History On Li: After Metal Sonic's last traitorus act, Eggman put him into a state of stasis on Li. The robotic hedgehog stayed in a shut down state for a majority of his time on the planet. However, an issue occured as the machine holding him got disabled for a moment. This was enough time for Metal Sonic to reboot and his red eyes appeared. Metal Sonic noticed the position Eggman put him in and quickly became enraged.
An explosion occured and the machine was blasted open as Metal Sonic overloaded it. Eggman had some backup measures to keep Metal Sonic tame as robots surrounded the doppleganger. Metal Sonic swiftly and easily took care of them before noticing a giant robot come in that was glowing purple. Metal Sonic was not familiar with this glow and tried to scan the robot. The data on it only came up as an unknown illness like some strange kind of virus. This robot also seemed to put up a much bigger fight before being taken down.
Metal Sonic noticed the base seemed abandoned now that he looked at it. He walked over to it and found that the doctor was doing some kind of research on Starvia. "... That may be useful..." The machine concluded before hearing a lot more robots. Metal Sonic looked back to the computer to see where Eggman headed. With the data of the Life Sphere in hand, Metal Sonic decided to get out of the old base of Eggman's and get revenge.

Primary Attacks(3):
- Striking Protocol: Metal Sonic attacks the foe with basic strikes with his robotic limbs, mostly kicks but also has punches. STR Based.
- Spin Dash: Metal curls into a ball and uses momentum to strike the foe with great power. The rolling and strikes can be done from the air or the ground through use of anti-gravity. DEX Based.
- Homing Attack: Metal Sonic jumps into the air in curls into a ball before locking onto his foe. He then speeds towards the foe and delivers a strike to the foe. DEX Based.
Special Attacks(3):
- Copy Scan: Metal Sonic is capable of researching how a foe fights and is able to apply this to his own fighting style. Metal Sonic can copy a signature move from the foe and replace the scan move with it. Completing a mission with a move allows him to use it outside that mission. If he wants to scan any other moves during one mission, he has to erase the last move he scanned.
- Black Shield: Metal Sonic puts up a defensive barrier around himself that shields him from harm brought by offensive techniques. However, when the shield is up, he is incapable of movement and he is still vulnerable to moves that do not inflict damage. 5 turn cooldown.
- Ring Spark Field: An attack where Metal overloads on nuclear energy to send out a powerful wave of electricty around his body. This attack can be used while in movement and has a 25% chance to paralyze and an additional 25% chance at inflicting Sickness on biological targets. Since the sickness is radiation based, those immune to radiation are also immune to the sickness. WIS
Ultimate Attack(1):
-V. Maxium Overdrive Technique: Metal Sonic overloads his circuits to go beyond his normal limitations. His body starts sparking intensely and a giant heat overcomes the hedgehog. This boosts Metal's DEX, STR and WIS by 8 for 3 turns and gives him a constant destructive field of energy that deals damage and has a 30% chance to burn as long as he is near. However, after the form ends, Metal Sonic has to take a turn to recover where his STR, DEX, WIS and CON are lowered by 4.
