The sudden destruction of the video camera above pleased ViVi as he felt much more safe and secure knowing that it wasn't operational long enough for anyone to come busting in to respond to their dead comrades on the floor. However, it didn't completely rule out the idea of backup arrriving any time soon. They barely had any downtime to think things through due to the fact that someone was bound to have grown curious with their buddies missing, or in this case, dead and decapitated. Eventually they would turn into trophies and return to their living stasis after a period of time, but in this case, they really did look dead. With glazed eyes ViVi looks up at Ridley with a smirk shrugging off his intimidation factor and then back at Porky, who seems much more talkative and reasonable. ViVi happily answered his questions and did so with courtesy.
"Well my little snub nosed friend...it's not who...its not what...but..why!" ViVi spoke like an intellectual, with great wisdom and deliberate strife. He felt he needed to be direct with the two specimens in front of him, and not beat around the bush, for he assumed they weren't one for long stories or humorous tales. "Why are we here on this planet, hmm? Why are there those that want destruction, and others that want harmony? Why is it, you two, that we are all targets of this frivelous disease going on? Think think think!" ViVi rubbed his head as if trying to focus on a though and tapped at his brain a few times to jog what he has learned.
"I mean, I don't quite remember what I did to be imprisoned, but apparently I slaughtered nearly a whole colony of species whom never came back to life through a trophy stasis. I've noticed, most profoundly, that some who die have not come back to life, while others, do. I am truly baffled by this mystery...but alas, I go on with my babbling." ViVi was at a loss for how he got to this castle, or why he became so benevolent in slaughtering so many, but he knew he had to find answers, and they all had to leave this place before they ran into anymore unfriendly inhabitants of the castle.
Before ViVi could look for a route out of this place, his attention was on the table in the center of the room. Besides the various torture devices splayed out on such a surface, there was one glowing object of a dark purple color that he looked familiar with. He shuddered at the sight simply shocked at its very existence. "No, not that thing...get it away! Get it away!" ViVi shuffled and hid behind Ridley pointing at the purple memento on the table and quaking in fear. "Do not go anywhere near that, friends....it will consume you...." ViVi learned his lesson when he blacked out from touching the said object. He didn't recall where he found it, or how he came about it, but he did remember it, and he did remember how he was posessed by its power. ViVi then started walking carefully backwards to the shut door where the bloody footprints lead to from earlier, and turned around quickly grabbing at the handle to try and jar it open, but it was no use, the door was jammed shut. The cell hallway was the only other way out, but it was going to be tricky if anymore troops were around.
"Drat! There's no way this will open, but I am almost certain the strange fellow who tortured you two and locked me away knows the way out. If we can corner him, we can leave. But ofcourse this door won't budge, so I suppose it is back to jail we go, though I wish we didn't have to go through that hall and into the sewer tunnels...." ViVi was only slightly familiar with the landscape as he remembered hearing leaky pipes and rushing water with a feeling of mud and grime beneath his feet as he was guided to his cell. And he got glimpses of the torture room that all three now stood in, but presently from getting a good grasp of the place he really wished he hadn't seen such a sight. He felt he wasn't much help to his colleagues, but at least he was an extra hand in their travels with a motivation to escape just like them.
