Appearance:
Alignment: Neutral Good
History On Li: Iris arrived on Li under mysterious circumstances. She was having one of the most intense pokemon battles she'd ever experienced with one of the most powerful pokemon trainers the world had ever known when her fervor rose to a feverish pitch. When she next regained clarity of mind, she was no longer battling a trainer but was instead surrounded by starvia infected wild pokemon. Without missing a beat, Iris and her team enthusiastically fought these pokemon. As Iris fought she began to notice the evil nature of her opponents, however, as well as their massive power boost. When Iris realized something big was amiss, she stopped playing around and dispatched the remaining pokemon she was fighting before fleeing the area.
Eventually, Iris and her tired team would discover the Life Sphere, where Iris and her party spent some time recovering from their severe fatigue, illness, and wounds. When Iris and her party began feeling better, they dedicated time to getting to know the Life Sphere, investigating the locals and getting to know the problems they faced. As of now, Iris has made plans to become a regular at Sunshine Stadium, as well as to bolster the forces of good in their efforts to save the world. She believes that fighting is the best way to get to know and trust each other, as well as the best way to deal with an enemy.

Stats:
Iris has a kything connection with her pokemon, which means that she can feel their pain, see through their eyes and intuitively understand their thoughts as they're thinking of them. This connection goes both ways. Dragonite and Hydreigon can fly freely. All of Iris' pokemon can swim well enough to carry passengers.

[PTab=Primary Attacks (8)]Martial Arts: Draco's martial arts prowess is versatile -- punches and kicks only scrape the surface. Functions as her Jab™ and thus can be combo'd as per Light Attack rules. (Light Str Attack; Does 8% Damage)
Draco Upper: Flame encasing a furious fist! Draco uppercuts as she leaves a trail of fire behind her stroke, fire enhancing the impact like a few of her other moves. It has a 50% chance to Burn the foe. 1 turn cooldown. (Medium Str Attack; Does 14% Damage)
Dynasonic: She's fired up! Draco unleashes a fearsome flurry of rapid blows, that may as well be a continuous blast of pain, that finishes with a particularly charged final punch* that has a 30% chance to Stun the foe. Such a YATATATATA is exhausting to spam even for someone as energetic as her -- as such, the attack holds a cooldown of two turns to keep herself in check. (Heavy Str Attack; Does 20% Damage)
Draconic Hurricane: Draco strikes an enemy with all the speed and force of a hurricane, creating a small sonic boom that violently launches the victim with extreme knockback! 3 turn cooldown. (Heavy Str Attack; Does 30% Damage)
Dragon Tail: Draco turns about and whips an enemy with her tail! 2 turn cooldown. (Heavy Str Attack; Does 26% Damage)
Megaton Kick: Put those legs to use by applying them directly to your opponent's posterior. This attack suffers a -2 accuracy penalty. (Heavy Str Attack; Does 24% Damage)
Love Magic: Explosive hearts, scalding rainbows, twirling ribbons and sparkles. The power of a magical girl is misleading in its harmless appearance. Defeat foes with the force of love! 1 turn cooldown. (Medium Cha Attack. Does 14% + 2x Cha Mod Damage)
Butt Slam: Butt slam a target to show them their place, squishing them underneath her. This attack will inflict the mini, mind-melted or infatuation status at the user's discretion. Does double damage if the user is giant or their enemy is mini. The user experiences a -1 to her dodge roles on the following turn. Has a 3 turn cooldown. (Medium Wis Attack; Does 12% + 2x Cha Mod Damage)
Hip Bash: Iris hits someone with her hip and the target spontaneously explodes into hearts on contact with her. If someone attacks Iris from behind with a close-range attack or she gets thrown backward at another character she gets to use this attack on whomever that is as a free action. Additionally, it has a 30% chance of inflicting the infatuation status. Has a -2 accuracy penalty and a 2 turn cooldown. (Heavy Str Attack; Does 25% + Cha Mod Damage)[/PTab={min-height:150px;max-height:300px;overflow:auto;}]
[PTab=Special Attacks (8)]Dragonheart Tenacity: For every 20% damage Draco accumulates, her strength stat increases by 1 and her damage done increases by 1%
Perfect Sync: Whenever Iris' pokemon gain a buff that buff, and it's duration, are shared by Iris for as long as the pokemon remains out of its pokeball. Additionally, Iris can take this bond to the next level and 'become' one with her pokemon. While this is active she gains a buff called "Perfect Sync" that enables her to distribute 14 stat points to her pokemon and 10 stat points to herself temporarily, raising their stats to be comparable to a normal player character's. These stat points are to be treated as part of their base stats and therefore cannot break the base stat cap. However, while this buff is active any damage Iris or her pokemon take is mirrored between them, meaning if her pokemon takes damage Iris also takes that amount of damage as an example. Additionally, this buff allows Iris to use her pokemon's attacks in their steed.
Draco Burning: Draco assumes a powerful stance as a blazing aura ignites within and around her. For the following three turns after this is cast, Draco's STR and DEX modifiers increase by 1 but her INT and WIS mods suffer a -1 penalty. In addition, attacks used may be Critical on Nat 18 and 19 rolls as well as 20. Does not consume an action. Maintaining a state is taxing -- as such, the special holds a cooldown of three turns.
Draco Special:Takes two actions over two turns to use. On the first turn... all muscles in Draco's right arm tense as she prepares a mighty punch. The fist ignites and radiates a bright orange glow. If she's hit during the charging process, she must succeed on a constitution save of 10 or higher to maintain concentration, or the effort is wasted and she gets stunned. If she manages to hold her charge though, she jumps forward at her target on her next turn and unleashes one murderous punch that explodes on connection, sending the foe backward! Tiring as all hell -- the attack has a 2 turn cooldown. (Heavy Str Attack; Does 32% Damage)
Burning Breath: Draco breathes in deeply, and forcefully exhales a cone of fire due to igniting the breath in her throat. Has a 100% chance to burn the foe if it hits. 3 turn cooldown. (Medium Wis Attack; does 16% Damage)
Dragon Dance: Draco performs a mystical hunting dance to hype herself up for battle, boosting her damage done by 5% and her dexterity stat by 4 for three turns. This attack has a 4 turn cooldown beginning after it ends.

Torment: Psych a foe out by studying their movements and trying to predict when they will make an attack next. If the target uses an attack on the turn its cooldown ends and it becomes available, or in the case of attacks without cooldowns more than once in a single turn, the user gains a +3 to dodging or resisting that attack and gains a free action. If the offending attack is a crit, it loses the auto hit property of criticals. This lasts for 3 turns, and has a 3 turn cooldown.
