Shaymin flew through the air in Sky Forme as they approached the large factory. It's lights were out but the entrance seemed pried open with vines... as well as scorched and cold... That was an odd mixture of things as Sky looked up at the building. It was only for a fraction of a second but he could of swore that piece of the building just fazed out of existance for a second... Nah, that was probably his mind playing tricks on him. That would make no sense, even he knew that.

Shaymin suddenly realized what usually happened at the start of missions and a jade glow enveloped their body as they shrunk to about half their size. The hedgehog land Forme opened her eyes as she took control for now. Then they waited for the inevitable surge of purple pain... They closed their eyes and braced themselves... and waited... Why was she feeling soothed all of a sudden? Shaymin opened her eyes and noticed their was a golden light instead of the usually purple... and this one felt really refreshing instead of super painful...

Shaymin tried to wrap their mind around it but it only got more confusing. They should just wait for help to arrive. Something was not entirely right here.

Jill meandered toward the intimidating factory, shooting curious looks all around. Her heart pulsed in her throat, wow, this place looked like bad news!
She smiled as a tiny creature, it must be Shaymin, who had asked for help!
"Hi!" She greeted merrily, eyes glittering as it settled in that Shaymin was adorable! "Will you be okay, you're so little!" She marveled, wondering if she should offer a ride or something.

[Mari]

Swoop. Swoop. The fluttering of large wings was heard as Iris rode her dragonite to the scene of the mission. The young girl and her dragonite landed nearby, Dragonite's wings seeming to shrink and fold inwards as he landed. Iris would slide off of Dragonite, landing on her feet nearby. She would promptly stretch her arms and legs, beaming widely at no one in particular as she relished in the freedom of movement, her fingers curling into mock claws for a moment.

"Aaaah~ Y'know what? I'm looking forward to this."

Iris bounced a bit on her feet as she finished stretching, her very long, poofy hair bouncing a bit with each step. True to her word, Shaymin might sense that Iris was at peace with the situation. In fact, she seemed grateful to be there! Unfazed by the sight of the factory, Iris' and Dragonite's eyes trailed over the present party, inspecting them.

Cosplay had followed the trainer to the Mission signups. After signing up, she managed to follow her here.she panted with exhaustion as she took another step, but then the ledge she had been standing on crumbled.

"Pika!"

She came tumbleing down, rolling toward the group before stopping. She now lay on her belly. "(Ow!)" she groaned in Pokespeak as the bag she had been lugging around landed on her back, unable to communicate with anyone that could not understand it. She had meant to approach much more cautiously, but was now laying mere inches from Shaymin.

Shaymin looked back at the building before hearing a hi sound from behind her. She then turned around to see a small girl with some kind of backpack and a look that kind of made her feel a bit uneasy. Why she was not exactly sure... Might be her instinct... Hard to tell the difference sometimes... "I-I.." Shaymin started telepathically to Jill at her comment. "Of course I will! Big things come in small packages you know!" Shaymin retaliated.

Speaking of big things in small packages... or in this case, a small thing riding a big dragon came in. Shaymin could not help but look up in awe at the Dragonite. Dragonite were from the same world as her, sure, but they were so rare she never saw one in person before. "Wow! It's so... I thought it would be bigger..." Shaymin thought out loud quite literally with accidental telepathy.

Shaymin then head rose in alert as the sound of crumbling was made. She watched as a Pikachu came tumbling down. Maybe she is here to help too. This is a lot more help than Shaymin expected but she was... wait... She was sensing that pleasurable feeling of gratitude. Shaymin looked around until looking at Iris... yeah, she was definitely the one that was giving off the feeling of gratitude... Shaymin has seen a lot of gratefullness over weird things... This might be pretty up there though as a large sweatdrop kind of just appeared on their face for a second.

Shaymin was not one to argue with such a sacred emotion though and looked back to the others before speaking telepathically. "Thank you all for coming. We should be able to find the Thunder Head together, I am sure. Let's go then," Shaymin said before turning around. Shaymin stopped though as she realized something. The Pikachu seemed very unlikely to be capable of speech. Maybe she should offer help.

Shaymin turned back around and spoke in Pokespeak so only the Dragonite and Pikachu would understand. "(If you need any help translating I will be happy to help with my telepathy)," Shaymin said with a smile before turning around and walking through the broken open entrance. Shaymin then switched back to telepathy. "Let's go!"

The first room was fairly large and looked more like a greeting area. There was a counter and chairs throughout the room. There was one door shut behind the counter on the east side, an open doorway along the north wall and an closed door on the west. There were several pictures on the wall of various... actually, it was hard to tell what they were as they seemed rather... pixelated. The chairs also were knocked over and some were even broken. The place was rather dark and kind of hard to make out much else or what was past the open doors.

Jill gasped as the cute little thing, it was talking in her head! "G-great! Nice to meet you!"
She startled as a dragon landed nearby, throwing up the Drill Dozer's arms in an attempt to protect against a possible attack. None came. It seemed this girl was going to be an ally, cool!
Next came another cute creature, tripping comically as it tried to sneak in. Well, looked like they were a ragtag bunch after all.
She waved cheerfully as she followed Shaymin, barely noticing the odd pixilated walls.

[Mari]

Dragonite and Iris gave Shaymin a bemused look in response to her height comment. Dragonite just sort of did a double take, unused to anyone finding him small. Towering above his own trainer at about 12 feet 4 inches, he was a prime specimen of his practically mythical species. "(...Why am I the short one?)" he asked no one in particlar, understandably lost as to who Shaymin could have met that would have made him look small. He was the largest dragon he'd ever met, and one of the largest pokemon he'd ever met, by some margin.

Regardless, Iris and Dragonite shifted to follow Shaymin and the others. Dragonite would likely have a tough time navigating the doors and whatnot, so it was best for them to figure that out after the others got in. ...Iris eyed Jill. "Wow. There's a lot of pokemon on this mission!" she remarked idly as the group entered the first room.

Observing the room, Iris glanced about it. "...Now if only we had a broom." she remarked with a light shrug. What a mess! "What's over here?" the curious girl asked, inching her way towards the open door on the north wall. Somehow it seemed more ... inviting than the others.

Cosplay slowly stood on all fours, her bag falling off her back in process and landing next to her. Then she opened her eyes to see Shaymin standing before her. They widened with surprise as she stood on her back legs. The mythical Pokemon Shaymin? What's one doing in a world like this? she thought. She almost wished her trainer was her to see this. She had heard of Shaymin before while travelling through Hoenn. "(O-Okay,)" Cosplay replied to Shaymin with a nod.

After picking up the bag, she draped the strap over her right shoulder and let the bag rest against her left side. She then followed the group in, looking around the greeting area. It was hard to make out much of anything in the dark room. Now she wished her trainer taught her Flash. That move would come in handy right now. She walked a safe distance away from the group before her cheeks began to spark as she channeled electricity into her tail, which was now raised, in an atempt to illuminate her surroundings. She wasn't used to relying on her instincts with a trainer that thought for her, nor has she tried this before.

"Sorry, about that, just when your first dragon type is... Giratina... You kind of expect more I guess," Shaymin explained telepathically to Dragonite with a noticeable pause when mentioning Giratina. The Dragonite was fairly large she had to admit but compared to him... Yeah, he was not winning that size contest, not by a long shot. The place was dark as expected but there seemed more to it than that here.

Still, the Pikachu had a good idea in brightening things up. Shaymin helped by focusing on the Frostvine Flower and Gracidea on her back as well as the grass. The result was a pinkish light as she channeled Dazzling Gleam but not strong enough to use as an attack. The mixture of Pikachu's and Shaymin's light made the place a bit more bearable for the eyes but there was still dust everywhere.

As for Iris trying to go for the open door along the North Wall... It would seem something did not want that path used as visible static appeared along the doorway as if the path was some old TV without something to tune in to. After the static stopped, the open path was replaced with... what looked like some kind of side of a house. If one was to turn around, the entrance was suddenly fixed and jammed shut as if it was never pried, scorched and frozen open. It looks like the only doors left are the one behind the counter and the one on the West Wall.... which was replaced with a window now...

"... I am so lost... how is that happening?" Shaymin asked no one in paticular. The lights from Shaymin and Cosplay did reveal a few things. There was a sign above the now house siding that said "R--ea--h -a--l-t-" and the one above the now window saying "Me---al Bay". At least from what can be made out. Some of the letters are impossible to read because they seem to constantly be changing shape, form and symbol. There was also a sign next to the door behind the counter that said "Storage Area. Well, one can climb through the open window if small enough and really want to. The only other option seems to be the Storage Area.

Jill leaned out of her Drill Dozer as she stepped further and further in, eyes widening as she caught glimpses of vanishing and reforming walls and doors, creepy.
She had to admit, she was glad the two little Pokemon could light up the factory.
At least until everything went to hell, the entrance sealed, everything sealed until only one option remained. The Storage room, and the window.
She could fit through the window, but a sinking feeling told her to stay in her Drill Dozer, "Um, guys, I'll check out this room, ok? Stay safe." She mumbled as she slowly guided the Drill Dozer toward the room.

Iris was bemused when the open doorway failed her. In fact, it now looked like it was ...sealed? What the heck? Hadn't anyone taught the house owner to hold the door open for someone? Especially a lady! How rude! In fact, as Iris turned around and realized they were now 'trapped', she wasn't going to take no for an answer! ...Or at least, she'd put in the effort and see what happened. "Alright Dragonite. Let's open that door!" Iris announced defiantly. "(With pleasure)" Dragonite replied in a growl, pulling his weight back and raising an arm threateningly. He then threw his weight forward, attempting to punch a huge hole where the door had been.

...And depending on if that actually works, Iris will either attempt to once again enter that doorway or reluctantly resign herself to rethinking her plans. As a backup plan, that window was looking somewhat promising, at least as far as she was concerned. The champion, being lithe in her own right, would move to crawl under that window to see what was on the other side. Hoo hoo, adventure!1d20+3

Cosplay stared in bewilderment as their surroundings changed. "(Oookay...)" she muttered. She then watched as Dragonite tried to punch a hole in the wall. Cosplay dug through her bag before putting on her Rock Star Costume. She then ran forward it such high speeds, it was hard to see her move as she boosted her speed. She then readied an Electro Ball before flinging it at the wall, trying to blast a hole in it.

It would seem our brave heroes were very defiant of fate. As they well should be! Why should we let a strange wall that staticed out of nowhere tell us what to do?! We are the future of civilization on Li and house siding should bow down on us! The siding shall feel the pain of all those it sheltered from the cold! And the wall got just what it deserved as it shattered into a million pieces at Cosplay and Dragonite's combined might! Take that wall!....

The wall quickly rebuilt itself in a mere instant and a sudden burst of energy retaliated against Dragonite and blasted him backwards with as much force as his own punch. And in a similar fashion as how the wall made Dragonite punch himself, the Electro Ball came flying right back at Cosplay to shock them back. Shaymin watched the strange spectacle as Iris seemed to give up and go to the window and crawl through. "(... I will follow her. Cosplay, could you provide the pink haired one with light?)" Shaymin asked before following after to scurry into the window.

Storage Room

The room behind the door was... very odd for a storage room. There was a tree growing out of the metal floor, random puddles of water that look surprisingly deep, a Trash can... A random... piece of a car... Yeah, nothing strange here at all. There was one thing in the room that held real interest other than the trash can though. Lying on the floor was an SD Card looking thing. Maybe putting that into a computer or something would provide something.... Assuming it is not as messed up as this place. As Jill sees it though, there is what sounds like heavy static around the room and the strange feeling... that they weren't alone.

Me...al Bay

As soon as Shaymin crawled through the window, it shut itself and the latch seemed to lock itself... It looked like Iris might not be able to recall her Dragonite to bring her over if she was planning to. No matter how hard one tried to mess with the lock, it would not budge nor would the window open.

As for what was in the Me---al Bay... well, it looked like some kind of medical treatment area... with restraining chairs, lab tables with restraints, syringes lying around, empty Pokeballs, a broken test tube, the works. Oh yeah, there also seemed to be what every Medical Bay had and a chunk of mountain along with a Hot Spring just in the middle of the floor... You know, as Medical Bays do. There were doors on the north and west sides that were wide open but the insides were as dark as the rest of the place. Shaymin's Dazzling Gleam was the only real source of light.

Jill blinked and peered back at the room, yep, that was still the factory. Then what was all this!?
She skirted the puddles, sure if she fell in, she wasn't coming back up. Nor did she touch any random destruction in the room, she'd learnt her lesson on all these things.
As she neared a SD card on the floor, she scratched as her ears, get that noise out! She settled for throwing one hand over her ears and plucking the card from the floor, now if only the Drill Dozer had a computer.

Dragonite staggered a bit as he was knocked off balance by the blast of energy retaliating against him, more because he wasn't prepared for it than anything else. He appeared bewildered, brushing off his chest for a moment as he stared the wall down. Waaall... WAAAALL...

"(The wall has earned my respect.)"

It came as a sudden grunt, but Dragonite was decidedly uninterested in attacking the wall after that impressive display of strength. Dragonite moved to pursue Iris, only to find himself abruptly separated. As the young girl crawled her way past the window it shut behind her, preventing her from recalling him to grant him access. Dragonite just sort of watched in disbelief as Iris pressed her hands against the window, pouting. The two gazed longingly at each other, becoming immensely distressed by their separation. The two seemed to watch each other for a long moment before they reluctantly turned away, going their separate ways, seemingly with new understanding in their eyes.

As Dragonite sluggishly tagged along, each step highly audible due to his immense weight, he remained oblivious to some of the more subtle weirdness of the building. The paranormal activity was obvious, but the layout of the room and the out of place stuff inhabiting it was lost on him. He also did not notice he was being watched. Perhaps he was distracted, attempting to reunite with his beloved trainer. Dragonite ignored the storage room, immediately searching for a way deeper into the house.

Meanwhile, Iris crawled into the medical bay and frowned, looking around. "...I don't like the look of this room." she mused aloud, seemingly to no one in particular. Standing back up, Iris turned to look at Shaymin. "Oh, hey!" she would add, smiling light-heartedly. "I've gotta find a way back to Dragonite. He's not safe on his own." Iris explained thoughtfully. Clearly, it was the little girl who protected the giant dragon.

Iris gave the medical equipment a wide berth and began investigating the hot springs and ... mountain chunk. How did she do this, you ask because I'm presumptuous like that? Iris dropped back down onto her hands and knees and began... sniffing things. She sniffed the water. She sniffed any plant life on that mountain. In reality, it was her way of trying to determine whether something was off about all this weird stuff in the room. Could that water be toxic? Could that mountain be artificial? What was up with all this?
