Shizuka stood infront of the canyon, separated from It by a dark abyss just below her, she was unsure where It goes but she didn't want to be the one to fall and find out, there was one way to get to the canyon...Which was a rickety bridge just near her, since she couldn't fly she and the rest of her group for the mission must take the bridge If they want to get to the canyon and find out about the house on top of It.

Speaking of which, what was taking the group so long to get here? Shizuka checked the time and looked up at the house again, so far no survivors were shown outside since the time Shizuka saw them, hopefully they did not become victims of the Starvia, If only Rosalyn was here, she would of been here more...Quicker then these Neku and Jill people...She missed Rosalyn.

Jill huffed and puffed as she walked the Drill Dozer up to the canyon, usually she would just jump on the Red Dozers van, and they would drive her there.
Truly, while saving somebody was a nice idea, Jill wasn't here just for that. No, she was here looking for something intresting, a treasure!
Finally, she made it to the top, looked like she and another girl were the only one's here. "Hey, is this the-Whoa!" She skidded to a stop, that canyon was huge!
She pushed herself up and over the front of the Drill Dozer, peering down, cool!
She could see the broken bridge and everything! This would be just like old times!

Neku already regretted his decision to join THIS particular mission. Not because of who it was, not because of what he was doing, he regretted it because of the location. The teen had never done anything like this, and it was TIRING, even if he was a player. As he finally arrived, he took in the people he was with, he had actually run into one of them back at the Life Sphere. "Looks like you and I keep running into eachother." Shizuka watched as Neku and Jill appeared for the mission, It seems the two knew each other, however Shizuka was not interested in what goes on In the Life Sphere, unless she's involved In It, and she might admit It Is a good place for survivors like the possible ones at the top of the canyon. "Ok you two are here, and you seem to know each other...Like I care about that, come on...There's a bridge over there that were going to have to take." Shizuka said as she walked to the old bridge and looked at It before looking back at Jill and Neku.

"Unless you have a plan B, we have to take this bridge." Shizuka said as she spoke again. "I'll go first to make sure It Is safe to cross." Shizuka said as she began to walk on the rickety bridge to the other side where the canyon is.

Without looking down since she didn't want to see what her possible fate Is.

After some problems where bits of the bridge broke, Shizuka did managed to make It to the other side of the bridge, she looked at Jill and Neku and wondered who will go next.

Jill perked up at the sight of a familiar face, she wouldn't call him a friend but it was nice to see someone she actually knew in the Life Sphere. She waved briefly, stopping when Shizuka brushed off the fact they knew each other, ice queen.

She peered over the side of the canyon, feeling the familiar surge of excitement as Shizuka crossed, of course breaking the bridge slightly as she messed up. Jill trotted up to the beginning of the bridge, bouncing the Drill Dozer as she prepared to dash across the bridge.

Most people would be scared of guiding a hunk of metal on an already broken bridge, they might even leave it behind, luckily, Jill wasn't most people. In just a second, she leapt forward, eyes locked on the end.

She instantly felt something break, the foot of the Drill Dozer plunging downward as she ran, Jill just managed to keep her balance and threw herself past the last reaches of the bridge. She yelled across to Neku, sincerely hoping that he would have better luck than she.

Neku almost sighed when he heard the had to cross such an unstable bridge. Somehow he wasn't surprised. He watched, arms crossed, as the other 2 crossed. Shizuka had a few problems, but nothing major. Jill on the other hand, had successfully made his life harder. "Of course that happened, don't know what I was expecting..." He cursed under his breath as he began his sprint across.

Shizuka watched Jill and Nekus attempts to make It over the bridge, while Jill seemed to create a few holes but managed to throw herself to safety, Neku seemed to have problems with the bridge which was about to collapse due to making the wrong steps, Shizuka sighed as she reached her hand to Nekus and tried to pull him to safety. "Grab my hand." Shizuka said emotionless as she grabbed onto Nekus hand and tried to pull him to her and Jill, speaking of which Shizuka looked towards Jill.

"If I step on the bridge quickly pull me back."

Shizuka managed to pull Neku to safety and rubbed her head after doing so, looking at the nearly destroyed bridge. "Now we'll have a problem with the bridge when we get back here...If we will..." Shizuka said emotionlessly as she looked around the canyon for a place to climb, when she realised that the canyon was too steep to climb, the group has reached a problem...And they just started to.

"Uh oh, we might have a problem." Shizuka said trying to get Neku and Jill's attention. "This canyon Is to steep to climb normally, plus I think I see a spot at the top of It, so even If we did managed to climb we would end up having another problem dealing with said spot...Fortunately we can climb up in the inside." Shizuka said as she touched a bit of the wall from the canyon...The spot she was touching seemed to feel hollow then the rest of the canyon. "This spot right here feel's hollow...We can go In through here, but we need to break the wall down first." Shizuka said as she got out her raygun.

And tried to shoot open the wall.

"Luckily I might be able to do."

But her raygun just bounced off It.

Shizuka watched as her effort was meaningless as the wall did not came down, look's like It's up to Neku and Jill for some help with breaking the wall down, she turned towards her partners and spoke again.

"So...Think one of you's can break down the wall...I feel as though you'll be able to do It Jill, but I want to see Neku's efforts If you fail."

She looked up the canyon, even with the Air Dozer it would be hard to get up there, and she wanted to save that feature till she really needed it. She chuckled as the gun barely did anything to the wall, brandishing the Drill Dozer's arms, it was built for this!

Somehow, being a super robot designed for a war torn world made a mere brick wall seem a bit inadequette. Kelsey just sort of walked up to the wall, turned, braced her leg and promptly kicked the brick wall down with one of her distinctly bulky legs. One kick was all it took to violently tear a big hole in the wall. Kelsey hesitantly pulled her leg out of the pile of bricks and shook some residue off her armor, turning to acknowledge the other two. "Greetings, by the way. Shizuka watched as Jill tried...And failed to bust down the wall, It seem's It was all up to Neku now, or else they have to try and climb up despite the canyon being steep. "Well Neku...It's your turn...Huh?" Shizuka turned and was surprised to find that Neku had mysteriously vanished. "Where did he go?" She said looking at Jill, confused...However Shizuka turned when she heard a voice nearby, a girl named Kelsey appeared, most likely to take Neku's place and In an instant brought down the wall, allowing the trio to go In and continue the mission.

"That was good...I guess, I was disappointed that Neku just up and vanished without doing anything." Shizuka said as she climbed Into the canyon and started to walk into It, taking out her raygun in case she was attacked by Starvia. As she kept walking, the new girl, Kelsey, introduced herself to Shizuka and Jill, she just sighed. "Wow...I'm so interested In your name, how about we focus on our current objective like getting to the top of the canyon and finding the survivors." Shizuka said as she stopped to notice something to her right, a large rock with a tunnel leading outside, Shizuka tried to climb up the rock, but yet again It's too steep, there were other paths around the area but It's too dark to go in those.

After failing to climb up the rock, Shizuka looked towards Kelsey and Jill. "If we climb up this rock we may be able to head upwards, can any of you fly?...But then again's it's most likely that you don't." Shizuka said...Before hearing something near, she quickly aimed her raygun behind Kelsey and Jill and looked around for the source of the noise.

"Did you hear that...?"

Shizuka looked In the darkness...And quickly gasped when a tentacle shot out of It and tried to slam Into her, Kelsey and Jill.

"Lookout...It's a tentacle for some reason?"

Jill glanced back at where she thought Neku was, face dropping as she saw he had disappeared. Jeez, did he get scared or something? She startled as a newcomer appeared, busting down the wall so quickly Jill doubted she was human.

Regardless, she held her hand out, "Hey Kelsey, I'm Jill." She tilted her head towards Shizuka, "And don't mind her, she's a jerk." Whether or not she accepted the handshake, Jill would smile and peer up the canyon.

Suddenly, a thought hit her. She cranked something in the Drill Dozer and smiled madly as it shifted to a more air worthy form, "Now I can fly, but only for a little while." She admitted, spinning the drill to rise into the air.

She gasped as she barely got off the ground before a tentacle struck at her.

Despite already flying, the surprise left her to freeze till the last second, leaving her to get slapped by the horrible appendage. But she wasn't scared, instead she sent the new Air Dozer right into the monster.

Kelsey declined to respond to Shizuka, her expression twisting into a frown as her mood was brought down by the rather cruel remark. Some humans could be very cruel, but she supposed they weren't obligated to care for her existence. She was grateful that her creator was a kinder soul that had allowed her a bit more dignity than this. Shame he wasn't around to stick up for her. If the girl insisted upon treating her like a faceless robot, though, then that was she would be. Kelsey averted her gaze, only for Jill to grab her attention.

One must understand, Kelsey had very large hands. It was as if she were wearing some very, very thick metal gloves--or alternatively just wasn't human. She would accept the handshake anyway, grasping Jill's hand gently in a rather awkward manner as she returned the gesture. "Right. I appreciate your honesty." Kelsey replied, making eye contact with Jill. Soon, however, it was time for progress. Kelsey turned her gaze up at the rock, declining to answer Shizuka's question. It sounded rhetorical, and she didn't care for the banter. Suddenly, however, movement caught Kelsey's eyes. She barely had enough time to raise her guard before the flying appendage struck her.

...But that was more than satisfactory. The tentacle impacted Kelsey's heavily armored arm and she parried it away from her body, sustaining minimal damage in the process. When she looked to the creature in question, however, her face twisted in disguise. She had thought she was here to protect a girl from creeps, not slay incomprehensible eldritch abominations from Light only knows where! "What is that thing?!" Kelsey asked in alarm. She did not hesitate, however, as regardless of what exactly the creature was it clearly wasn't human by anyone's definition of the word, and it had just made the mistake of attacking them. Kelsey lunged forward, pulling her fist back and getting right up in the monster's face...s...

It appeared that the robot woman intended to punch the horrific monstrosity in its face .... faces. One of them, anyway. Kelsey twisted her torso and threw her fist forward in a strong, practiced punch. At the apex of her punch an explosive pop was heard as her forearm rocketed off her elbow, attempting to bury itself deep in the monster's flesh before quickly floating back and re-attaching to Kelsey.

Shizuka shrugged, but spoke when Jill called her a jerk. "Yeah, the smartest one In this mission Is a jerk...Now I know whenever I see you in danger I'll decide weather to help you or not." Shizuka said to Jill as the group began to attack at the monster, although Shizuka waited and see how Jill and the silent Kelsey would do first to see how useful her partners In her mission are.

The Monster quickly saw the two incoming girls and screamed In a high pitched tone...Which was actually meant to try and hurt the trio's eardrums. "Oh...No." Shizuka said as she held In her ears.

The Monster was punched straight In the face by Kelsey, but managed to dodge the attacks Jill had in store for him. His eye quickly turned red...But did not fire a laser...In fact It started to cry green tears and whimper as It went into a fetal position and shook his head. "I think those tears are acid." Shizuka said having recovered from the previous attack, she noticed the tears burn through some rocks just nearby and quickly saw some heading towards her and the others.

Jill gritted her teeth in determination as the Drill Dozer coughed and heaved in mid-air, she would have to land soon. A trembling signaled a scream, the wave of sound loud enough to make her worry for the Drill Dozer's constitution.

She smirked as she whirled higher, the Drill Dozer trembled but her ears didn't explode. She saw the acid plop near her and struggled to drive the Air Dozer form one last time into the air.

Sensing the incoming scream, Kelsey just kinda... outsmarted the monster and promptly turned her ears off. She didn't like what she was hearing from Shizuka anyway. Somehow she got the impression that speaking to the other might actually be actively dangerous. Hopefully Shizuka would appreciate her silence and leave her be, lest she be forced to do something less than ideal. Like ... run away from the unstable human, she guessed. That sounded positively awful. Kelsey pulled back slightly, her body beginning to glow with a bluish-white aura. She promptly struck the creature again with her explosively propeled fists, attempting to put on and keep on the pressure.

Kelsey was unable to move out of the way, but she raised her arms to shield the most delicate area of her body from harm. Though the acid was strong enough to melt rocks, it didn't do a whole lot of damage to her reinforced titanium-X alloy body. Sensing that htis creature might take a bit logner to bring down, Kelsey would lunge and throw herself into the monster. She was attempting to drag the creature to the ground and hold it down using her raw, hadou empowered strength to prevent it from dodging any of the other girl's attacks, and if she were lucky preventing it from attacking them.
