Li history: Tails was the one that proposed Sonic's course of action after hearing King Dedede's story about Tabuu. After the Sometime after the Subspace Emissary, Tails was sent to Li with Sonic. Sonic became a leader, though his plan seemed harsh. Regardless, Tails wasn't the one to leave Sonic's side and did his own thing to help. He helped other minds like E. Gadd in their electronics to trade ideas about machines and gadgets.

After a while, Tails started having strange dreams about a doll that resembled him. He knew Sonic was probably too busy so he sent a request for help. He knew though he needed to be a good fighter himself though. So Tails used his intellect to create gadgets to help him in battle. He deconstructed the Tornado Walker and making the parts into some new gadgets.

These gadgets were added to his arsenal immediately. He used some parts and the core to make a Hand Cannon. He also used some metal plus his yellow Chaos Emerald to make a Lazer Cannon. He also did some chaos research to build a handheld device to draw in the Super Emeralds' energy so he can go Super as well. Finally, he used his machine knowledge to make Special EMP Grenades. With these new tools and his usual skills, he was sure he could be a worthy opponent like Sonic.

Primary Attacks(3): Tails Spin/ Tornado Spin: Tails does a spin attack with his trusty tails for small but continuous damge for a few seconds. If Super, will fire a Tornado for extra range and the power to draw in.

Spindash/Blazing Roll: Rolls into a ball and charges into the enemy for decent damage. Does Fire Damage and has a 50% Chance to burn if Super.

Tails Rocket/Paralyzing Tackle: Tails spins his tails for a second before rushing forward and tackling the enemy for above average damage due to the speed. Damage based on Dex rather than Strength. As Super Tails it has a 50% Chance to Paralyze.

Special Attacks(3): Thunder Cannon: Fires a ball of electricity from a hand cannon that deals decent damage. (Normal Tails Only)

Magnetic Pulse Bombs: Bombs that were made to smite robots. Automatically attracts to metallic characters and if they are robotic or have AI it will deal great damage due to an EMP Pulse but small damage to non robots. (Normal Tails Only.)

Omega Blitz Lazer: A super powerful lazer cannon Tails created, it deals high damage but can only be used once every 4 turns so it can charge. (Normal Tails only)

Flicky Shot: Fires off a Super Flicky to deal extra damage and is usable along with primary attacks to deal small damage. (Super Tails only.)

Healing Omega: Tails heals himself and all allies by a half of their hp, however it only works once per transformation. (Super Tails Only)

Golden Chaos Oblivion: Super Tails fires a Golden Sphere of Chaos that explodes and deals great damage to all the explosion hits and extra damage to the one the Sphere hit. (Super Tails Only)

Ultimate Attack(1): Super Tails: He may normally need the 7 Super Emerlds but Tails has the ultimate Super Form. He has created a device that lets him tap into the Super Emeralds' power from anywhere though due to the energy's travel distance his form is only available for a short time. While Super, his Primary attacks power up and are influenced by Wisdom instead of strength, his tech moves are replaced by Super Techniques, he gains Flicky allies in his moves and his Charisma, Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, Intelligence and Wisdom increase by 6. However, due to the long energy flow, he is not invincible and the form only lasts 3 turns. If he exceeded his normal durablity he'll be weakened and able to be finished wth only one hit.

Any Other Information: He can fly at any time until he gets tired with his Tails.

Can use his intellect to hack electronics.

Pretty Much abandoned his Tornado Walker.

New Special Move added

Special Move-Tornado MK III

Tails spent some time creating a new mech to make up for his frail nature. Unlike the last version, this one is also portable allowing Tails to take out and use it whenever he wants. It is slower than Tails but focuses on making up for his weaknesses. The suit is directly connected to Tails so they take the same damage. The suit is a large full body suit with a blue paintjob and reasonably sleek. He is a lot less mobile like this though. Transformation.

Primary Attacks:
Mecha Punches-Punches the foe with the suit's arms.
Turbo Jet-Uses the machine's turbo feet to ram the foe.
Tornado Axel Kick-The Tornado MK III does a spinning kicking leap at the foe.

Special Attacks:
Rocket Punch-Sends an explosive fist shaped missle at the foe with 25% burn chance.
Data Drain/Bio Drain-Tails grapples the foe and attempts to drain their energy. Applies Virus to robots and Applies sickness to non synthoids and deals decent damage but requires a nonbroken grapple to work.
Thunder Slam-Bashes a electrically charged fist into the foe with a 30% chance of paralysis.
Tornado MK III Disengage!-The suit reverts to it's portable form and Tails gets back on foot.

Final Smash:
Genesis Genocide 1991-Tails activates the Lunar Sanctum's laser remotely to fire into the mech's hands which builds into a ball that Tails slams to create a giant explosion with a 50% chance of paralysis.

New Special Move from manual:

Chu² Bomb- A mouse shaped bomb Tails developed back on his planet and has redeveloped with slight edits based on the Bomb Chu. Tails can deploys this bomb and it will try to run into a foe and explode. If it misses, it can try again on the next turn on it's own but on the third turn it explodes no matter if it hit or misses. The Chu² Bomb can also be used to blow up obstacles with enough force or crawl up walls and going through small holes to check the contents or trigger things, same turn limit applies.
