History On Li:
Pac-Land was a nice place for the yellow ball of hunger as he spent his days relaxing eating cherries and well- everything else. Ghost attacks were low and even if there were any he could deal with them quickly. The Namco mascot wondered what always wondered what could be outside of his world and would sometimes find himself staring throughout the blue walls of the mazes he went into. Whether it was sheer luck or not, his visions came true when the explosion happened.
He soon found himself in an unfamiliar area where nothing was like it had looked before. No greens trees, blue walls, nothing. Collecting himself, he soon figured out that four ghost they he spent years chasing had wounded up here as well. There always was a dispute between as they were a pain for him but after some agreement they put their differences aside and decided to help the Pac hero dish out some punishment to whoever got in their way.
After some hours of no fruit to eat and the sound of his boots clodding on the polluted ground beneath him, he stumbled upon the Life Sphere. The dome was definitely something different for a change and looked to be housing other people. While they weren't native to his kind, he thought they might be able to help. Several minutes of wandering the bubble led him to Mario, an old friend of his who he had raced with, and found out about the whole case. While his visions of what to do are unclear, he knows for one thing that he wants to get home and help others do the same.
Primary Attacks (3)
Flip Kick: PAC-MAN flips his foot upwards as he does a full 360. This attack causes people to be launched upwards, boosting this knock-back while in the air.

Chomp: Rushes forward, PAC-MAN goes into his retro form and bites forward three times before turning back to normal. Anyone caught by the first or second bite can be carried along to receive another. This attack can easily be comboed into other moves as he can react quickly after it.

Ghost Attack: This attack can be charged up to deal more damage and once released, one of the four ghost will appear and damage people who touch them. They appear in an 8-bit form and are roughly the same size as PAC-MAN.

Power Pellet: Laying down a trail of pellets in any direction of his choosing, he soon dashes down the trail in his retro form. While in his retro form, he gains super armor plus after he eats the power pellet at the end of the trail he will become slightly larger and deal more damage. If someone hits the trail, it will break and drop the power pellet in its place. The power pellet will heal 2% of damage if eaten and taste flavorless and really chalky to people not native to Pac-Land.

Fire Hydrant: Holding his hands down, he summons a fire hydrant from his hands and pushes it down. Once it connects with the ground, it will spew out water twice before disappearing. The water pushes people back and the hydrant itself can be knocked around if dealt 10% of damage.
[Wisdom, Medium 14%]
Rev Roll: PAC-MAN runs in place at high speed then takes off, speeding forward as a yellow sphere. This move can go forward like normal or he can jump at first then continue to roll. Damage is dealt when he collides with an enemy. It can also be used as an alternative way of dodging, a way to roll through tunnels, up ramps, and other such things.

Final Smash
Super PAC-MAN: PAC-MAN pulls out a Super Pellet and a Power Pellet then chomps them down. Taking on his super form from Super PAC-MAN, he runs along the area munching everything in his path just like he would in his game. Anything caught in his mouth takes major damage and is thrown back and if they have any transformation effects (Ex. The metal coating of the Metal Box) they are removed. PAC-MAN reverts back to his normal self in three posts.

- PAC-MAN has a monstrous appetite and can gobble down food in a matter of seconds.
-The four ghosts have minds of their own and can be seen to move freely outside of combat.
