History On Li:The world seemed peaceful for quite a while. At least in the way that meant Yellow did not have to fight. She was happy with this of course since the times against Deoxys, Lance and that other moment afterwards were enough excitement. She just decided to enjoy the peace and fish in the river flowing through the forest.
Primary Attacks (3)
Psycho Shock: Yellow uses her psychic powers to chuck objects at people. A super basic use of her abilities but can be used to throw light to medium sized objects at her targets. [Light-Medium Wisdom Attack, 8-18%]
Thunder Bolt: Yellow channels the memories of Chuchu into her spirit and utilizes it to perform bolts of thunder to rain from the sky! Or her hands or whatever. Targets WIS and reduces Yellow's next dodge roll by 2. [Heavy Wisdom Attack, 30%]
Nature Power: Yellow synchronizes her spirit with the planet itself, commanding it to attack the foe by bursting into life to attack them with various plant based techniques. An attack that both brings life back to the planet and can help incapacitate foes however it takes energy out of Yellow for 4% recoil. [Heavy Wisdom, 26%]
F-F-Fiyah: Arle's power to manipulate magics to form fire comes to Yellow as she creates fire by breathing or throwing it, channeling her spirit to mimic Arle's magical power. This tires her out for 5% recoil but has a 50% chance to burn. [Heavy Wisdom Attack, 20%]
Special Attacks (3)
Forest's Blessing: Yellow puts her hands to another person or Pokemon and begins channeling her power to quickly heal their wounds. An extremely powerful heal but it takes a lot of energy out of Yellow and needing to keep herself in close proximity to another makes dodging difficult or she takes a deep breath to concentrate and recover her own life. Heals 1d25+Charisma Modx2 to an ally but suffers a -2 to her dodges and a 4 turn cooldown.: [DMG %]
Spiritual Rejuvination: Yellow bestows a blessing upon herself or a target that will gradually recover their energy and body over time. Yellow either concentrates on herself or touches an ally and concentrates a yellow aura around them. This aura sprouts flowers and other small plants with every move they make as well as heal their HP. This Yellow Aura effect lasts for 3 turns and restores 1d10+Yellow's Charisma per turn. 3 turn cooldown.
Spring Cleansing: A healing technique that focuses on removing pesky ailments like poison or severe burns. With but a touch all status ailments on the target are reduced by one. In addition if she channels the aura on a foe with her WIS vs their INT, she can reduce all their buff durations by 1 as well. 1 turn cooldown.
Memory Implant: You may know everything I'm about to do but that's not going to help you because I know everything you're about to do, strange isn't it?! This ability is an enhancement on Yellow's ability to read thoughts, emotions and memories. Yellow can either temporarily place a false emotion or memory to give a +3 in deceiving them or she can attempt to figure out their combat style and replicate it with her Spiritual Power. This allows Yellow to copy a move from the target but they must be in physical contact for it to work. Yellow can store up to three memorized moves and perform them with WIS instead of their usual stat. All moves copied have an extra turn of cooldown. Copied Moves can be mastered when she learns a new move to be permanent.

Sucker Punch: The art of deceit inherited from Blue. Yellow attempts to trick the foe by masking her attack with something else in an attempt to make them mess up as a free action. This gives a +2 to her accuracy on her attack and it uses CHA vs INT to see through her trick. The attack also deals 2 less damage. 1 turn cooldown.
Synchronized Spirit Burst: Yellow synchronizes her soul with one of her Pokemon, an old friend or an ally, bestowing upon her an outfit that helps her resemble them and with it a boost to her abilities. The synchronization usually lasts for three turns but she can extend it at the cost of Severe Fatigue for every turn it's continued. After the buff ends Yellow has to succeed a INT Save of 12 or higher is self-inflicted with Mind Melted. 4 turn cooldown. Yellow starts with forms based on her Pokemon and a few she was close to. She can gain more specialized Synchronized Spirits by forming a strong bond with an ally.
Chuchu Burst: The power of a Pikachu themed outfit compels you to give it your all and show them you're a strong independent mouse!... Er, girl. Yellow gains a +3 to her DEX Mod for 3 turns and with it she gains the Static Ability, every time the foe or her makes physical contact with an action they get a dose of shock and has to roll a CON Check of 12 or higher or be Paralyzed.
Randy Burst: Randy bestows upon Yellow the greatest power of them all. Friendship... and the inability to talk to cute girls... Wait, no, she had both of those already. Once per turn as a free action roll a 1d20. Depending on the result a free item is given for the mission. All Items gotten by this ability are lost at the end of the mission/thread and you can also make Pickup cost an action to get a second item from the same tier. The available results for this Pickup Ability are: 1-3: Failure, you find a total piece of garbage. This is useless, just chuck it at them for 1% damage.
4-6: This stuff is usable but not helpful in most situations, Wall Eraser ,Li Gas Mask, Baby Yoshi, Coffee Bean
7-9: Oh look boy, someone left a weapon here: Fire Bar, Spiny Shell, Lip's Stick, Killer Edge
10-12: Who left a Pokeball here?, Choose one of these Pokeball Pokemon:Charizard, Gulpin, Mimkyu, Slaking, Durant
13-15:What's that boy? Timmy turned into a cat?! Super Mushroom, Mini Mushroom, Metal Box, Super Bell
16-18: Should we be concerned there's a bomb here? Bomber, Bob-omb, Gooey Bomb, Tempura Bomb
19: Sometimes it's less tiring to use an item, Heart Container, Maxim Tomato, Fairy Bottle, Healing Sprout
20: Just what I needed! You can pick any item from any tier.
Kitty Burst: The grace of a butterfly, the attention span of an infant, it's Kitty! Yellow gains a butterfree themed outfit and a +2 to her DEX and WIS Mods. In addition she can fly freely, granting an additional +3 to evading attacks targeting the ground like quakes or sudden trees or other things that might materialize from the earth.
Maxlax Burst: The power of the most fearsome beast known to mankind. For the duration Yellow gets a +3 to her CON Mod and gains the Thick Fat Ability, taking 5% less damage from all sources. Additionally she can not take any negative status ailments from bad food!
Blue Burst: Girlfriend powah! Yellow inherits a green outfit color change to her normal outfit and the ability to flirt!... Not really. It's spiritual magic, not a miracle. Regardless for the duration Yellow gains a +3 to her CHA Mod and gains the Cute Charm Ability. Cute Charm: Every time the foe or Yellow makes an action that has them physically contact Yellow they have to roll an INT check of 10+Yellow's CHA or higher. If they fail they are inflicted with Infatuation for Yellow.
Iris Burst: The power of a dragon Pokemon, fear me, rawr. This Synchronized Spirit grants Yellow a purple dress and fancy tiara as well as the spirit of a dragon. Technically. During this duration all attacks deal +5 damage and can inherit a more dragon theme. In addition Yellow will gain a +1 to WIS and DEX for every 20 damage she has taken before this point.
Generic Burst: A Spirit Burst that is formed when Yellow tries to use it with a target she isn't strongly bonded with yet. This one gives her a +3 to her mod for that ally's highest stat. In addition she also gains a copy of one of their moves temporarily with the bonus that it's main attack stat can be swapped for WIS.
Final Smash (1)
Forest of Life: Yellow channels her spirit into the land and all her allies, Yellow and her whole party miraculously recovering as a beautiful forest grows around them. This technique takes a lot out of Yellow which is why she does not use it often. Recovers 40 HP to all allies and Yellow.
Other Info: Yellow can feel and read the emotions, minds and memories of others, although this works best with contact.
