it off?
It didn't make any sense to him.

"... Well Shulk and me just loosened it up for you!”
Pit protested sheepishly at Marisa's incredible feat of strength.
He was telling himself that more than anyone else in the room.


His feelings of embarrassment were soon replaced with another, more urgent kind.
Pit sensed a rumbling under his sandals.

"Uh...oh..."
he hummed with a sweat.
"Who pushed the big red button?"

"Woah!"
Pit gasped as the mechon rose up from the pile of rubble he Shulk and Marisa tried to loot.
"What the Mech is That thing?!"



Before Pit could grab his bow and aim, Kitty swarmed the mechon with a Critical Infestation.

"Looks like it should've called pest control!"
Pit chucked, impressed with the Butterfree's power.
"Good Kitty!"

While the Mechon was distracted by Kitty's Infestation, Pit ran around to it's back, ever ready to help.
He took aim and sniped the mechon in the back of the head through a gap in the swarm.
