The front gates to the castle seemed a lot more guarded than they usually were. Giant monsters from various worlds blocking entrance to the point it would be a fool's errand to try and take them down. However, that entrance seemed to be their primary and only focus on the entrance to the castle holding the monsters that were gathering. There obviously was quite a force to be reckoned with if there were so many here.

A little ways around the castle was the back entrance which they left locked but not guarded. Link, now dressed in his Hylian Assassin clothes jumped down to the back entrance and tested the door. This lock was no match for his stealth gloves. He firmly grasped the handle... and quite literally ripped the door off it's hinges... And not very quietly. Fortunately no alarm sounded so maybe no one heard that... Maybe he should wait for the other two... Link decided to follow this idea and sat down on the ground by the door.

The lights inside the castle were very bright as seen from the outside. The sounds suggest there were hundreds upon thousands of monsters inside. It may be best to handle this mission with extra caution should they be overran. They must be powerful to kick out whatever infected were in here before... assuming they did not run after the incident that caused the disappearance of Gilius Thunderhead and the unconscious stat of Lyn. Hopefully that Death Adder was truly gone from the picture or this may be a problem without the Golden Ax. Worst comes, might always seems to be a viable answer so things seem fine still.

A medium sized feminine figure shot across the ground towards Link at high speeds, crouched low to the ground to help avoid detection. The young girl would skid to a stop not far from Link, already clad in her sleek, mostly skin-tight armor. She placed a hand on her hip and gestured to herself with her free hand. "Guess I wasn't early after all. I'm Ashe." she said in a somewhat quiet tone. One might be surprised by how far a voice might carry... Ashe watched the open door carefully for a moment before turning her attention back to Link. She watched him expectantly, seeming to ask him what was next with her eyes.

"hope I'm not too late to deal with this sort of dilemma." a telepathic voice called as a pokemon quite out of the ordinary came into view, the psychic pokemon mewtwo appeared behind ashe wearing his Psychic focus armor and looked like it was ready to storm an impregnable fortress.

Link looked to Ashe as he heard a loud skid approaching. He looked to the door he ripped off the hinges and rubbed the back of his head. Maybe he should of waited and not overdone it. One of those Pokemon guys also appeared with her and this looked like a good team to infiltrate this castle and take down the leader. Whoever the leader is never going to know who he truly is messing with.

Link in his Hylian Assassin armor looked over his neck to the corridors of the castle. "Don't worry, you are right on time. Inside this castle is the leader of a gathering army of monsters. We simply get to them and take them down and the army will probably lose hope and disband. I am guessing the leader is in the Throne Room. We should try not to get caught though unless we get overrun. Before we gathered I looked into the path this door leads to and it looks like we have three paths we can take that will probably eventually lead to the Throne Room. The most direct route would be taking the hallway but that is an easy way to get caught. Alternatively we have a door that leads to the basement which probably has plenty of dark places to hide. The final route is taking the dining room which has places to hide but both of those indirect routes have no telling where we may end up. Which route do you two think we should begin with?" Link explained and asked.

(CHOICE TIME: Choose a path between going the direct route, the basement, or whatever path the Dining Room leads to.)

Ashe took a quick glance at their party. They all kind of stuck out, what with Ashe's mega body and gravity-defying ponytail. Nevermind Link's outfit and Mewtwo's ... Mewtwo. Could they really hide in a dining room? It seemed a bit risky to rely on that and going the direct route just didn't sound sensible to her. "Let's take the basement route!" Ashe replied after a moment's thought. "If we're careful and a little bit lucky, we could get a huge head start before anyone sounds the alarm." Ashe added, glancing about herself for a moment. Still all clear? Perfect~

"I think the basement is a good location to start, I have a smashdar set up in the helmet of my armor that would be of use in detecting anyone in the vicinity before they even see who they are up against." Mewtwo said telepathically to the two of them, pointing to the helmet where the back of the smashdar could be seen, thus giving all three of them a big advantage over the enemies they might be facing.

But just in case, Mewtwo began charging a shadow ball as a means of getting the jump on an enemy quickly.

"Alright, sounds good to me. Let's go," Link agreed with the two before leading them in and opening the door that lead to the basement. He walked down the stairs before hearing talking and hiding behind a wine barrel before he was noticed. This room of the castle looked to be a Wine Cellar. It was pretty dark in here and the only light was a lantern held by a pig like creature wielding a long polearm. There was Wine Barrels all over the place to provide cover. There were also Wine Shelves, tables, and chairs scattered around as well. All made of wood. Scattered around the floor were wine bottles that could either hinder or make for a good distraction.

"... What is up with that guy with the helmet anyway? He seems kind of creepy and he won't respond to a word I say. Tried to share a drink with him and he slapped it to the floor. It's like he has no heart or something. Not sure where the boss gets these weirdos. Ya know what I mean?" The Moblin went on as a heartless shambled back and forth and the Moblin leaned against a table. He seemed to be talking to the only other life in there... an adorable little blue slime. The slime stared at him with a goofy smile before sticking a tongue out and touching their tip before retracting it and returning to blank staring. ".... Why did I have to get stuck with the Jerk of Armor and the mindless Slime?"

(You can sneak up and dispose of enemies by using your dexterity to sneak up on them then attacking. The enemy will then have a WISDOM check to notice the sneak attack coming and if they do they get a Dexterity Dodge. However, if they do not notice, they will be knocked out instantly on a high enough roll. You may only target one enemy while focusing on stealth and the environment plays a major role. The required roll for the guards depend on description of sneaking and the roll itself.)

(Roll a 10 to avoid moving bottles if on ground. The Darkness grants a +2 MOD bonus for you against the Slime, a +1 against the Moblin but no bonus for the Soldier.)

Observing the layout of the enemies, Ashe would hold up a finger to ask her companions to wait a moment. The young girl demerged, forsaking her armor. It would be easier to maintain stealth with the extra flexibility her armorless form allowed, and her unarmored body was simply less noisy in general. Ashe would then get doown on her stomach, crawling into the room. The tiny girl would be very difficult to see even in high light conditions, laying low to the ground where all of the barrels and furnitures would provide her maximum coverage. Ashe expertly traversed the room, slowly making a wide arc towards her target to make sure she stayed out of his vision.

Hopefully, her allies would be getting into position and waiting for their chance to strike.

As Ashe closed in on the heartless shoulder, her eyes would glimmer in the darkness with predatory intent. Carefull not to make a sound, she would quietly rise to her feet behind a wine rack. Taking a final moment to pace her strike, Ashe would swiftly slip out from cover and, within a second, she was upon the heartless shoulder. From just out of sight, Ashe would bring her buster pistol above her head and violently bring the butt of the pistol down upon the heartless' skull. With any luck, Ashe would knock the soldier out before it had a chance to fight back.

Not wasting a single moment, Ashe would slip forward towards the moblin. She would reach out and attempt to snuff out the lantern by pinching it's wick to keep her cover from being blown.

Finally, Ashe would step back and drop to her knees. She quickly shifted onto a wine rack she'd taken notice of earlier. If all went well, her allies would be able to safely take out the other enemies in the darkness. She had a feeling the talkative one would give his position away without any coercion.1d20+5·1d20+5·1d20+6

Mewtwo would calmly observe the monsters in the room while preparing his shadow ball, the only thing that could ruin his day however is if he had to attack an unsuspecting victim while dealing with another victim in the process, so he decided on a sniper position by hiding in the shadows to strike.

He would immediately start by launching his fully charged shadow ball at the slime to hopefully get a kill in the task.

Link waited for Ashe as she requested and watched as she went to take out the guards. The Soldier had the tendency to see through the darkness using it's eyes. It was unable to detect Arle however as she was too swift. The Soldier fell to the ground as it took a hit to the back of his helmet like head. The Soldier then faded into the darkness with a heart flying up through the ceiling.

The Moblin that hated his job had no time to notice however as his latern suddenly went out. "Hey! Why did this lousy thing go out!" The Moblin yelled as he shook his lantern. "You didn't knock this thing out too, did ya! Speak up ya walking helmet!" The Moblin continued. Then there was a squeal as the Shadow Ball caught the Slime completely off guard. The Slime was hit and desolved into the floor as it too was defeated.

"... Slime? What happened?" The Moblin asked. He seemed to suddenly realize it was not the soldier that took out the light. And considering nothing was happening and everyone was dying around him... NINJAS WERE INVADING THE CASTLE! He had to tell someone fa-... Before he could do that however, Link's spiked ball quickly hit the Moblin in the face. The impact knocked him out and the pig fell to the ground as the group cleared the room rather flawlessly.

"Good work, team," Link said as he walked towards the doorway. "Okay... Now we just need to follow one of these paths..." Link said as the door lead to a hallway. The wall opposite them had two arrows that pointed in opposite directions. The Left said it lead to the dungeons while the Right arrow pointed to the armory.

Ashe breathed a sigh of relief as she followed Link forward, murmuring under her breath. "That was... perfect." Ashe remarked. Perfection wasn't a standard she had been expecting anyone else to meet, and so this came as a surprise to her. Huh. These guys were alright. "Here's some food for thought. There's a fair chance the armory is heavily guarded and there's a good chance nobody is going to expect us to go that way. But... I don't know why the dungeons would be directly connected to the throne room. Maybe we should take our chances with the amory." Ashe mused aloud. it seemed a little ridiculous to her to store your prisoners right next to your king, but there wouldn't be any telling for sure until they wasted their time checking for themselves. Then again, it probably really depended on the builder. "What do you guys think?"

"I may make the suggestion of playing our cards right and find the pathe with the least amount of enemies. It might even prove beneficial to one of us three if it turns out in our favor." Mewtwo spoke telepathically to the two, his smashdar was letting him know in no uncertain terms that there might be enemies patrolling somewhere, and engaging an entire hoard of monsters was not in his best interest this time.

Link looked down both ways as he thought about Ashe's proposal. It did make a bit of sense to go to the armory. Mewtwo brought out some device to help with the decision too.... It would seem like it was not picking up anything. It would seem it was made to be more of an encyclopedia than a radar... ironically. "... I don't think it was made for that. But I do think less enemies sounds good. Besides, even if it does not lead to where we need to go, there may be prisoners. Let's go to the Dungeons then," Link instructed as he lead them down the hall.

In the dungeons, there seemed to be no guards at all. There was a coffin standing upright against the wall with a Sword and Shield holstered next to it. The cells were mostly empty... except one which had a glowing orb with wings in a bottle. "You better let me out of here! I know a guy that can slice thousands of you by himself! So you better open this jar before he finds you!... Please?" The fairy rambled on.

"Proxy..." Link whispered as he seemed to recogonize her.

Ashe shrugged helplessly. Maybe the dungeons would surprise her. As they got further into them, Ashe noticed a fairy and overheard Link whispering about it. She promptly went to lean against the back wall, standing back away from the cell to keep watch. Never knew if anyone would try and sneak up behind them or if that conveniently placed weaponry might suddenly decide it wanted to fight. She was, of course, listening in on the conversation to be had.

Mewtwo would follow suit, charging up another shadow ball in case any enemies were around. Mewtwo's smashdar was silent as nothing seemed out of the ordinary at the moment though it would be fitting all the same to be prepared for anything.

"hopefully our presence is minimal enough to avoid detection. Cause if that heartless was able to be taken down that easily then I shudder to think about what would happen if we ran into more." Mewtwo said telepathically to the other two, hoping that his hunch was wrong.
